Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of use of solar energy, in particular to a method for converting the energy of a light stream into heat, and is intended to produce hot water for domestic use. At the same time, a resource-saving and low-waste technology for the utilization of solar energy is used.
[1].As an analog, a method of accumulating solar energy and a device for its implementation are adopted. The invention relates to solar energy, in particular to solar heat sinks with an underground aquifer heat accumulator. In this method, a terrain is selected where groundwater is very close to the surface of the earth. Vertical wells are installed there with a bottom to reduce the level of groundwater. The air temperature of the greenhouse and the root layer of the soil is regulated by a circulation circuit, heating or cooling of the coolant is carried out due to solar energy. The invention should provide high efficiency in the use of solar radiation and its accumulation in an aquifer for year-round energy supply of cultivation facilities, increase the growing season, and reduce production costs. A method of accumulating solar energy, including the conversion of solar radiation into heat on the principle of the greenhouse effect, transferring this heat through the circulation circuit to an soil accumulator in the warm season and back to the cold period, duplication for a period of cold snap with a traditional heat supply source, characterized in that the solar accumulation energies are carried out in an aquifer, where groundwater is very close to the surface of the earth, under a fenced-in tent of helioteplice surface with a layer of land, for which the groundwater level is located below the root layer of the soil, pump out ground water from the aquifer of the soil, heat it in the solar thermal cell due to solar radiation, pump the heated water into the aquifer of the soil, and the zone of action of the central pumping well and peripheral and peripheral injectors wells, over which the geothermal is installed, is formed in the form of an inverted cone with a given radius of the base, and the top of the cone coincides with the bottom of the well, while the temperature control in zduha geleoteplitse and temperature in the root layer of soil water circulation carried precoat battery, heat transfer through the root zone soil accumulated heat soi [1].
The disadvantage of the proposed method of accumulation of solar energy is that the solar stream is used only to control the temperature of the air in the greenhouse and the root layer.
[2].The closest in technical essence is a domestic solar water heater, which is used to produce hot water for domestic use using solar radiation (prototype). A domestic solar water heater is made in the form of a trihedral prism, the volume of which contains a water storage tank, and the heat-receiving surface (heat collector) is made in the form of an inclined face of the prism. In addition, inside the storage tank, parallel to the heat-receiving surface, a special dividing panel is installed, which acts as a deflector and is made of rigid heat-insulated material (for example, rigid foam). The separation panel is adjacent to the side (triangular) sides of the tank and has gaps with other surfaces to provide convective flows. The invention should provide improved operational and consumer properties (compactness, ease of manufacture and operation, low cost), increased efficiency of use of light radiation by reducing heat loss in cloudy weather and at night [2].
One of the options is a device for storing solar energy, characterized in that the pipe for draining hot water is at the level of the upper edge of the separation panel.
The disadvantages of the prototype are:
- отсутствие эффективных теплообменных устройств, что приводит к довольно низкому к.п.д. использования светового потока;- the lack of efficient heat transfer devices, which leads to a rather low efficiency use of a light stream;
- неудобство эксплуатации, заключающееся в том, что отсутствие незамерзающего теплоагента может приводить к нарушению работы устройства при низких температурах окружающего воздуха.- inconvenience of operation, consisting in the fact that the absence of an anti-freezing heat agent can lead to disruption of the device at low ambient temperatures.
The objective of the invention is to develop a new method of utilizing solar flux into thermal energy using a new energy-saving technology. In addition, the increase in efficiency the main device of the technological scheme for converting the solar flow into hot water.
The specified technical problem is solved by developing a new technological scheme for using the solar stream in hot water. This technological scheme includes the following units: light source - I, light stream heat exchanger (TSP) - II, control element (boiler) - III, consumers of warm water (shower, air conditioning, heating in hotel rooms) - IV. (Fig. 1). Luminous flux (1) acts on the PMT. In TSP in working condition creates a technical vacuum. To maintain it, sufficient isolation of the TSP is required. The flow of tap water (2) is fed into the shell-and-tube heat exchanger to cool the hot water received in the TSP. From this heat exchanger, a stream of hot water is supplied to the hotel complex. The flow of circulating water (antifreeze) (3) from the boiler is supplied to the TSP, in which it is heated by the action of the solar stream. From TSP, the water flow (4) (antifreeze) is returned to the shell and tube heat exchanger.
(13).The flow of circulating water (antifreeze) is supplied to the boiler for heating tap water. Tap water from the control element of the circuit is supplied to consumers of hot water (5). In the control element of the circuit (boiler), the water temperature is brought to 70 ° C. TSP has the following overall dimensions: 2 m, 0.12 m. Ten copper tubes that have a diameter of 0.006 m are installed inside the heat exchanger. Water (antifreeze) flows in these tubes, which is heated by a light stream (6). In addition, the ESP uses an elliptical PVC cover (8) and a heat exchange element (7). The luminous flux heat exchanger box should be made of aluminum alloy (9) [3-5]. The operation of the TSP is provided both by gravity and using a pressure pump. The TSP uses aluminum input-output fittings (10-12) (Fig. 2). In addition, the proposed method provides for a separate heating of each tube. This tube is surrounded by a glass tube (PVC), which has an elliptical cross section (13).
The heat exchange element TSP (14) serves to intensify the heat exchange process and has steel sieve plates (4 pcs.), Which leads to turbulization of the water flow and the elimination of stagnant zones (Fig. 3). The installation of sieve plates in a heat exchange element substantially changes the hydrodynamics in it. The first sieve plate most effectively aligns the velocity profile, while closer to the exit of one section of the heat exchange element, an uneven velocity profile begins to form again.
[6].Thus, the proposed method for modeling heat transfer of a heat exchange element with sieve plates allows one to rather strictly calculate the hydrodynamics in it and predict heat exchange through it [6].
In the technological scheme, a shell-and-tube heat exchanger (control element) is used, which is currently the most common apparatus in the chemical (petrochemical) industry (Fig. 4). The heat transfer surface of the device can range from several hundred square centimeters to several thousand square meters. To improve the operation of this heat exchanger, the use of rolled inner tubes is provided. This leads to turbulization of water flows, which leads to a decrease in the dimensions of the heat exchanger. As a result of heat transfer, ensuring the temperature of the water in the inner tubes is 70 ° C, the liquid in the annulus can boil and lead to malfunction of the heat exchanger. To eliminate this, special shut-off valves are provided (hydro-siphon, inlet and outlet shut-off valves and thermocouples).
1.The calculation of the economic effect of the technological scheme for producing thermal energy is presented in table 1.
