Abstract
Description
п.The invention relates to a technology for producing cylindrical products using explosion energy and can be used to manufacture products with an internal cavity, for example, parts of thermal, chemical equipment, etc.
№32).There is a method of producing products with internal cavities by explosive loading, in which cavity-forming elements are taken in the form of tubes with removable filler and their beam is placed in a tubular shell symmetrically with respect to its longitudinal axis, an explosive charge (BB) is placed on the outer surface of the steel tubular shell and initiate the process of detonation of explosives using an electric detonator. Before welding, in the cavity of the central cavity-forming element, a removable steel rod is placed symmetrically to its longitudinal axis, the gap between the rod and the cavity-forming element is filled with a removable aqueous filler, and the outer copper cavity-forming elements in the form of pipes with a layer of a tube made of steel on the outer surface of the central cavity-forming element fusible material, such as brass, on their outer surfaces and place the resulting beam in a tubular metal shell a point made of steel removed after explosive action. The process of explosive loading is carried out at a detonation speed of EXPLOSIVES 3400-4060 m / s and the ratio of the specific gravity of the EXPLOSIVES to the specific gravity of the wall of the tubular shell equal to 0.72-0.86, and after explosive loading, the resulting billet is heat treated for 5-7 minutes at a temperature exceeding by 5-15 ° C the melting temperature of the layers of fusible material on the outer cavity forming elements with the formation of all-welded joints between all cavity forming elements (RF Patent No. 2373035, IPC
The disadvantage of this method is the low heat resistance of the outer and inner surfaces of the products obtained by this method: the maximum working temperature of the outer surface in oxidizing gas environments under heat exchange conditions does not exceed 500 ° C, the internal - 800 ° C, which greatly limits the use of such products in technology where high heat resistance is required both outside and inside the product.
The closest in technical level and the achieved result is a method of producing composite products with internal cavities by explosion welding, in which cavity-forming elements are taken in the form of tubes with removable filler and their bundle is placed in the tubular shell symmetrically with respect to its longitudinal axis, while on the outer surface of the tubular shell have a ring charge of explosive (BB) and initiate the detonation of explosives using an electric detonator, a central cavity The element removed after explosion welding is made of brittle material - glass, which is crushed during the explosive action, with the ratio of its wall thickness to the wall thickness of adjacent cavity-forming elements constituting (4-10): 1, the tubular shell is made of corrosion-resistant resistant metal with reduced thermal conductivity - titanium, between the tubular shell and the bundle of pipes have a tubular intermediate layer of metal with low thermal conductivity of austenitic steel, and explosion welding is carried out at detonation growth explosives 3270-3820 m / s, while the ratio of the specific gravity of the explosive to the sum of the specific gravities of the walls of the tubular shell and the tubular intermediate layer, as well as the welding gaps between the tubular shell and the tubular intermediate layer, between the tubular intermediate layer and the tube bundle are selected from the conditions for obtaining the collision velocity of the tubular shell with the tubular intermediate layer are in the range of 610-700 m / s, and the collision velocity of the tubular shell with the cavity-forming elements is 480-680 m / s, after welding the taste is subjected to annealing at a temperature of 850-900 ° C for 2-3.5 hours with the formation of a continuous heat-shielding intermetallic layer with reduced thermal conductivity between the tubular shell and the tubular intermediate layer, followed by cooling of the obtained product in air. (RF patent No. 2425739, IPC
The disadvantages of this method are: low heat resistance of the outer and inner surfaces of the products obtained by this method (the maximum working temperature in oxidizing gas environments under conditions of heat exchange of both external and internal surfaces does not exceed 500 ° C), high thermal resistance of the wall of each such product at direction of heat transfer across the layers, as well as the possibility of cracking under conditions of frequent heat exchange (thermal cycling) in the area of the intermetallic layer between titanium and steel. All this limits the use of such products in critical equipment where high heat resistance in oxidizing gas environments is required, both outside and inside the product, as well as reduced thermal walls when the heat transfer direction is across the layers.
