Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of oil and gas industry and can be used in the development of hydrocarbon deposits. The method includes opening an object of operation by a well with two or more shafts. One of the boreholes is vertical with a depth of artificial bottom 10-15 meters below the initial GLC. This barrel is not perforated and serves to monitor the progress of gas-liquid (GLC) or water-oil (WOC) contact. The remaining trunks are horizontal, designed for the selection of hydrocarbon feed from the facility.
The classification and purpose of oil and gas wells are known, according to which wells are divided according to the purpose of use and design features. Part of the wells can be used for monitoring field development tasks. So, for example, to monitor the introduction of water into the reservoir, as a rule, vertical observation and parametric wells are used [1] [Classification of oil and gas wells, RD 153-39.0-072-01 “Technical Instructions for Geophysical Surveys and Cable Works in oil and gas wells. " M.: Ministry of Energy of Russia, 2001, p. 12]. Their construction requires significant financial costs. If a large number of observation wells are laid when designing a field development, this will entail a significant increase in the cost of the project and in some cases the development will become unprofitable. For this reason, the number of wells for this purpose in the field is limited. In turn, the low density of observation points for the dynamics of GLC or VNK complicates the monitoring procedure for the progress of the contacts of the media section. In some cases, when GLC or VNK is below the perforation interval, production wells can be used for monitoring purposes [2] [S.N. Zakirov, B.B. Lapuc. Design and development of gas fields. M .: Nedra, 1974, p. 24]. This increases the number of observation points and, accordingly, the accuracy of the forecasts for the flooding of hydrocarbon deposits.
When developing hydrocarbon deposits with low reservoir properties by vertical or directional wells, it is not always possible to achieve high productivity of wells. Similar problems arise when operating low-power collectors. In turn, vertical wells have disadvantages, which are expressed in small effective perforated capacities. With this design of the well, ceteris paribus, lower flow rates are observed compared to horizontal wells, fast watering of the wells and a low coefficient of final recovery. This is the main disadvantage of the method of developing hydrocarbon deposits with low filtration and capacitive properties.
М., 2004, 520 с.].Recently, the development of gas deposits with a small thickness of the reservoir or low permeability is carried out using single or multilateral wells with horizontal completion. [3] [A.A. Molchanov, E.E. Lukyanov, V.A. Rapin. Geophysical studies of horizontal oil and gas wells. SPb., 2001, p. 7; from. 22]. When using horizontal wells, it becomes possible to simultaneously develop hydrocarbon deposits horizontally spaced from each other. Almost all studies conducted emphasize that, compared with vertical wells, when producing productive formations with a horizontal well, productivity of wells increases several times [4] [Zakirov SN, Zakirov ES, Zakirov IS, Baganova M.N ., Spirodonov A.V. New principles and technologies for the development of oil and gas fields. M., 2004, 520 pp.].
The disadvantage of the method of developing hydrocarbon deposits using wells with horizontal endings is the fact that it is impossible to conduct geophysical surveys to monitor the dynamics of GLCs (VOCs), since in this case the well does not open a gas-liquid or oil-water contact. This pretty much affects the effectiveness of monitoring the development of hydrocarbon deposits.
The proposed technical solution allows us to improve the conditions for the development of low-permeability low-power reservoirs with a simultaneous increase in the number of observation points for the dynamics of contacts of reservoir fluids. The problem is solved in that in the proposed method, which includes opening a hydrocarbon deposit by a multilateral well, one of the trunks of such a well is vertical. He reveals the initial position of the GLC (VNK), while artificial slaughter is located 10-15 meters below the fluid contacts. The vertical wellbore is not perforated and serves the purpose of monitoring the incorporation of water into a hydrocarbon reservoir using geophysical methods. The remaining trunks are made with a horizontal ending. They are designed to select reservoir fluid. Horizontal endings allow to increase the drainage zone and, as a result, allow to increase well productivity.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of development of hydrocarbon deposits.
The essence of the proposed method
It is known that the productivity of a low-permeability hydrocarbon reservoir is significantly affected by the drainage zone. An increase in the drainage zone, all other things being equal, leads to an increase in productivity. Significantly expand the drainage zone allows horizontal wellbores. Existing technical solutions for the use of horizontal shafts contribute to the effective selection of products from the reservoir, but do not allow monitoring the introduction of water into the reservoir. The proposed invention solves the problem of the simultaneous development of deposits and control of this process. The essence of the proposed method for the construction of dual-use wells is illustrated by the scheme shown in FIG. 1, and is carried out as follows.
Brief Description of the Drawings
I - направление;I - direction;
II - кондуктор;II - conductor;
III - промежуточную колонну.III - an intermediate column.
The column is cemented. Then, through the interval of the “window”, a sidetrack with a horizontal end is drilled. Lower the casing 2 and the
An example of a proposed implementation
The Cenomanian gas deposit of the Yamsoveyskoye field was put into development in 1997. The area of the field is 526 km 2 , and the number of observation wells for GWC control is 10 units, therefore, more than 52.6 km 2 falls on one observation well. The operational experience of the Yamsoveyskoye field showed that the reference network of observation wells is not enough to control watering the reservoir. As a result, the subsoil user is forced to use alternative methods for monitoring the dynamics of the GWC - gravimetric monitoring. Additional research activities increase operating costs, therefore, economic efficiency is reduced.
In addition, it was found that peripheral zones with low reservoir properties and low productive capacities are worked out less efficiently. As a result, desynchronization is formed between the gas extraction zones. So, for example, between reservoirs of the Cenomanian age of the Yareyskaya area, which have low gas-saturated power, and a massive reservoir of the Yasmoveyskoye field as of 01.01.2015, the difference in reservoir pressure is 4.08 MPa. Such a gradient of reservoir pressures contributes to in-situ gas flow and loss of reservoir energy, which negatively affects the efficiency of field operation.
As a result of the commissioning of dual-use wells, the energy efficiency of the production process will increase. This will be achieved by increasing gas withdrawal from low-permeable low-power reservoirs on Yareiskaya Square using horizontal production well bores. At the same time, vertical shafts will be available for field geophysical studies, including with the aim of determining the gas-liquid contact of the developed formation. This will increase the density of the observation network, which will undoubtedly affect the information content of research activities.
Thus, in the proposed method, a dual-use well is used, which allows for simultaneous industrial production of reservoir fluid and constant monitoring of the dynamics of the introduction of water into a productive reservoir.
