Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to equipment for oil and gas wells, and can be used to eliminate paraffin hydrate plugs and maintain optimal thermal conditions in wells in order to prevent and eliminate paraffin hydrate and asphalt tar deposits on the inner surface of a tubing (tubing).
A known method of thermal exposure [RU, patent No. 2248442 dated 09/10/2003], in which, in order to prevent the formation of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits in the well at the depth of formation of deposits, a heating system is immersed in the well, consisting of a linear heating element in the form of a metal conductor that feeds the core and contactor current between them in the head part. The contactor is a local heater, by means of which heating is carried out when the heating system is immersed in the well, which allows the passage of plugs formed by deposits. After immersion, predominantly heating is carried out by closing the current circuit formed by the metal conductor and supplying the core, for this the closing element has a decreasing dependence of the resistance on the temperature increase. A device that implements the method comprises a heating system consisting of a supply core made of twisted and insulated conductors, a linear heating element in the form of a bare metal conductor and a contactor consisting of a housing, a ferrite core and a winding. A feature of the contactor is that when the ferrite core is heated to the Curie point, it loses its magnetic properties and the resistance of the contactor drops.
The disadvantages of this method and device for its implementation are the lack of temperature control during the operation of the induction system and, as a consequence, the possible overheating of the contactor and the core of the linear heating element, its further electrical breakdown and failure of the heating system, i.e. reduced reliability of the heating system as a whole.
The disadvantage described above is eliminated in the prototype [RU, patent No. 2569102 from 11/20/2015]. A heating system consisting of a linear heating element in the form of a metal conductor supplying the conductors and a current contactor between them at the head is immersed in the well. The switch is made on the ferromagnetic core, the temperature of the closing element and its environment is controlled by a temperature sensor, part of the heating system, and is controlled by the control system in the required range when the heating system is lowered into the well, then, after the heating system is completely immersed in the well, the heating control system introduces the ferromagnetic core into saturation, and heat dissipation occurs predominantly along the length of the linear heating element, since guide member has a falling resistance versus saturation its ferromagnetic core. A device that implements the method comprises a heating system consisting of a supply core made of twisted and insulated conductors, a linear heating element in the form of a bare metal conductor and a contactor made in the form of a winding of a high-frequency wire wound around the core and placed inside the metal shell, the core end parts closed to this shell, and in the head of the heating system is a temperature sensor, with which the temperature is controlled a contactor during the descent of the heating system into the wellbore, is used as the core ferromagnetic material introduced into saturation the heat control system when the heating system is fully immersed in the well. Moreover, the core of the contactor is introduced into saturation by increasing the frequency of the current passed through its winding.
The disadvantage of this method and a device for its implementation is its fundamental realizability, because, firstly, it is almost impossible to choose a ferromagnetic material that will saturate with increasing frequency of the current passed through the supply core, and secondly, when passing a high-frequency current through the core of a linear heating element creates a strong electromagnetic interference, which will have a significant impact on the measuring part, namely the wires from the temperature sensor, installed of the head portion of the heating system, which will be induced voltage pulse interference that necessarily lead to failure in the temperature reading and to failure of the measurement system, i.e., the reliability of the heating system as a whole decreases.
A common drawback of methods and devices containing such an element as a contactor is the need to constantly adjust the frequency, which affects the change in the power of the generator during operation of the heating system, and in the worst case, overload of the key elements of the generator, leading to their failure, as it has place the mismatch of the high-frequency generator and its load (linear heating element). Another disadvantage of the methods and devices containing the contactor is that, due to its design, the contactor has a diameter close to the inner diameter of the tubing, so a linear heating element with a closure at the end lowered into the tubing of the well will impede the flow of the wellbore fluid during production, since the cross section of the tubing into which the contactor is placed is reduced, and therefore, leaving such a heating system in the tubing for continuous operation (that is, not a one-time operation of the well to remove the paraffin, tatsionarny prolonged operation of the heating system in the wellbore to enhance stimulation) is not possible. Thus, the main disadvantages of the prototype are the low reliability of the heating system and the inability to operate the heating system during prolonged work in the well to increase the intensification of oil production.