In this regard, the most important task is to create a new method for producing composite products with an internal cavity by explosion welding according to the new technological scheme of explosive action on the welded workpiece in combination with annealing the welded workpiece, which ensures that in one technological cycle a high-quality all-welded product with axial symmetry with high heat resistance is obtained outer and inner surfaces in oxidizing gas environments, with reduced thermal resistance of the wall of each such product in the direction of heat transfer across the layers, with the complete exception of the occurrence of brittle intermetallic phases during explosion welding in the zones of the metal layers that could reduce the durability of the product during operation under conditions of frequent heat changes.
The technical result of the claimed method for producing composite products with an internal cavity by explosion welding is the creation of a new scheme of explosion welding, which provides, in one act of explosive action on the workpiece to be welded, followed by its annealing, creation of an article with axial symmetry, to obtain a high-quality continuous welded joint of the nickel layer of the tubular bimetallic shell with a tubular intermediate layer of copper, as well as high-quality welded joints of the specified layer with a nickel layer b of a metal cavity-forming element in the form of a pipe without breaking the tightness of the metals being welded, with the complete exception of the possibility of occurrence of brittle intermetallic phases during the explosion welding in the zones of the metal layers that reduce the durability of the product during operation under conditions of frequent heat exchange, with increased heat resistance of its external and internal surfaces in oxidizing gaseous media and with reduced thermal resistance of the wall in the direction of heat transfer across the layers.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the proposed method for producing composite products with an internal cavity by explosion welding, a central cavity-forming element made of brittle material — glass with water filler in its internal cavity, a tubular shell and a tubular intermediate layer — which is removed after explosion welding, is used on the outer surface of the tubular shell, an explosive ring charge and initiate the detonation process of the explosive using an electric detonator, annealing the welded workpiece ki for the formation of the intermetallic layer, take a bimetallic cavity forming element in the form of a pipe with an outer layer of 1.2-1.6 mm thick - from nickel, with an inner layer of 1.5-2.5 mm thick - from aluminum and placed inside it coaxially central cavity-forming element made of glass with a wall thickness of 10-15 mm and with an outer diameter smaller by 2-4 mm of the inner diameter of the bimetallic cavity-forming element, fill the gap between them with an aqueous filler, after sealing, the resulting assembly is placed coaxially inside the tubular th bimetallic shell made with an outer layer of a thickness of 1.5-2.5 mm - from aluminum and with an inner layer of a thickness of 1.2-1.6 mm - of nickel, in the gap between them coaxially placed a tubular intermediate layer of copper with a thickness walls 2-4 mm, explosion welding is carried out at a detonation speed of EXPLOSIVES 2150-2900 m / s, while the explosive charge thickness and welding gaps between the welded metal layers are selected from the conditions for obtaining the collision speed of the nickel layer of a tubular bimetallic shell with a tubular intermediate layer of copper in the limits 330-420 m / s, and the collision velocity of the tubular intermediate layer with the nickel layer of the bimetallic tubular cavity-forming element in the range of 320-380 m / s, after explosion welding, the obtained workpiece is annealed to form continuous intermetallic layers between the layers of nickel and aluminum at a temperature of 600 -630 ° C for 1.5-7 hours, then heat it to a temperature of 690-710 ° C, remove molten aluminum from its outer and inner surfaces, maintain it at this temperature for 0.3-1 hours with the formation of continuous heat-resistant coatings on the outer and inner surfaces of the obtained composite product with an internal cavity, after which it is cooled in air.
