Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for manufacturing volumetric frame mesh panels and can be used in the manufacture of structures in mechanical engineering, including shipbuilding, nuclear power, aerospace industry. In these industries, large-sized volume panels and shells are widely used, for the manufacture of which stamped sheets of metal, supported by profiles, were previously used. At the same time, the profile increased the rigidity of the panel and the strength characteristics of the entire structure. The most preferred method turned out to be a method of manufacturing panels from polymer composite materials (PCM), where, at the same time as paneling, reinforcing profiles were made in the structure to increase the equal strength characteristics of the panel.
С. И. А. 557 (D1), где объемную оболочку изготавливают методом непрерывной намотки на станке с вращающейся оправкой (формообразующим инструментом).A known method of manufacturing pressure cylinders from PCM (Fundamentals of aircraft and rocket science: textbook for universities / A.S. Chumadin, V.I. Ershov, K.A. Makarov and others - M .: Infra-M. 2008. - 992 p., Ill. P. 557 (D1), where a three-dimensional shell is produced by continuous winding on a machine with a rotating mandrel (forming tool).
They are continuously and evenly laid on a rotating mandrel along an established trajectory and at a constant speed, braiding it like a cocoon, spiral ribbons made of PCM fibers impregnated with a binder and forming the power frame of the future design panel from reinforcing profiles or power elements. In the described stage, a three-dimensional rigid mesh structure is formed from spiral mutually intersecting fibers.
Further, the formed frame of the reinforcing profiles or power elements is reinforced with outer tapes wound in an annular direction. Moreover, the wetted annular layer (or sheathing) is wound on the outer surface of the panel on previously laid symmetrical spiral power layers.
10.10.2012) (D2).Closest to the claimed invention is a method of manufacturing structural panels, comprising forming a system of spiral and annular ribs of a power set by winding a flexible fibrous material impregnated with a binder onto a matrix placed on a mandrel, then the subsequent formation of a casing layer by winding a flexible fibrous material impregnated with a binder over the power set, curing the binder and removing the panel from the mandrel (US Pat. RU No. 2463166, publ. 10.10.2012) (D2).
A distinctive feature of the claimed invention is that the grooves under the ribs of the frame in the matrices are made in height equal to the thickness of the insert, and the insert itself can be removed from the resulting structure upon completion of the process.
However, using the above methods, it is possible to produce a panel in a "wet" way, i.e. when fibrous material is wound onto a mandrel that is previously wetted with a binder. This is not always convenient, as this requires highly qualified personnel and trouble-free operation of the equipment. Another objective reason is the fragility of the useful properties of the polymer. In addition, the consumption of an expensive binder is high, the excess of which is squeezed out and disposed of as waste.
The task to which the proposed technical solution is directed is the ability to obtain several layers in the manufacture of bulk wire mesh panels in a "dry" way, including thin-walled, that is, when dry fibrous material is wound and / or laid on a mandrel or other forming tool, which is impregnated with a binder only after the completion of winding and / or laying is complete, then the ribs of the force set are formed by winding into the grooves of the matrix of a flexible dry fibrous material, after it is formed on them by the next cladding layer.
The formation of subsequent layers is carried out in a similar manner. After completion of the dry winding process and / or laying out of fibrous material, the entire assembly is placed in a lodgement under an airtight film, from which air is evacuated and this creates a vacuum. Then, through the created vacuum, a metered portion of plastic (fluid resin) is sucked from the container with a binder into the dry bulk fiber structure, which is evenly distributed throughout the fiber structure.
The technical result that can be obtained as a result of the problem being solved is expressed in a significant simplification of the process of obtaining several layers in the manufacture of volumetric wireframe mesh ribbed panels. At the same time, there is a significant decrease in the mass of the structure as a whole, a reduction in the loss of the binder, as well as an increase in the quality of the structure and the overall technological culture of production with a decrease in the quantity of scrap and the consumption of the binder.
The problem is solved in that the method of manufacturing structural panels, comprising forming a system of spiral and annular ribs of a power set by winding a flexible dry fibrous material onto a matrix placed on a mandrel, forming a casing layer by winding a flexible dry fibrous material on top of the power set, followed by creating vacuum into the design of the binder and its curing with the removal of the panel from the mandrel, in the claimed invention on a mandrel of dry fibrous material and form a volumetric mesh frame and cladding layers are then formed by vacuum suction structure uniformly impregnated with a binder, wherein the binder is carried out after the curing process is complete, and then provide access to all the structural panels closed volumes, and if necessary removed from their matrix material inserts.
A comparative analysis of the essential features of the proposed technical solution with the essential features of analogues and prototype indicates its compliance with the criterion of "novelty."
Distinctive features of the claims solve the following functional tasks.
The sign "... on the mandrel of dry fibrous material to form a three-dimensional mesh frame and casing layers" ensures the formation of a "smooth" inner surface of the panel and the ribs of the power set of the structure of dry fibrous material, which allows you to make the necessary adjustments to the design at all technological stages of production.
The sign "... then, through vacuum suction, the formed structure is uniformly impregnated with a binder", thereby strictly dosing the binder into the created volumetric frame structure.
The method is as follows. To form the first casing layer, a flexible dry fibrous material is pre-wound and / or laid out on the surface of the rotating mandrel, on which a matrix of inserts is formed, with gaps designed to form a volumetric power set of the panel.
Either briquettes of soluble material (for example, salt bypass-forming inserts) or capsules with light gas are used as matrix material. The salts in the bypass-forming inserts can be any, the main thing is that they are able to keep the shape of the rib structure and sheathing until the binder is polymerized and subsequently can be removed from the cell cavity using one of the available methods - by shaking, evacuating, washing out, while the capsules with light gas remain in composition of the structure. Bypass-forming salt inserts (or capsules with light gas) are installed on the first casing layer with gaps that specify the size of the rib in advance, namely: the height of the bypass-forming insert is equal to the height of the manufactured rib, and the distance between the inserts is the thickness of the future rib.
The ribs of the power set are formed by winding into the gaps of the matrix of a flexible dry fibrous material. Upon completion of winding and / or laying, the formed bulk dry structure is uniformly impregnated with a binder by suctioning the binder by evacuating the resulting assembly. In the inventive method, the binder is a matrix or fiber bonding agent, i.e. this material after polymerization gives rigidity to the fibers. Ribs made by winding are oriented perpendicular to the outer surface of the future panel.
The curing of the binder is carried out after completion of the formation of the structure. Binder curing is a well-known standard type polymerization process, which depends on the type of substances used and the process conditions. By the proposed method, it is possible to manufacture any three-dimensional mesh frame panel from PCM.