An object of the invention is to increase the reliability of the heating system and providing the possibility of long-term operation of the heating system in the well to increase the intensification of oil production. The problem is solved by a method of eliminating, preventing the formation of deposits and intensifying oil production in oil and gas producing wells, in which heating to the depth of formation of deposits is carried out using a heating system containing a linear heating element in the form of a metal conductor immersed in the well and submerged in the well of the supply core, through which a high-frequency electric current is passed and the metal of a linear heating element is exposed to a high-frequency pit field core, create induction high-frequency currents in a metal conductor, while the supply core of the linear heating element is electrically isolated from the metal conductor both along the entire length of the linear heating element and in its head, the length of the linear heating element and the frequency of the alternating current passed through the supply core is selected from the condition that the period of the alternating current ¼, ½ or the whole length of the electromagnetic wave propagated through the linear heating element is equal, and do not change the frequency of the current during operation of the heating system, and in order to prevent overheating of the metal conductor and the supply core, the average temperature of the linear heating element is controlled by measuring its Q factor, and if the Q factor of the linear heating element reaches the value corresponding to the maximum allowable temperature, the high-frequency current is switched off through feeding core, and upon reaching the quality factor equal to the minimum possible temperature in the well, it is again turned on. In addition, the task is also solved by the method in which the supply wire of the linear heating element is electrically shorted to the end of the metal conductor of the head part immersed in the well (without the use of such an additional element as a contactor), and protect the short-circuited contact from mechanical impact when the head part is immersed into the well. The problem is also solved by a device for eliminating and preventing the formation of deposits and plugs in oil and gas producing wells, containing a heating element consisting of a ferromagnetic metal conductor with a cross section selected sufficient to support the weight of the heating element immersed in the well and a supply core made of twisted and insulated conductors, in this case, the supply core, made of copper enamel wire, twisted like a litzendrat and additionally coated with polymer or fluoroplastic asth shell, is reliably isolated from a ferromagnetic metal conductor, throughout its entire length, especially in its head part, lowered into the well, the length of the linear heating element and the alternating current period of the generator, the output of which is connected to the input of the linear heating element, are consistent and equal ¼, ½ or the whole length of the electromagnetic wave propagating along the linear heating element, and during the operation of the generator, the frequency of the generated current remains constant, and induction heating control, connected to the input of the generator, turning the relay on or off according to the relay law, loaded on the linear heating element, works in such a way as to prevent overheating of the linear heating element, by controlling its quality factor and calculating the quality factor of the average temperature of the linear heating element, completely immersed in the well, and when the quality factor of the linear heating element is reached, the value corresponding to the maximum Tima temperature control system turns off the high frequency generator, which is loaded on a linear heating element, thereby stopping the current through the feed conductor, and when the Q-factor equal to the lowest possible temperature in the well, again comprises a generator operation. In addition, the problem is solved by a device in which the supply core at the end of the linear heating element is directly electrically connected to a metal conductor immersed in the well, and the short-circuited electrical connection is protected from mechanical damage by an all-metal cap tightly crimped around the metal conductor, so that a short-circuit contact is made It was not variable, it was the most reliable and with a low transition resistance.
