Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of practical research of temperature changes in translucent cultivation structures (for example, film greenhouses, shelters or hotbeds) for growing heat-loving vegetable crops when studying thermal fields in a plant growing zone.
The temperature regime in greenhouse structures varies significantly from external conditions: air temperature, solar radiation intensity, wind speed. At high values of these parameters, overheating of the air occurs, the temperature gradient increases in height, which negatively affects the growth and development of plants.
The determination of temperature fields in cultivation structures and their analysis is passive in nature, when only they are recorded depending on the state of external influence (intensity of solar radiation - cloudy, scattered light, bright sun), changes in outdoor temperature, wind direction and speed, or a combination of these factors and subsequent data analysis. The main disadvantage of the method is a local assessment of the current state, the impossibility of repeating the result of the experiment ("you can’t enter the same water in the river twice”).
This drawback is partially eliminated by changing the temperature fields inside the cultivation facilities using various technical means, recording these changes and then analyzing and summarizing the data obtained in the form of various models. In this case, several modeling options are used:
- моделирование температурных полей с помощью искусственного обогрева внутри сооружения с помощью различных систем обогрева почвы;- modeling of temperature fields using artificial heating inside the structure using various soil heating systems;
- моделирование температурных полей с помощью искусственного обогрева внутри сооружения с помощью различных тепловых ламп;- modeling of temperature fields using artificial heating inside the building using various heat lamps;
- моделирование температурных полей при различных системах естественной и искусственной вентиляции;- modeling of temperature fields in various systems of natural and artificial ventilation;
- моделирование температурных полей при различных комбинациях и сочетаниях вышеуказанных технических средств и систем.- modeling of temperature fields with various combinations and combinations of the above technical means and systems.
The main drawback of all these methods is that they only simulate various options for technogenic impact on the temperature fields inside the structure, but they do not allow us to understand the physics of the influence of external factors (for example, the same solar radiation) on the formation of these fields.
The objective of the present invention is to simulate the external influence (in particular, solar radiation, realized through the temperature of the outside air) on the temperature regime inside the structure.
- 2002, №11. С. 31).A known modeling method that provides a change in temperature fields in film greenhouses due to a recirculation ventilation system (Ensuring a uniform temperature field in a film greenhouse / Nestyak BC, Ivanov G.Ya., Ivanov AG // Mechanization and electrification of agriculture. - 2002, No. 11. S. 31).
Its main drawback is the impossibility of differential assessment of external (solar radiation) and internal (ventilation system) effects on the temperature inside the greenhouse and the lack of technical ability to change the parameters of external conditions.
The closest (prototype) to the achievement of the task is to simulate the conditions of life support under protective structures of screen type (Method for growing vegetables and protective screens for its implementation / Aryupin V.V., Usoltsev S.F., Ivakin O.V., Nestyak BC // Siberian Bulletin of Agricultural Science - 2013, - No. 5. P. 79-86). The essence of the method is as follows.
In a screen-type device for protecting plants from external influences, containing two screens located mirror-relative to each other, sliding end walls and temperature sensors that record its change in different zones of the sub-screen space depending on the level of solar insolation, change the parameters of the technological and ventilation openings. The signals are removed from the sensors by the TPM 138 registrars. The signals are converted to digital form and transmitted to the MSD 100 data acquisition module, which records them in files on the memory card at a specified frequency. Based on the data obtained, temperature trend graphs are constructed that display the results.
The main disadvantage of the prototype, like all others, is only the registration of external influence on the temperature regime inside the studied object with the possibility of changing the technogenic parameters of the experiment (the size of the technological and ventilation openings).
The claimed solution eliminates the disadvantages of the prototype and lies in the fact that, according to the invention, the method of modeling temperature fields in translucent cultivation facilities, containing external and internal effects on temperature parameters, is characterized in that the change in temperature fields inside the structure is due to anthropogenic effects on the internal enclosing surface of a translucent cultivation structure. External influence is set artificially by forming a temperature field over the entire area of the protective shields that simulates solar insolation, which determines the temperature fields inside a translucent structure. For this purpose, a heating element (for example, a heating film of the “heated floor” type) imitating scattered solar radiation is mounted on the inner side of the enclosing surface of a protective translucent structure. The level of heat exposure (power of the heating element) may vary due to a change in the type of heating element or the applied voltage. To reduce heat loss, the outer surface of the screens is covered with a heat insulating material, for example foil foamed foam.
The proposed device for modeling temperature fields, containing protective shields, end flaps and temperature sensors, according to the invention, is characterized in that a distributed heating element is fixed on the inner surface of the protective screens, and the outer surface is protected by a heat insulating layer, and the heating element and heat insulating layer are fixed throughout protective surface. The power of the heating element is adjustable.

Inside the subscreen space,