The proposed method for producing composite products with an internal cavity by explosion welding has significant differences compared with the prototype both in constructing a scheme for explosion welding and in the aggregate of technological methods and modes during its implementation. So, it is proposed to use a bimetallic cavity-forming element in the form of a pipe with an outer layer 1.2-1.6 mm thick - made of nickel, with an inner layer 1.5-2.5 mm thick - made of aluminum in the explosion welding scheme. The inner aluminum layer of the bimetallic cavity-forming element performs auxiliary functions: it is necessary for the formation of a heat-resistant intermetallic coating on the surface of its nickel layer during heat treatment (annealing) of the welded workpiece. Excess aluminum is removed from the surface of the formed intermetallic layer at a temperature above its melting point. It is proposed that the outer layer of the bimetallic cavity-forming element be made of nickel, since during the technological annealing operation during diffusion interaction with aluminum, an intermetallic layer with high heat resistance is formed in the zone of their connection. In addition, the nickel layer, together with other metal layers contributes to the formation of high strength products with transverse compressive loads. In addition, both during explosion welding of this layer with the inner surface of the tubular intermediate layer made of copper, and during the subsequent annealing of the welded billet, as well as during the subsequent operation of the obtained product, the occurrence of brittle phases completely reducing its service properties is completely eliminated in the zone of their connection in conditions of frequent heat exchange and transverse compressive loads. If the thickness of both layers of the bimetallic cavity-forming element is lower than the lower proposed limits, uncontrolled deformations during explosion welding are possible, which leads to a decrease in the quality of the products obtained. The thickness of its layers above the upper proposed limits may lead to excessive consumption of metals per one product.
It is proposed to coaxially place inside the bimetallic cavity-forming element a central cavity-forming element made of glass with a wall thickness of 10-15 mm and with an outer diameter smaller by 2-4 mm of the inner diameter of the bimetallic cavity-forming element, and fill the gap between them with an aqueous filler. In the process of explosion welding, the central cavity-forming element, together with the aqueous filler, performs the functions of a dynamic support, eliminating the unacceptable deformation of the bimetallic cavity-forming element radial toward the center of the product, contributes to the formation of an internal cavity in the product of the desired diameter. If the wall thickness is less than 10 mm, it may be prematurely destroyed during explosion welding, resulting in a decrease in the quality of the products obtained. Its wall thickness of more than 15 mm is excessive, since this leads to an unreasonably large consumption of material for the manufacture of a central cavity-forming element. It is proposed that the outer diameter of the central cavity-forming element be 2-4 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the bimetallic cavity-forming element, which provides the necessary technological gap between them to fill it with an aqueous filler, which acts as a pressure transmitting medium and prevents premature destruction of the central cavity-forming element during explosion welding. When the diameter of the central cavity-forming element is lower than the lower proposed limit, uncontrolled deformations of its layers may occur, and this reduces the quality of the products obtained. With its diameter above the upper proposed limit, it is difficult to fill the gap between it and the aluminum layer of the bimetallic cavity-forming element with an aqueous filler, which can also lead to uncontrolled deformations of the inner surface of the bimetallic cavity-forming element and other metal layers of the workpiece being welded.
After sealing, the assembly was proposed to be placed coaxially inside a tubular bimetallic shell made with an outer layer 1.5–2.5 mm thick — made of aluminum, with an inner layer 1.2–1.6 mm thick — made of nickel, coaxially in the gap between them place a tubular intermediate layer of copper with a wall thickness of 2-4 mm.
Alignment contributes to the stability of the explosion process of all weldable metal layers. The outer aluminum layer of the tubular bimetallic shell is necessary for the formation of a heat-resistant intermetallic coating on the outer surface of its nickel layer during heat treatment (annealing) of the welded workpiece. Excess aluminum is removed from the surface of the formed intermetallic layer at a temperature above its melting point. In the process of explosion welding, the aluminum layer also performs the functions of a medium transferring pressure to the remaining layers, protects the nickel layer of the tubular bimetallic shell from uncontrolled deformation and destruction.
