The invention relates to the field of hydrometallurgy, in particular to methods for producing sorbents suitable for cleaning technological solutions of halide ions, which can be used to remove halides from technological solutions and wastewater of metallurgical, chemical and other industries, as well as during water treatment operations. To obtain a sorbent with specified technological characteristics, cation-exchange resins were modified with nanocrystals of sorption-active iron compounds, mainly β-FeO (OH) acaganeite.

Л. The prior art method for producing a sorbent based on ferric hydroxide on cellulose fiber support particles, comprising preparing an initial aqueous dispersion containing ferric chloride or sulfate and fibrillated cellulose fibers, which contain (in wt.%) At least 95% fibers with with a length of not more than 1.20 mm and not less than 55% of fibers with a length of not more than 0.60 mm and have a sorption capacity in relation to particles of ferric hydroxide of at least 2500 mass.h. per 100 parts by weight fibers, processing the dispersion with sodium hydroxide to form ferric hydroxide particles and immobilizing them on the fibers to obtain a composite sorbent containing 2000-2500 parts by weight ferric hydroxide per 100 parts by weight fibers, and the separation of the sorbent from the liquid phase [Patent RU 2527240 C1. Mazitov L.A., Finatov A.N., Finatova I.L. A method of producing sorbents based on ferric hydroxide on a carrier of cellulose fibers]. The disadvantage of this method is the inability to use the resulting sorbent in a flow mode.
Недостатком данного способа является продолжительный процесс синтеза (до 7 суток).A known method of producing a sorbent containing metal oxyhydrate, including its deposition in the form of a hydrogel by reacting a metal salt with an alkali in the presence of organic matter, its exposure and filtration, followed by drying and granulation of the finished product, characterized in that water-soluble reacts with the alkali ferric salt, the reaction between the starting materials is carried out in a slightly alkaline medium, then potassium dichromate is added in a molar ratio of chromium and iron of 0.1: 0.125: 1, as organic matter, nitrile methyl phosphonic acid is added in a molar ratio with iron of 0.01: 0.07: 1, and after the addition of NTP, the pH is adjusted to 3.5-4.5, followed by leaching of potassium dichromate with ammonia solution [RF Patent 2082494. Sukharev Yu.I., Sukhareva I.Yu., Lepp Y.N. A method of obtaining a sorbent]. The disadvantage of this method is the long synthesis process (up to 7 days).
A known method of producing a sorbent for the treatment of natural and wastewater, comprising mixing the crushed flask with additional components and molding, characterized in that 1 kg of flask is crushed, crushed to a size of 0.001 mm across, 0.2 kg of finely ground KU-2 × 8, 0.2 kg of finely ground anion exchange resin AB-17, 1 kg of Portland cement 500, and 1.5 kg of a 10% sodium chloride solution, the components are mixed until a pasty mass is obtained, the mass is passed through a screw grinder, the resulting sausages are dried, processed ayut steaming at 180 ° C to complete the setting and held under running water until a negative reaction for chloride ions [Russian patent RU 2399412 C2. Alykov N.M., Nikitina Yu.E. A method of obtaining a sorbent for the purification of natural and waste waters]. The disadvantage of this method is the low capacity of the resulting sorbent.
[US 20050156136 A1. Arup SenGupta, Luis Cumbal Method of manufacture and use of hybrid anion exchanger for selective removal of contaminating ligands from fluids] на основе анионообменных смол, с использованием оксигидрата железа в качестве модификатора. A known method of producing a polymer-inorganic sorbent [US 20050156136 A1. Arup SenGupta, Luis Cumbal Method of manufacture and use of hybrid anion exchanger for selective removal of contaminating ligands from fluids] based on anion exchange resins, using iron oxyhydrate as a modifier. Polymeric anion exchangers are used as carrier materials in which hydrated oxides of Fe (III) (OGF) are irreversibly dispersed in the grains of the ion exchanger. Since anion exchangers have positively charged quaternary ammonium functional groups, anionic ligands such as arsenates, chromates, oxalates, phosphates, phthalates can penetrate into the gel phase and leave it and are not subjected to the effect of Donnan exclusion. Therefore, an anion exchanger with OGF microparticles deposited on it has a significantly greater ability to remove arsenic and other ligands compared to cation exchange carriers. Loading GLR particles is accomplished by pre-exchange resin saturated with an oxidizing anion such as MnO 4 - or OSl, followed by passing through a resin solution of ferrous sulfate.
