А., 20.09.2009). The solid component is introduced in the form of a powder with a particle size of 50-200 microns. The temperature in the granulator is maintained in the range of 40-80 ° C, and the pelletizing process by pelletizing is carried out in dish-type granulators (RU 2367638 C1 (Taran A.L., Taran A.V., Taran Yu.A., September 20, 2009). Сущность изобретенияSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The technical result of the present invention is to create a technology that allows to obtain granular porous ammonium nitrate with high static strength (up to 22 N / granule), increased resistance to thermal cycles of -20 ° С↔60 ° С, with adjustable absorbency (from 8 to 18% ) and the retention (from 5.0 to 9.0%) diesel fuel pellets, as well as their bulk density (from 720 to 890 kg / m 3 ) in plate-type apparatuses using ammonium nitrate granules obtained by prilling as retura .
The technical result is achieved by the fact that:
- требуемая прочность кристаллического каркаса обеспечивается введением в аммиачную селитру стабилизирующей добавки в виде оксида магния;- the required strength of the crystalline framework is provided by the introduction of a stabilizing additive in the form of magnesium oxide into ammonium nitrate;
Испаряясь, вода придает грануле пористую структуру.- the problem of pore formation is solved by the introduction of a pore-forming additive, as well as by heating the resulting granules to a temperature of 100 ° C with the evaporation of water introduced into the granule with a solution of ammonium nitrate. Evaporating, water gives the granule a porous structure.
The process of producing granular porous ammonium nitrate according to the claimed method is as follows: prilled ammonium nitrate from an AS-72 aggregate with a magnesia additive (magnesium oxide in the form of caustic magnesites PMK-75, PMK-83, PMK-87 or nitrogen acid extract) is dissipated for agricultural purposes, fractions of granules with sizes <1 mm and 1-2 mm are selected, which are used as retur in the described process. Then an aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate with a concentration of 80-90% wt. with magnesia additive in an amount of 0.5-2% wt. On the unit, this solution is obtained after the neutralization of nitric acid with ammonia in the apparatus for using the heat of neutralization (ITN). Using this aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate with a magnesia additive, spray it in an amount of from 10 to 50% wt. on existing reture granules in a dish-type apparatus, by spraying through a mechanical or pneumatic nozzle, when a finely dispersed (40-200 microns) pore-forming additive is fed in an amount of 0.1-1% wt. As pore-forming additives, you can use calcium and magnesium carbonates, as well as mixtures thereof, potassium, sodium and ammonium carbonates and mixtures thereof, urea, dispersant NF. The pore-forming additive can be supplied in the form of an aqueous solution saturated at a temperature of 80-100 ° C in an amount of 0.1-1% wt. in terms of dry matter, without first mixing with the initial 80-90% solution of ammonium nitrate, in order to avoid premature conversion. The obtained granules are dispersed and dried to a residual moisture content of 0.2-0.5% according to Fisher.