Installation for the control of paraffin (asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits) (Fig. 1) contains a high-frequency generator 1, loaded on a load-carrying
Induction heating system operates as follows. The load-carrying cable 2 (figure 1) is lowered into the well in the zone of formation of deposits. At the same time, during its descent, clogged sections 13 (FIG. 3) in the tubing are easily overcome, since, firstly, the load-carrying cable has a small diameter, which reduces the resistance provided by the borehole fluid, and secondly, the cable under its own weight (like a needle ) easily penetrates
A particular role for the implementation of the method is played by the distribution of heating along the length of the linear heating element (cable inside the well). The uniqueness of the method lies in the possibility of moving the zones of intense heating along the length of the linear heating element. The length of the linear heating element and the frequency of the alternating current passed through the supply core from the generator 1 is selected from the condition that the period of the alternating current is equal to ¼, ½ or the whole length of the electromagnetic wave propagated through the linear heating element. This condition must be observed to coordinate the generator and its load, since a linear heating element (usually has a length of 1000 - 1500 m, that is, a distance equal to the range of possible deposits of deposits in the wells) for a high frequency current generator is a long line. Therefore, to obtain a standing electromagnetic wave in a long line, as the most energy-efficient from the point of view of heating the induction system (loss in a long line in this case is the operating mode of the heating system), the specified coordination is required [Izyumov N.M., Linde D.P. Fundamentals of Radio Engineering. - M.: Radio and Communications, 1983]. With an open long line (at the end of the head of the linear heating element, conductors and a metal conductor are electrically isolated, that is, a long line idle is provided), the maximum voltage, the minimum current at the end and at the beginning of the long line (cable) will occur, which ensures the maximum heating temperature in the middle of the first half and the middle of the second half of the linear heating element and the minimum temperature at the beginning, which is the most energy-efficient during the elimination, to prevent the formation of paraffin deposits in the well and to intensify oil production (this is usually a range of 150-250 and 500-700 m from the wellhead), and since the linear heating element (cable) is heated less at the beginning, it will not overheat if it is small part remained on the drum 4 (figure 1). If necessary, change the cable length or change the maximum heating interval along the cable length, change the condition for the equality of the alternating current period ¼, ½ or the whole length of the electromagnetic wave propagated through the linear heating element. In the case of the short-circuited end of the head of the linear heating element (without the use of an additional element as a contact, preventing the passage of the borehole fluid during stationary operation of the heating system), it is also necessary to comply with the specified condition for matching the generator and its load (short circuit mode for a long line). The difference will only be in choosing a different value for the equality of the period of the alternating current and the length of the electromagnetic wave propagated through the linear heating element so that the maximum energy efficiency of the heating system takes place. An insulated core (at the head of the linear heating element) at the end of the load-carrying cable (core long circuit mode), through which a high-frequency current is passed from generator 1, as well as a short-circuited electrical connection (short circuit mode long line), are protected from mechanical damage with an all-metal cap 12 (Fig. 3), tightly crimped around a metal conductor (armor of a load-carrying cable), so that the insulated version of the core can withstand high voltage at the end of the core, and the short circuit th contact was not variable, was the most reliable and low transition resistance.
The greatest effect when implementing the proposed method, in which high reliability of the heating system is achieved, is obtained by controlling the average temperature of the linear heating element by measuring its quality factor at a given frequency of operation of the generator. As is known [RU, copyright certificate No. 746465 of 07/07/1980], the value of the equivalent active and inductive resistances of an inductor (in our case, an inductor is a core of a linear heating element of an induction heating system) determines the temperature of a body (a heated object, that is, a metal conductor) and accordingly, by measuring the quality factor (the ratio of equivalent inductive resistance to equivalent active), we can indirectly calculate the temperature of the core and the metal conductor of the linear heater element and control the heating process in order to prevent overheating of the core of the linear heating element and, accordingly, increase the reliability of the heating system as a whole. The heating control system 3 (Fig. 1) turns on or off the high-frequency generator 1, loaded on a linear heating element (load-carrying cable 2) according to the relay law, so that when the quality factor of the generator 1 reaches the quality factor of the linear heating element (quality factor is calculated by the algorithm embedded in the control system 3) the value corresponding to the maximum allowable temperature of the heating system in the well, the control system 3 turns off the high-frequency generator 1, on which wives linear heating element, thereby stopping the current through the feed conductor, and when the Q-factor equal to the lowest possible temperature in the well, again comprises a generator 1 in operation.
The proposed heating system has wider functionality from the point of view of its applicability to increase the intensification of oil production in oil and gas wells, since it can continuously (stationary during the operation of oil and gas wells from one overhaul to another) work in the tubing without interfering with the flow of the well fluid, and has higher reliability, which is determined by the simplicity and high reliability of the control system and the measurement of the average temperature of the heating conductor masticatory member, and accordingly, eliminating overheating and highly reliable high-frequency generator because it operates at a consistent with them the load that provides favorable operation key generator elements.
