Задача, на решение которой направлено заявленное изобретение, заключается в использовании минимума подъемных механизмов и, как следствие, удешевлении затрат при возведении мостов. Поставленная задача решается за счет того, что при установке пролетов мостов используют дополнительное приспособление - шарнир (навес наподобие тех, на которых установлены все двери, только естественно увеличенные в размерах) (см. чертеж). Одним крылом шарнир закрепляют к полотну дороги, откуда должен начаться пролет, шарнир в сложенном (закрытом) состоянии, ось шарнира поперек движению, в сторону установки пролета. К верхнему (не закрепленному) крылу шарнира закрепляют одним концом « вверх ногами» сам пролет (балку пролета). Свободный конец пролета (балки пролета) поднимают вверх и опускают на опору. При этом пролет (балка пролета) из положения «вверх ногами» ложится в нормальное положение. За счет того что один конец пролета (балки пролета) был закреплен на шарнире, установка его требует меньших усилий. При использовании дополнительных конструкций можно вообще обойтись без подъемных кранов, используя для установки пролета лебедки.The problem is solved due to the fact that when installing bridge spans they use an additional device - a hinge (a canopy like those on which all the doors are installed, only naturally increased in size) (see drawing). The hinge is fixed with one wing to the roadbed, where the span should begin, the hinge in the folded (closed) state, the hinge axis is transverse to the movement, towards the span installation. To the upper (not fixed) wing of the hinge, the span itself (the span beam) is fixed at one end “upside down”. The free end of the span (span beams) is lifted up and lowered to the support. In this case, the span (span beam) from the “upside down” position falls into the normal position. Due to the fact that one end of the span (span beams) was fixed on a hinge, installing it requires less effort. With the use of additional designs, cranes can be dispensed with altogether, using a winch to set up the span.