А. Способ получения полимер-неорганических композитных сорбентов (прототип)]The closest in technical essence is a method for producing polymer-inorganic composite sorbents, comprising treating a porous polymer matrix capable of absorbing organic solvents or swelling in said solvents with a concentrated solution of a metal salt in a polar solvent selected from a number of alcohols, ketones and dimethoxymethane, or in water -alcohol solution, and subsequent conversion of the metal salt contained in the processed polymer matrix under the action of an aqueous solution of alkali or phosphorus th acid into an insoluble compound from a number of hydroxides, oxides or phosphates of the corresponding metal with sorption properties. [Patent RU 2527217 C1. Pastukhov A.V., Nikitin N.V., Davankov V.A. A method of obtaining a polymer-inorganic composite sorbents (prototype)]
The disadvantages of the described method include a large number of operations, a long synthesis time and the use of organic solvents in order to achieve a high content of introduced active substance. Iron compounds formed as a result of reagent treatment (hydroxides and phosphates) do not have a noticeable fluorine and chlorine capacity.
The invention is directed to a sorbent using the advantages of nanocrystalline iron oxyhydrate.
The objective of the invention is to develop a method for producing a composite sorbent capable of absorbing fluorine and chlorine ions.
Техническим результатом, достигаемым при реализации изобретения, является получение композитного сорбента на основе катионообменного ионита, в котором наряду с сульфгидрильными и карбоксильными группами присутствуют нанокристаллические структуры типа β-FeO(OH).The technical result achieved by the implementation of the invention is to obtain a composite sorbent based on cation exchange ion exchange resin, in which, along with sulfhydryl and carboxyl groups, nanocrystalline structures of the β-FeO (OH) type are present.
The technical result is achieved due to the formation of nanocrystalline structures such as acaganeite in the cationite phase.
1.Exposure at a temperature of 85-95 ° C provides the maximum degree of hydrolysis of iron (III). The resulting iron hydroxides undergo phase transformations upon exposure to a chloride-containing solution for 18-24 hours. The time required for phase transformations decreases with increasing temperature [Prokopenko VA, Lavrinenko EN, Mamunya SV, Budankova SN, Effect of pH values on the formation of structures in the system Fe 0 -H 2 OO 2 / Nanostructured materials science, 2008, No. 1, p. 59-72]. The properties of the sorbents synthesized under different conditions are shown in table 1.
The use of acaganeite as an active sorbent allows one to obtain a sorbent capable of absorbing F - and Cl - , as well as ions of certain metals. The use of a cation exchange resin as a carrier allows one to use the resulting sorbent in acidic media, up to pH 1.5 without the danger of contamination of the solution with iron, and also solves the problem of filtering pulp containing ultrafine particles and hydrated gels. At the same time, the distribution of acaganeite inside the ionite grains provides a large contact area of the sorption-active agent with the solution.
1:7The inventive method of modifying a cation-exchange organic sorbent includes heat treatment of iron-cation exchange resin pre-saturated with iron in a solution of sodium chloride at a temperature of 85-95 ° C for 18-24 hours, providing the formation of acaganeite nanocrystals fixed in the polymer matrix, which has sorption properties with respect to ions fluoride. The ratio of sodium chloride to the amount of iron in the initial solution is preferably 1: 7
That is, the problem is solved by saturation of cation-exchange ion exchangers with iron (III) ions, followed by heat treatment in the presence of chlorine ions, which results in the formation of a sorption-active iron compound in the ion exchange phase.
Iron is absorbed by the ion exchanger by the ion-exchange mechanism, which involves the use of cation exchangers and does not require the use of polar solvents at the stage of metal saturation of the resin.
Thus, in comparison with the prototype, the proposed method for producing polymer composite sorbents has significant differences.

After that, the modified ion exchanger was washed from the chloride solution to a negative reaction on Cl - .
The iron content in the composite sorbent was 6.77%. When sorption of fluorine from a solution with a concentration of [F - ] = 46.2 mg / dm 3 , as a result, the concentration was reduced to 34.2 mg / dm 3 , the capacity of the obtained sorbent was 0.6 mg / g.
После чего модифицированный ионит отмывали от хлоридного раствора до отрицательной реакции на Сl-.Preparation of a composite sorbent based on a strongly acidic gel type cation exchanger.
