Abstract
Description
The invention relates to highly loaded discs of turbines or compressors used in aircraft and ground gas turbine engines.
03.01.2007).A known turbine or compressor disk, made with a closed cavity, adopted as a prototype (Patent EP No. 1739282, IPC C22C 47/14, publ. 03.01.2007).
A disadvantage of the known construction of EP 1739282 is the need to fill the cavity located in the hub with composite rings. Moreover, the strength of the disk increases due to the transfer of part of the load to the composite rings, however, the difference in the thermal expansion coefficients of different materials can cause additional thermal stresses in the structure.
The technical task of the invention is to increase the cyclic durability of a highly loaded disk of a turbine or compressor by reducing the tension of the hub of the disk.
1,3…1,6.The technical problem is solved due to the fact that a highly loaded turbine or compressor disk containing a hub with a closed cavity, and the closed cavity in the hub is unfilled and made toroidal, with a torus forming in the form of a closed planar ellipse curve with the major and minor axes, according to the invention, the major axis of the ellipse is located in the radial direction of the disk, and the ratio of the dimensions of the major and minor axes of the ellipse is 1.3 ... 1.6.
In the present invention, in contrast to the prototype, the major axis of the ellipse is located in the radial direction of the disk, the ratio of the sizes of the major and minor axes of the ellipse is 1.3 ... 1.6, which reduces tension in the hub of the disk.
The efficiency of load redistribution and reduction of disk tension is achieved by selecting the position of the cavity, its size and shape: by choosing the position and size of the cavity, the tension on the cylindrical surface of the hub decreases, and by choosing the shape of the cavity, the stress concentration at the borders of the cavity itself decreases.
2.In FIG. 1 shows a meridional section of a conventional turbine disk or
In FIG. 2, 3, the meridional section of the
In FIG. 1-3 shows the geometric parameters of the disk and cavity:
R - наружный радиус диска;R is the outer radius of the disk;
R1 - радиус центрального отверстия в ступице диска;R 1 is the radius of the Central hole in the hub of the disk;
Н - осевой размер ступицы диска;H is the axial size of the hub of the disk;
h, h' - центральная, наиболее нагруженная часть ступицы (h'>h);h, h '- the central, most loaded part of the hub (h'> h);
3 - замкнутая полость;3 - a closed cavity;
А - малая ось эллипса в сечении полости;A is the small axis of the ellipse in the section of the cavity;
В - большая ось эллипса в сечении полости;B is the major axis of the ellipse in the section of the cavity;
r1, r2 - характеристики формы полости;r 1 , r 2 - characteristics of the shape of the cavity;
L - размер, определяющий осевое положение полости;L is the size that determines the axial position of the cavity;
R 2 is the size that determines the radial position of the cavity.
A highly loaded
Along with a decrease in stresses, a stress concentration occurs in the hub of the disk near the surface of the cavity itself. In order for the effect of stress reduction in the hub to prevail over the effect of concentration of stresses at the boundaries of the cavity, it is necessary to select the position and dimensions of the cavity.
In those cases when the size H of the disk is sufficiently small, which is typical for lightly loaded disks, the effect of stress concentration at the cavity boundaries will prevail over the decrease in stresses in the hub and the introduction of a cavity into the disk design will not increase its cyclic durability.
In the cross section, the cavity is made in the form of an ellipse with a ratio of the major and minor axes of the ellipse 1.3 ... 1.6, and the major axis of the ellipse is located in the radial direction of the disk.
25%.For the heavily loaded disc shown in FIG. 1-2, comparative results of calculating stresses and cyclic durability in the absence and presence of a cavity are given (table 1). In this case, the optimal ratio of the size of the cavity is B / A = 1.3. With the introduction of the cavity, the cyclic durability of the disk increased by 25%.
Thus, the implementation of the present invention with the above distinctive features in combination with the known features, allows to reduce tension and increase the cyclic durability of a highly loaded turbine or compressor disk.
