Abstract
Description
The invention relates to optoelectronic surveillance systems used in the periscopes of submarines.
Periscopes of a non-penetrating type (not penetrating into the solid hull of a submarine) are known, panoramic observation of which is carried out by rotating the head of the periscope. The disadvantages of such periscopes include the presence of a rotating head, which requires the creation of a tight seal in a rotating transition and increased energy consumption of the directional drive. Examples of such periscopes are the OMS 100 periscope (Carl Zeiss Optronics, Germany) and the universal periscope Parus-98UP (Concern Central Research Institute Elektropribor JSC, Russia).
Known panoramic surveillance systems and with non-rotating warheads relative to the hull of the submarine. For example, systems with several television cameras (hereinafter referred to as television cameras) or thermal imaging devices located at the head of the periscope in such a way as to provide a 360-degree panoramic view. This view is provided by television cameras with fields of view of 90 ° or 120 °. Known panoramic surveillance systems with one fisheye lens located vertically with the coverage of part of the upper hemisphere. Such a lens has a field of view of 180 °, which horizontally covers 360 ° [1]. In all of the aforementioned panoramic observation systems with a non-rotating head part, large-format television matrices are used, but even with their use it is not possible to obtain a high-definition image due to significant non-linear distortions and the resolution capabilities of wide-angle optical systems.
В качестве прототипа перископа с невращающейся головной частью принят перископ АМРРМ (фирма Kollmorgen, США) [2].As a prototype of a periscope with a non-rotating head part, the AMRPM periscope (Kollmorgen, USA) [2] was adopted.
The technical problem to be solved is the improvement of the design of a panoramic multichannel system for observing periscopes with a non-rotating head part.
The technical result achieved is an increase in the resolution of panoramic periscope surveillance systems based on the use of non-wide-angle (non-wide-field) lenses (with fields of view up to 30-35 °) in television cameras and thermal imaging devices of periscopes.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the periscope of non-penetrating type with a panoramic multi-channel surveillance system, in contrast to the prototype:
- защитное окно, выполненное в виде кольцевой многоспектральной конструкции (далее - кольцевое окно) вокруг вертикальной оси перископа;- a protective window made in the form of an annular multispectral structure (hereinafter - an annular window) around the vertical axis of the periscope;
- радиопрозрачный обтекатель системы обнаружения радиолокационных сигналов и антенны СНС закреплен на кольцевом окне;- a radiolucent fairing of the radar signal detection system and the SNA antenna is mounted on an annular window;
- курсовой привод (далее - курсовой привод) с токоподводом неограниченного вращения размещен внутри корпуса перископа;- heading drive (hereinafter referred to as heading drive) with a current supply of unlimited rotation is placed inside the periscope body;
- визирный элемент (зеркало или призма типа Р-90° с зеркалом на диагональной грани) в осевом подвесе размещен на курсовом приводе и содержит систему наведения по углу места и гироскопическую стабилизацию линии визирования; при этом визирный элемент сопряжен с корректирующим оптическим элементом, исправляющим искажения, создаваемые кольцевым окном;- the sighting element (mirror or prism of type P-90 ° with a mirror on the diagonal face) in the axial suspension is placed on the directional drive and contains a guidance system in elevation and gyroscopic stabilization of the line of sight; while the sighting element is paired with a corrective optical element, correcting distortions created by the annular window;
- применяются телевизионная камера видимого спектрального диапазона и тепловизионный прибор (далее - тепловизор) спектрального диапазона 3-5 мкм (то есть с неширокопольными объективами), также размещенные на курсовом приводе;- a television camera with a visible spectral range and a thermal imaging device (hereinafter referred to as a thermal imager) of a spectral range of 3-5 μm (that is, with non-wide-field lenses) are also used, also located on a directional drive;
- антенная система обнаружения радиолокационных сигналов (далее - СОРС) и антенна спутниковой навигационной системы (далее - антенна СНС) размещены на курсовом приводе.- the antenna system for detecting radar signals (hereinafter referred to as SORS) and the antenna of the satellite navigation system (hereinafter referred to as the SNA antenna) are located on the directional drive.
The scheme of the proposed periscope is shown in figure 1, where:
1 - periscope body,
2 - directional drive with a current supply of unlimited rotation,
3 - thermal imager,
4 - target element,
5 - camera
6 - СОРС,6 - SORS,
7 - antenna SNA,
8 - an annular window,
9 - corrective optical element,
10 - sealed cable connectors (hereinafter - cable connectors).
The periscope functions as follows.
The sighting element provides guidance of the line of sight of the periscope in elevation, and the directional drive in the directional angle.
The corrective optical element corrects the distortions created by the annular window.
Radiolucent fairing provides the functioning of SORS and antenna SNA.
The current supply of unlimited rotation provides electrical and informational communication with devices on the directional drive. In the lower part of the periscope, sealed cable connectors are installed for information communication and power supply with systems inside the submarine.
Thus, the achievement of the claimed technical result is achieved through the use of high-resolution lenses that provide high-quality images across the entire field of view, and the possibility of a panoramic view through a circular protective window without rotating the entire periscope relative to the ship’s hull. In addition, the design and overall dimensions of the periscope are simplified, reliability is increased, and the power consumption of the directional drive is reduced.
The functional feasibility of the proposed periscope design has been experimentally tested on individual samples of periscopes of various designs.