It is proposed that the inner layer of the tubular bimetallic shell be made of nickel, because in the process of annealing during diffusion interaction with aluminum, an intermetallic layer with high heat resistance is formed in the zone of their connection. In addition, this nickel layer, together with other metal layers, contributes to the formation of high strength products with transverse compressive loads. In addition, both during explosion welding of this layer with the outer surface of the tubular intermediate layer made of copper, and during the subsequent annealing of the welded billet, as well as during the subsequent operation of the obtained product, the occurrence of brittle phases completely reducing its service properties is completely eliminated in the zone of their connection in conditions of frequent heat exchange and transverse compressive loads. If the thickness of both layers of the bimetallic cavity-forming element is lower than the lower proposed limits, uncontrolled deformations during explosion welding are possible, which leads to a decrease in the quality of the products obtained. The thickness of its layers above the upper proposed limits can lead to a sticky consumption of metals per one product.
It is proposed to use a tubular intermediate layer made of copper in the explosion welding scheme, since in the zones of connection of this layer with both nickel layers neither undesirable brittle phases occur during explosion welding or subsequent operation, which reduce the service properties of the products obtained by the proposed method. In addition, it helps to equalize the temperature along the length of the obtained product when exposed to concentrated or internal heating sources on its inner or outer surface, and thereby eliminates the possibility of the appearance of sections in the product with local overheating of metal layers that reduce its strength properties. It is proposed that the tubular intermediate layer be made with a wall thickness of 2-4 mm, since its thickness less than 2 mm with this product design is insufficient to effectively equalize the temperature along the length of the obtained product when exposed to concentrated external heat sources on its outer or inner surface. In addition, if the thickness of the tubular intermediate layer is too small, uncontrolled deformations during explosion welding are possible, making it difficult to obtain high-quality products. Its thickness of more than 4 mm is excessive, since this leads to an unreasonably large consumption of copper per one product, and it can also lead to the appearance of imperfections in the welding zone of this layer with a nickel layer of a bimetallic cavity forming element.
The use in the scheme of explosion welding of a tubular bimetallic shell, as well as a bimetallic cavity forming element, allows to ensure high quality welding at all interlayer boundaries.
It is proposed that explosion welding be carried out at a detonation speed of BB 2150-2900 m / s, while the explosive charge thickness and welding gaps between the welded metal layers should be selected from the conditions for obtaining the collision speed of the nickel layer of a tubular bimetallic shell with a tubular intermediate layer of copper within 330-420 m / s, and the collision velocity of the tubular intermediate layer with the nickel layer of the bimetallic tubular cavity-forming element within 320-380 m / s, which ensures high-quality welded pipe joints Ata intermediate layer of copper with an internal nickel layer tubular bimetallic sheath and having an outer nickel layer polosteobrazuyuschego bimetallic element. At the detonation velocity of the explosive and the collision rate of the nickel layer of the tubular bimetallic shell with the tubular intermediate layer, as well as the speed of collision of the latter with the nickel layer of the bimetallic tubular cavity-forming element below the lower proposed limits, it is possible to obtain low-quality welded joints, which can significantly reduce the service properties of the obtained products. At the detonation velocity of explosives and the collision speeds of the above components of the explosion welding scheme above the upper proposed limits, uncontrolled deformation of the layers of the tubular bimetallic shell, the tubular intermediate layer and the tubular bimetallic cavity forming element is possible, which can lead to a violation of the tightness of the metal layers, and the quality of the products obtained.
After explosion welding, the obtained preform was proposed to be annealed to form continuous intermetallic interlayers between the layers of aluminum and nickel at a temperature of 600-630 ° C for 1.5-7 hours (the first stage of annealing), which in a relatively short annealing time allows one to obtain continuous heat-resistant intermetallic interlayers at the interlayer boundaries of the required thickness and high quality. At annealing temperature and time below the lower proposed limits, the thickness of the obtained intermetallic diffusion layers is insufficient, which reduces the ability of the resulting coatings to resist gas corrosion for a long time at high temperatures. The temperature and annealing time above the upper proposed limit are excessive, since the thickness of the intermetallic layers becomes excessive, while increasing the likelihood of cracks in heat-resistant coatings during its further operation in conditions of frequent heat changes.
