Crude mixture for creating aerated concrete comprises, by weight: portland cement – 270–290, quartz sand – 270–290, aluminum powder – 2–2.5, sodium metasilicate – 0.1–0.15, 1 n. solution of NaOH – 1–1.5, synthetic vanillin – 0.01–0.03, water with at a temperature of 55–75 °C – 180–220.
EFFECT: technical result is a simplified technology of aerated concrete preparation, increased frost resistance.

Для приготовления сырьевой смеси дозируют сырьевые компоненты. Портландцемент, кварцевый песок, алюминиевую пудру, метасиликат натрия, синтетический ванилин смешивают. К смеси сухих компонентов добавляют нагретую до температуры 55-75°С воду, 1 н. раствор NaOH и еще раз смешивают. Приготовленную смесь равномерно распределяют по площади предварительно смазанных маслом и нагретых до 35-40°С металлических форм (заполняют формы примерно на 1/2 их объема), выдерживают в формах в течение 12-16 часов, затем отформованные изделия освобождают от форм, при необходимости разрезают на части и подают на автоклавную обработку, которую проводят при температуре 175°С и давлении 0,8 МПа. Общая продолжительность автоклавной обработки 10-12 часов. После выгрузки из автоклава изделия выдерживают в течение 2 часов в помещении с температурой не менее 18°С.
