Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к авиационной технике в частности к стабилизации положения беспилотного привязного летательного аппарата (БПЛА) относительно наземной станции привязного питания (СПП).The invention relates to aircraft, in particular to stabilizing the position of an unmanned tethered aircraft (UAV) relative to the ground station tethered power (SPP).
The tethered UAVs are used to raise the payload to the height and fix the position relative to the SPP. Due to weather conditions (wind), the UAV can move relative to the SPP. To stabilize the UAV's position, solutions are usually used with a complex system of position sensors and automatic UAV position adjustment, or with manual adjustment of the UAV's position.
UAVs are known that have 4 or more rotor-motor groups (http://el-shema.ru/publ/radiosvjaz/multikoptery/4-l-0-72). The disadvantage of this UAV is the complexity of the technical design, since the propeller groups are located on radially located beams. This complicates the fixture of the whole structure, requires position sensors and complex multi-factor processing of signals from them.
A known system for automatically controlling the flight altitude of an unmanned aerial vehicle according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2,290,346 (IPC V04C 13/18,
The known Method of increasing the duration of the flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle and Device for its implementation.
A known method of forming an integrated adaptive signal for stabilizing the planning movement of an unmanned aerial vehicle and Device for its implementation. RF patent No. 2 460 113, IPC
However, the described systems and methods have disadvantages because they require complex control of the UAV spatial position, and are associated with the need for multifactorial processing of sensor signals, including taking into account the length of the leash and the lift of the aircraft, insufficient reliability and high cost of equipment are associated with this for their implementation.
39/02.The closest solution to the proposed one is the Control method of an unmanned tethered aircraft and an unmanned aerial system according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2 441 809, IPC ВСС 39/02.
An unmanned aircraft complex contains a ground station, an unmanned aerial vehicle with a propulsion unit and its drive, a leash including a power cable connecting the ground station to the UAV, and a multifunction cable, as well as a mechanism for regulating the leash length, and a UAV position control and stabilization system.
However, the described method for controlling the position and stabilization of the UAV has disadvantages due to the fact that the implementation of this method requires the presence of position sensors in the UAV and requires complex multi-factor processing of signals from them.
The technical task of the proposed solution is to increase the payload in crosswind conditions while lightening the structure, thereby simplifying the stabilization system.
This problem is solved in that in a system containing a UAV equipped with a payload located in its housing and an engine that is connected with coaxial multidirectional screws, and an aerodynamic stabilizer (ADS) connected to the UAV with a rigid ligament to which the power cable ring is attached, providing connection with the power supply station (SPP), while the point of attachment of the power cable to the UAV is selected so that the drift of the UAV under the influence of the side wind is compensated by the deviation of the coaxial screw towards the wind when satisfied relationship:
F_ UAV * r_ UAV <F_ADS * r_ADS, where:
F_БПЛА - сила, действующая на БПЛА со стороны ветра;F_ UAV - the force acting on the UAV from the wind;
r_БПЛА - расстояние от центра масс БПЛА до точки крепления силового троса на жесткой связке;r_ UAV - the distance from the center of mass of the UAV to the point of attachment of the power cable to a rigid bundle;
F_АДС - сила, действующая на АДС со стороны ветра;F_АДС - force acting on the wind from the wind;
r_АДС - расстояние от центра масс АДС до точки крепления силового троса на жесткой связке.r_ADS - distance from the center of mass of the ADF to the point of attachment of the power cable to a rigid bundle.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing:
FIG. 1 shows a general view of the System.
FIG. 2 - shows the position of the System in the presence of cross-wind
FIG. 3 - shows the forces acting on the System.
4.The UAV casing (1), containing the payload and the engine (not shown in the drawing), is mechanically connected to the coaxial opposite directional screws (2). In this case, the UAV body is rigidly connected with the ADS (3), and the axis of the rigid ligament (4) is aligned with the axis of rotation of the coaxial screws. The power cable (5) connecting the System with the SPP is attached to a rigid bundle using the ring (6) of the power cable. The ring is fixed on a rigid ligament at the attachment point (7) by means of a hinge mechanism that provides free rotation / deviation of the
3The UAV1 engine with the help of
The system works as follows. In the absence of a crosswind, since the lifting force exceeds the weight of the UAV1, when lifting the UAV1 will be located strictly above the SPP. In this case, the UAV1 lifting height is determined by the length of the
2) до положения, пока не уравновесятся силы F_БПЛА и F_АДС с силами натяжения силового троса и подъемной силой БПЛА.in this case, the UAV-ADS connection will deviate from the vertical position in the direction of the wind (see Fig. 2) to the position until the forces F_UVA and F_ADS are balanced with the forces of tension of the power cable and the lifting force of the UAV.
3).Consider the forces acting on the System (see Fig. 3).
The values of the forces F_BLAA and F_ADS depend on the wind speed and the effective cross-sectional area of the UAV and ADV, S_ UAV and S_ADS, respectively. The gravity force F_t acting on the System is determined by the mass of the ADS and the UAV along with the leash. The lifting force F_n is created by coaxial screws driven by the UAV engine. The force of tension of the power cable F_nt is created by the excessive action of the lifting force F_p. The lifting force F_p is aligned with the axis of the rigid UAV-ADS ligament. In this case, the deviation from the vertical of the UAV-ADS ligament will be compensated by the lift component of the UAV directed against the wind.
Thus, the task of simplifying the stabilization system of a tethered UAV in the conditions of a possible crosswind, simplifying the design (due to the lack of position sensors and complex control systems, using two coaxial screws instead of four) was solved, therefore, the payload was increased and the overall system performance was improved.