It is proposed that after completion of annealing (its first stage), the workpiece is heated to a temperature of 690-710 ° C, molten aluminum is removed from its outer and inner surface, and it is kept at this temperature for 0.3-1 hours (second stage of annealing), which contributes to the final formation of and the properties of heat-resistant coatings on the outer and inner surfaces of the resulting product, while the removal of excess aluminum from the surfaces of the coatings, which reduces the service properties of the resulting products, is greatly facilitated. Heating the workpiece to a temperature below the lower proposed limit leads to significant difficulties in removing excess aluminum from the surface of the workpiece. The heating temperature above the upper proposed limit is excessive, since this unnecessarily increases the energy cost of obtaining the product. An exposure of less than 0.3 h is insufficient for the transfer of aluminum residues to intermetallic layers, and this can lead to the appearance of local areas with reduced heat resistance on the outer and inner surfaces of the resulting products. Exposure to more than 1 hour is excessive, because it does not contribute to improving the quality of products, but unnecessarily increases energy costs. It was proposed to perform subsequent cooling in air, since this is the cheapest technological operation providing high quality of the obtained products.

The proposed method for producing composite products with an internal cavity by explosion welding is carried out in the following sequence. Take a pre-fabricated, for example, by explosion welding, bimetallic cavity forming element in the form of a pipe with an
22.The gap between the inner surface of the bimetallic cavity-forming element and the outer surface of the central cavity-forming element is filled with
When carrying out the explosion welding process, the main explosive charge is used with a detonation velocity of 2150-2900 m / s, while the explosive charge thickness and welding gaps between the welded metal layers are selected from the conditions for obtaining the collision speed of the nickel layer of the tubular bimetallic shell with a tubular intermediate layer of copper within 330-420 m / s, and the collision velocity of the tubular intermediate layer of copper with a nickel layer of a bimetallic tubular cavity-forming element within 320-380 m / s.
During explosive action, high-speed radial deformation of the tubular bimetallic shell occurs, when its nickel layer collides with the tubular intermediate layer, nickel is welded with copper, then the resulting three-layer composite (CM) is jointly deformed and when it collides with the outer surface of the bimetallic cavity-forming element with copper a nickel layer of a bimetallic cavity-forming element. The material of the crushed central cavity-forming element is removed from the internal cavity of the welded billet, while the aqueous filler is removed from the cavities after explosive loading spontaneously during unloading of the compressed system.
After explosion welding, the obtained preform is annealed to form continuous intermetallic layers between aluminum and nickel layers at a temperature of 600-630 ° C for 1.5-7 hours (the first stage of annealing), then it is heated to a temperature of 690-710 ° C, molten aluminum is removed from its outer and inner surface, kept at this temperature for 0.3-1 h (second stage of annealing) with the formation of continuous heat-resistant coatings on the outer and inner surface of the workpiece, after which it is cooled in air and removed end astey edge effects.
As a result, in one act of explosive action followed by annealing of the welded billet, a five-layer all-welded composite product is obtained with an internal cavity with axial symmetry, with heat-resistant coatings from intermetallic compounds of the aluminum-nickel system on its outer and inner surfaces, with a high-quality continuous weld of the nickel layer of the tubular bimetallic shell with a tubular intermediate layer of copper, as well as a high-quality welded joint of the specified layer with a nickel layer of bimetallic of a hollow cavity-forming element in the form of a pipe without violating the tightness of the metals being welded, with the complete exception of the possibility of the appearance of brittle intermetallic phases in the process of explosion of metal layers in the joints that reduce the durability of the product during operation under conditions of frequent heat exchange, with increased heat resistance of its external and internal surfaces in oxidizing gas environments to a temperature of 1000 ° C, which is 2 times more than that of the products of the prototype, while providing 4-6.9 times lower in comparison with the prototype, the thermal resistance of its multilayer wall during heat transfer of heated gases supplied to the internal cavity of the product, with the environment.

