Abstract
Description
The invention relates to samplers and can be used for sampling aerosols of emergency chemically hazardous substances and potent toxic substances. Sampling takes place due to the entrainment of the air flow by a high velocity air stream leaving the capillary. The deposition of aerosols can be carried out on the surface of gas and liquid detectors, such as conductometric, electrochemical, photometric, etc., or for chemical analysis on adsorption materials. Moreover, due to the accumulation on the surface of the analyte, its concentration occurs. The received signal from the detector allows you to judge the concentration of aerosol in the air.
The known device "Isokinetic aerosol sampler" (USSR patent No. 930048, IPC G01N 1/22) and "Automatic isokinetic aerosol sampler" (RF patent No. 2349893 C1, IPC
An "isokinetic aerosol sampler" is a tube with a filter through which an aerosol sampled from an oncoming flow is pumped. The flow driver is a centrifugal pump driven by a winged wind wheel. This wheel is installed behind the inlet tube along with a weather vane, which provides the device with a flow orientation.
Поворот воздуховода осуществляется с помощью электродвигателя, а контроль угла поворота сельсином.“Automatic isokinetic aerosol sampler” allows aerosol sampling from the incoming air flow by opening the damper in the duct. An anemorumbometer is used to control the direction of air flow. The rotation of the duct is carried out using an electric motor, and the rotation angle is controlled by selsyn.
The disadvantages of these devices include:
1) необходимость отслеживания направления потока аэрозоля;1) the need to track the direction of aerosol flow;
2) наличие кинетических узлов;2) the presence of kinetic nodes;
3) конструкция не позволяет фиксировать наличие аэрозоля в помещениях и труднодоступных местах;3) the design does not allow fixing the presence of aerosol in rooms and inaccessible places;
4) large overall dimensions.
The aim of this invention is to eliminate these drawbacks and provide the conditions for the direct measurement of the concentration of aerosols AHOV (accidentally chemically hazardous substances) and SDYAW (potent toxic substances) in the air.
By means of a flow inducer, air is pumped through the capillary, which at the outlet acquires a high speed sufficient to create directional movement of the external air flow. Moreover, due to the accumulation on the surface of the analyte, its concentration occurs. The received signal from the detector allows you to judge the concentration of aerosols in the air.
The main working elements of the sampler (Fig. 1) are a thin tube [1], the surface of the sensor [2] and a flow inducer [4]. The air flow is indicated by the number [3] in the figure. The sensor is installed perpendicular to the tube opposite the nozzle at a distance of 5-10 mm. The entire structure is in an aerosol environment. The tube has an inner diameter of 0.5 mm. Air flow through the
