Abstract
Description
The invention relates to military equipment, in particular to guided missiles.
Missiles are known, for example 9M22U and 9M521 (see, for example, A. Karpenko. Modern multiple launch rocket systems. Publishing house "Bastion", 2003).
The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using known rockets are that in known rockets the flight to the target is carried out along a ballistic trajectory without compensating for deviations from the trajectory required to hit the target, as a result of which they have low firing accuracy, which increases ammunition consumption and combat mission time.
The closest device of the same purpose to the claimed invention in terms of features is a guided missile, including a cylindrical hinge on bearings with an axis of rotation coinciding with the longitudinal axis of the missile, power source, flight information loading unit, flight control unit, navigation and orientation system block (see patent RU No. 2502042 C1, IPC F42B 15/00, F42B 15/01 dated 05.22.2012), adopted as a prototype.
The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the known device adopted for the prototype include the fact that in the known device the flight control of a rocket is provided by one pair of aerodynamic rudders fixed at a certain angle to the longitudinal axis of the rocket on the outer surface of the nose module of the control unit and deployed to the desired position with the nose module in a fixed position relative to the plane in which control by means of a torque motor, the stator of which is rigidly connected to the body of the nose module of the control unit, and the rotor is located on the axis of the cylindrical hinge associated with the accelerating unit.
As a result, the disadvantages of the prototype are limited ranges of simultaneously selected lateral deviations and deviations in range due to the possibility of instant control in only one plane, restrictions on the maneuverability of the projectile and non-optimal flight path due to the installation of the steering wheel in a fixed position, it is not possible to damp longitudinal and transverse shell oscillations in flight, which increases drag and reduces range, the inability to use in a regular uncontrolled shell without finalizing the latter.
The technical objective of this solution is to eliminate the above disadvantages, namely increasing the accuracy of shooting by increasing the range of simultaneously selected lateral misses and misses in range, reducing the drag of a guided missile and ensuring the installation of the control unit on mass-produced shells without finalizing them immediately before use .
The technical result is the expansion of the combat capabilities of rocket artillery when firing at small targets.
The specified technical result is achieved in that an autonomous missile control unit comprising a cylindrical hinge on two rolling bearings with an axis of rotation coinciding with the longitudinal axis of the missile, a power source, on-board equipment for remote reception of a flight mission, a fuse, control equipment that contains an on-board computer , the inertial sensor unit and satellite navigation equipment, further comprises an electric steering gear comprising four electric motors direct current, four aerodynamic steering wheels hidden inside the housing in the initial position, each DC motor independently deviates its own aerodynamic steering wheel by an angle of ± 20 °, a feature of the autonomous missile control unit is that it is mounted on mass-produced uncontrolled reactive shells immediately before use on the fuse seat in the nose of the warhead. In this case, the front part of the control compartment with aerodynamic rudders freely rotates relative to the rear part associated with the rocket.
In FIG. 1 shows the design of an autonomous missile control unit; in FIG. 2 - flight path of a rocket equipped with an autonomous control unit.
The autonomous control unit contains a supporting structure (1), inside which there are installed satellite navigation equipment (2), flight task reception equipment (3), on-board computer (4), inertial sensors unit (5), power supply (6), electric steering gear (7) with four independent aerodynamic rudders (8) and DC electric motors (9), torque is transmitted from the electric motor to the steering shaft through a gearbox (10), a cylindrical hinge is made on two rolling bearings (11), while the inner the hinge holder (12) is fixed in the rocket (13) on the threaded seat (14) of the fuse (used when firing with a serial unguided projectile), the external holder is the supporting structure (1), the aerodynamic skirt (15) is mechanically connected to the internal holder and is designed to smoothly interface the control compartment with the warhead of the projectile warhead, the fuse (16) is installed in the internal cavity of the docking unit.
The work of the autonomous control unit is carried out as follows: at the firing position, the calculation sets the autonomous control unit to the rocket and charges the projectile in the guide of the combat vehicle, after that the target coordinates and the operation sequence diagram for the flight compartment are entered into the control compartment using the on-board flight mission equipment. After the start, the on-board computer starts the execution of the cyclogram, the satellite navigation equipment determines the current coordinates of the projectile. The initial section of the flight is carried out along a ballistic trajectory. Depending on the firing range and in accordance with the launch schedule, at the appointed time, aerodynamic rudders open and a controlled flight begins. Based on the signals from the angular velocity sensors located in the inertial sensor unit, the on-board computer generates commands for stabilizing the roll and damping the longitudinal and transverse vibrations of the projectile, and according to the data on the position of the projectile in space determined by the satellite navigation system and the target coordinates set at launch in accordance with selected control law, forms the command of the projectile guidance on the target. The steering drive fulfills the command, deflecting each of the four aerodynamic rudders to the required angles independently of each other in a given direction, creating at the same time control forces and moments along the course, pitch and roll. The defeat of the target is carried out with a dive to reduce range errors and increase the effectiveness of the warhead.