Его внутренний слой толщиной δ2=2,5 мм изготавливают из алюминия АД1 (ГОСТ 21631-76).A bimetallic cavity-forming element (BPE) in the form of a pipe is made, for example, by explosion welding, with an outer diameter D b.n = 88.2 mm, an inner diameter D b.v = 80 mm, a length of 400 mm with an outer layer of thickness δ 1 = 1.6 mm - from nickel grade NP1 (GOST 623591), its thermal conductivity coefficient λ Ni = 92 W / (m⋅K). Its inner layer with a thickness of δ 2 = 2.5 mm is made of aluminum AD1 (GOST 21631-76).
The central cavity-forming element (CPE), which is removed after explosion welding, is made of glass (GOST 15130-79) with an outer diameter of D tsn = 78 mm, which is 2 mm less than the inner diameter of D b.v of the bimetallic cavity-forming element. Its inner diameter D c.v = 58 mm, wall thickness δ c = 10 mm. Fill its internal cavity with a water filler removed by explosion after welding, and the sealing is carried out using rubber plugs. The resulting assembly No. 1 is placed coaxially inside the WPT. The gap between the inner surface of the WPT and the outer surface of the CPE is filled with a water filler, and sealing and alignment are ensured by metal bushings coated with sealant. Thus obtained assembly No. 2 is placed coaxially inside the tubular bimetallic shell (MSW), and a tubular intermediate layer (CCI) is coaxially placed in the gap between them. The outer diameter of solid waste D o.n = 114.6 mm, the inner diameter D o.v = 106.4 mm, length - 405 mm. The outer layer of solid waste with a thickness of δ 3 = 2.5 mm is made of aluminum AD1, its inner layer with a thickness of δ 4 = 1.6 mm is made of nickel grade NP1. The tubular intermediate layer (CCI) is made of M1 copper (GOST 859-78), having a thermal conductivity λ Cu = 410 W / (m⋅K). Its outer diameter D pn = 105 mm, internal - D pv = 97 mm, wall thickness δ p = 4 mm, length - 400 mm. The alignment of solid waste, CCI, as well as assembly No. 2 is provided using metal bushings, for example, from aluminum. With the selected diameters of solid waste, TPP and BPE, the required welding gap between the inner surface of the solid waste and the outer surface of the TPP is h 1 = 0.7 mm, and the welding gap between the internal surface of the TPP and the external surface of the BPT is h 2 = 4.4 mm. A guide cone is made of steel St3, with an angle at the apex of 90 °, a protective layer of rubber about 1 mm thick is placed on the outer surface of the MSW, which protects the outside surface of the MSW from damage by explosive detonation products, and a container of electric cardboard with the main ring charge is placed on its surface EXPLOSIVES and the auxiliary explosive charge located above it with an increased detonation velocity (6GV ammonite). This charge helps to equalize the detonation front in the main explosive charge. Place this assembly on sandy soil and initiate the detonation process in explosive charges using an electric detonator.
When carrying out the explosion welding process, the main explosive charge is used, as a mixture of 6GV ammonite with ammonium nitrate in a ratio of 1: 4. Its outer diameter d n = 317 mm, inner - d a = 117 mm, the thickness in the area of the tubular sheath arrangement - T cc = 100 mm, D = cc density 0,97-0,98 g / cm 3, the velocity of detonation D cc = 2150 m / s, the total length is 500 mm together with an auxiliary explosive charge having a thickness of 20 mm. With the chosen parameters of the explosion welding scheme, the collision speed of the nickel layer of solid waste with TPP made of copper leaves V 1 = 330 m / s, and the TPP with a nickel layer of WPT V 2 = 320 m / s. Collision speeds V 1 and V 2 are determined by calculation using computer technology. The material of the crushed central cavity-forming element is removed from the inner cavity of the welded billet. Water filler is removed from the cavities after explosive loading spontaneously during unloading of the compressed system.
