Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the cable industry, in particular to the manufacture of medium voltage cables (6-35 kV) with conductive sector-shaped conductors.
The RF patent for invention No. 2546644 describes the construction of a medium-voltage cable with conductive conductors (TJ) of a sector shape, in which, in order to increase the electric strength of the cables, the areas of the “junction of streams” in the insulating layer, which are zones with reduced electric strength, are shifted relative to the angular vein zones, which are characterized by increased values of the electric field. Angular zones should be understood as the zones with the greatest curvature, i.e. sections with the smallest radii of curvature.
Sector-shaped conductors must always be wound on the transfer device with a “back”, i.e. a cylindrical portion of the surface facing the "neck" of the drum, since only this position provides stability when winding. As a result, TPG enters the extrusion head at an angle at which the imaginary line connecting the centers of the output channels of the extrudate flow distributor in the extrusion head is perpendicular to the imaginary line connecting the points of the angular zones of the core that are most distant from each other. Thus, the areas of the “junction of flows” are located in the corner zones of the sector, which, as shown in RF patent No. 2546644, reduces the electric strength of the cable.
This technical solution proposes two technological ways to overcome this drawback.
The first way involves rotating the extrudate flow distributor in the extrusion head.
The second way is to rotate the TPG relative to the constant position of the divider by placing the corresponding rotary device installed between the delivery drum and the extrusion head.
The technical result to which the invention is directed is to develop a method for applying insulation to a conductive sector-shaped core using a standard extrusion head with an extrudate flow distributor, which eliminates the formation of joints of extrudate flows in the corner zones of the core.
The invention is illustrated by drawings.
In FIG. 1 shows the formation of insulation in an extrusion die with a rotated extrudate flow distributor; in FIG. 2 shows the formation of insulation in an extrusion head with a previously rotated conductive core.
The method is implemented as follows.
1.In the first embodiment, the application of insulation to the
3.In the second embodiment, the application of insulation on the TPG 1 sector-shaped position of the
