Abstract
Description
The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to the production of feed additives using microorganisms.
1984).There is a known possibility of using excrement of farm animals for the production of feed and feed additives (K. Bodya. Non-traditional feed in the diets of farm animals - M., 1984).
A known method of processing organic waste of animal origin into feed protein and vermicompost (RF patent No. 97104014, publ. 10/11/1998), in which the processing of organic waste is carried out by mixing animal waste in the form of manure and litter, as well as components that have nutrient and fertilizer function. The disadvantage of this method is the multi-stage composting process (mixing waste and worms or their cocoons, composting itself in containers, separating the worms from the biohumus obtained).
Ж. - №2. – с. 11-14).After drying and frying at high temperatures, bird droppings can be used as part of dry mixes for cattle and pigs for neutralization. Bird droppings can be treated with formic acid. Cattle manure can be used to make special silos. Enzymes are added to reduce the excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus and increase the digestibility of nutrients in manure (I.A. Egorov, New approaches to the study of alternative feeds in poultry farming. J. Poultry farming, 2011. - No. 2. - pp. 11-14).
A known method of preparing food from lyprin, powder, sorbose mother liquor and compound feed (RF Patent No. 2063145, publ. 07/10/1996) However, a high content of sodium chloride in lyprin can cause poisoning of birds.
A known method of processing manure using peat, straw for the preparation of feed additives (RF patent No. 2214990, publ. 10/27/2003,) However, the method involves the use of a special chamber for fermentation and multi-stage processing.
Known bacterial strain Bacillus subtilis TNP-3-DEPT used for disinfection of bird droppings and manure (RF Patent for the invention No. 2105810, publ. 02.27.1998, bull. No. 6). However, there is no information on the use of bacterial strains of Bacillus subtilis TNP-3-DEPT to obtain a feed additive.
№4).A known method of dehydration of the probiotic Sahabactisubtil using a source of infrared radiation (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 2346032, publ. 02/10/2009, bull. No. 4).
The basis of the invention is the task of obtaining a new feed additive.
The technical result of the invention is to prepare a feed additive from bird droppings using bacterial strains Bacillus subtilis TNP-3-DEPT and Bacillus subtilis TNP-5-DEPT, which have not only antagonistic activities against many pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, but also a complex of enzymatic activities (protolytic, gelatinase, aminolytic, gluconase, xylanase, fructazyl transferase).
The technical result is achieved as follows. Raw poultry manure of chickens after ten days of feeding with a probiotic from equal combinations of strains of Bacillus subtilis TNP-3-DEP and Bacillus subtilis TNP-5-DEP at a dose of 0.1 ml (5 × 10 8 CFU) per head is used as raw material for obtaining the feed additive. Litter is additionally treated with a probiotic at the rate of 0.1 ml (5 × 10 8 CFU) per 100 g of litter and kept for one day at room temperature. Dehydration (drying) is carried out on an SKV infrared dryer 06.00.00 at a temperature of 90 ° C for 30 minutes. In this mode, the quality of the feed additive, the viability and biological activity of the bacterial strains Bacillus subtilis TNP-3-DEPT and Bacillus subtilis TNP-5-DEPT, which ensure microbiological safety, are preserved.
за №180/15 и №181/15.The bacterial strains Bacillus subtilis TNP-3-DEPT and Bacillus subtilis TNP-5-DEPT are used, deposited in the collection of microorganisms of the All-Russian State Institute of Control, Standardization and Certification of Veterinary Medicines (VGNKI). Certificates of deposit were issued on February 6, 2001 for No. 180/15 and No. 181/15.
Strains can be obtained in the laboratory for the development of microbial preparations of the Federal State Budget Scientific Institution Yakutsk Research Institute of Agriculture and VGNKI.
The bacterial strains of Bacillus subtilis TNP-3-DEPT and Bacillus subtilis TNP-5-DEPT are grown in meat-peptone agar pH 7.0-7.2 for 5 days at 37 ° C, then suspended in equal proportions in 1% glucose solution at a concentration of 5 billion CFU / ml.
Two groups of laying hens of 62-64 week old cross-country “Rodonit-3” of 24 heads are selected.
И выдерживают в течение суток при комнатной температуре (18-22°С.)The first group of chickens in water is added daily suspension of a probiotic from the bacterial strains Bacillus subtilis TNP-3-DEPT and Bacillus subtilis TNP-5-DEPT at the rate of 5 × 10 8 CFU per head, for 10 days. The control group does not receive a probiotic. During the experiment, clinical observations are made, at the end of the experiment, feces are taken for microbiological and biochemical studies. For fermentation of freshly obtained litter, a probiotic from bacterial strains Bacillus subtilis TNP-3-DEP and Bacillus subtilis TNP-5-DEP is used at the rate of 5 × 10 8 CFU per 100 g of litter. And incubated for 24 hours at room temperature (18-22 ° C.)
After natural drying at room temperature, the chicken litter of the experimental group contains pathogenic staphylacocci and microscopic fungi, in contrast to chicken litter that did not take probiotic (table 1). In the chicken litter after application of the probiotic, the amino acids alanine, valine, glycine, leucine, isoleucine, meteonin, proline, and lysine significantly increase (table 2). These data show the preservation of quality and microbiological safety of the feed additive obtained from the hens of the experimental group.
После каждой повторности проводят микробиологические и биохимические исследования (таблица 3 и 4).To obtain a dry form of the feed additive, the litter of the experimental group was dehydrated with an infrared dryer at temperatures of 60 °, 70 °, 80 ° and 90 ° at exposures of 10, 20, 30 minutes. After each repetition, microbiological and biochemical studies are carried out (table 3 and 4).
The results of microbiological studies show that the regime of infrared drying at a temperature of 80-90 ° and an exposure of 20-30 minutes ensures the absence of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms in the feed additive. In biochemical studies, a high content of amino acids in the feed additive was established with infrared drying of 90 ° C and an exposure of 30 minutes.
Thus, the litter of chickens treated with probiotic, after preliminary fermentation and dehydration by infrared drying at 90 ° C for 30 minutes, retains nutrients, is microbiologically safe and can be used as a feed additive.