After explosion welding, the obtained preform is annealed to form continuous intermetallic interlayers between the layers of aluminum and nickel, for example, in an electric furnace at a temperature of t 1 = 600 ° C for τ 1 = 7 h (the first stage of annealing), then it is heated to a temperature t 2 = 690 ° C, molten aluminum is removed from its inner surface, for example, with a metal brush with an electric drive, kept at this temperature τ 2 = 1 h to transfer aluminum residues to intermetallic layers, with the formation of continuous heat-resistant coatings from and intermetallic compounds of the aluminum-nickel system on the outer and inner surface of the workpiece (second stage of annealing). After cooling in air, the end parts of the obtained workpiece with edge effects of 20 mm on each side are removed by machining.
As a result, in one act of explosive action followed by annealing of the welded billet, an all-welded composite five-layer product (CI) with a central cylindrical internal cavity is obtained, without breaking axial symmetry and tightness of metal layers, without brittle metal layers appearing during explosion welding in welding zones intermetallic phases and other defects that could reduce the durability of the product during operation in conditions of frequent heat changes. The outer diameter of the obtained product is D i.n. = 100.4 mm, the inner one is D i.v = 85 mm, the thickness of the outer heat-resistant coating of intermetallic compounds of the aluminum-nickel system is δ in.n = 0.07 mm, the nickel adjacent to it layer - δ Ni = l, 75 mm, adjacent copper - δ Cu = 4.35 mm, adjacent nickel - δ Ni = 1.6 mm, the thickness of the internal heat-resistant coating - δ in.in = 0.07 mm , product length - 360 mm.
The maximum working temperature of the outer and inner surfaces of such a product in oxidizing gas environments reaches 1000 ° C, which is 2 times higher than that of products made according to the prototype. The thermal resistance of its five-layer wall (R sum ) in the direction of heat transfer across the layers, defined as the sum of the thermal resistances of each layer (the ratio of the layer thickness to its thermal conductivity), is equal to: R sum = 67.7 × 10 -6 K / (W / m), which is 4-4.6 times less than that of products obtained by the prototype.

The results are the same as in example 1, but they receive an all-welded composite product with an outer diameter of D i.n = 112 mm, an internal one of D i.v = 103 mm, the thickness of the outer heat-resistant coating is δ in.n = 0.05 mm the adjacent nickel layer - δ Ni.tbo = 1.25 mm, the adjacent copper layer - δ Cu = 2.05 mm, the adjacent nickel layer - δ Ni.be = 1.2 mm, the thickness of the internal heat-resistant coating is δ in.in = 0.05 mm, product length 360 mm. The thermal resistance of its five-layer wall R sum = 45⋅10 -6 K / (W / m 2 ), which is 6-6.9 times less than that of products obtained by the prototype.
According to the prototype (see table, example 4) receive all-welded products with a Central inner cavity of cylindrical shape and with twelve cavities having a cross-sectional shape of a curved quadrangle. Their outer shell is made of corrosion-resistant metal with reduced thermal conductivity - titanium VT 1-00, the intermediate layer is made of steel 12X18H10T, and the cavity forming elements are made of copper M1. Between the titanium and steel layers there is a heat-protective intermetallic layer of steel and titanium with a thickness of 0.07-0.08 mm (70-80 microns). The maximum operating temperature of the outer and inner surfaces of the products of the prototype in oxidizing gas environments does not exceed 500 ° C, which is 2 times less than that of products by the proposed method. The thermal resistance of the four-layer wall of copper, steel, intermetallic layer and titanium for each such product with a heat transfer direction across the layers R sum = (272.4-312.5) ⋅10 -6 K / (W / m 2 ), which is 4 -6.9 times more than the product made by the proposed method. Under conditions of frequent heat exchange (thermal cycling) in the zone of location of the intermetallic layer between titanium and steel, cracking is possible, which makes it impossible to further use such products in critical equipment.
