Abstract
Description
The invention relates to devices for damping vibrations and shocks, in particular to dynamic vibration dampers used in operator vibration protection systems.
с. СССР №1305472 - прототип).The closest technical solution is a vibration isolating device for the operator, comprising a housing, a nut coupled thereto to the screw, and a rod mechanism connecting the nut to the vibration isolating object, characterized in that, in order to increase the damping efficiency of oscillations due to a dip in the frequency response , a groove of a T-shaped profile is made in the nut, and the rod profile of the rod mechanism is selected to correspond to the groove profile and is designed to interact with it (USSR AS No. 1305472 - p ototip).
A disadvantage of the known device is the relatively low damping in resonant modes of operation.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of damping oscillations due to obtaining a dip in the amplitude-frequency characteristic and increasing damping in resonant operating modes.
%:This is achieved by the fact that in the vibration-isolating device for the operator, comprising a housing, a nut and a rod mechanism coupled thereto to the screw connecting the nut to the vibration-isolating object, a groove of a T-shaped profile is made in the nut, and the rod profile of the rod mechanism is selected by the corresponding groove profile and designed to interact with him. The elastic element installed between the insulated object and the base is made in the form of a cylindrical spring with an integrated dry friction damper and contains a cylindrical helical spring, which consists of two parts with opposite ends, one part of which has turns of rectangular cross section, and the other part of the spring is made hollow, while the opposite direction of the end of the first part is placed in the cavity of the second, the gaps of the segment profile of the contacting parts of the spring are filled with antifriction grease, while At the end of the second part of the spring, a sealing collar is installed to prevent lubricant leakage, and the first part of the coil spring, made with coils of rectangular cross-section with rounded edges, covers a tube of damping material, such as polyurethane, gaps, in the first part of the coil spring, made with coils of rectangular cross-section, which covers a tube of damping material, filled with crumbs of friction material, gaps, in the first part of the coil spring, made with coils of rectangular cross section I, which covers a tube of damping material, are filled with crumbs of friction material made of a composition comprising the following components, at their ratio, in wt. %:

The device contains an elastic element 1 mounted between the

When the
It is possible that the elastic element 1, installed between the
In the cavity of the
For better adjustment of the spring stiffness (without scuffing, jamming or jamming), the

%:A variant is possible when the gaps in the first part of a coil spring made with coils of rectangular cross section, which are covered by a tube of damping material, are filled with crumbs of friction material made of a composition comprising the following components, in their ratio, in wt. %:
A cylindrical spring with integrated dry friction damper operates as follows.
The spring stiffness is adjusted by shortening or lengthening the spring height. When the support rings 11 and 12 rotate, the spring coils move relative to each other in mutually opposite directions relative to the longitudinal axis of the spring, i.e. screwed in or out. In the first case (when screwing in), the stiffness of the spring increases, and in the second case (when unscrewing) it decreases, which makes it easier to adjust the stiffness of the spring.
Thus, due to its selective properties, the spring provides effective spatial vibration isolation of equipment in all six directions of vibration (along three axes X, Y, Z and rotary vibrations around these axes) with vibration damping at resonance, and under various operating conditions.
