Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for marking products, in particular cultural property, namely paintings, sculptures, books, antiques, with their subsequent identification, and can be used to protect cultural property from counterfeiting, forgery and falsification.
Numerous methods are known for marking various objects in a variety of ways using, for example, luminescent markers, inscribing and holograms, using built-in electronic circuits, etc.
Known, in particular (FR, patent 2317844), is a method for spraying substances that luminesce or fluoresce in the visible, ultraviolet or infrared regions of the spectrum, followed by their analysis using electronic devices. The device described in this patent, using which appropriate identification methods are implemented, allows identifying only items of small sizes, for example, banknotes, credit cards, checks, stocks, documents, which must be placed in a special holder and moved inside an electronic device of a rather complicated design. Those. the method and device described in this patent, it is impossible to detect and identify marks on large objects of large sizes, such as antique musical instruments, sculptures, paintings, and they do not provide secrecy marking.
There is a known (EP, application 0563713, published 06.10.1993) a method for identifying objects in which an electronic tag in the form of an integrated microcircuit (chip) that responds to an external signal of a given type with a specific response signal is glued (glued) to or in the object.
The disadvantages of this method are identical to the method described above.
Known (RU, patent 2107945, publ. 03/27/1998) is a method of protecting and identifying material objects using hidden marking, which is applied to the surface of objects in the form of a certain pattern with invisible paint that becomes visible in ultraviolet or infrared rays.
The disadvantage of this method of marking is that it does not allow you to record identification information, but gives only the answer, the authentic object or not.
Known (WO, application 9808691, publ. 5.03.1998) is a method for optical marking of an article, including selecting an optical mark, incorporating the named mark into an article, packaging it in an article or in a tag attached to the article. The stamp is made in the form of an embossed hologram. The process of product identification in accordance with a known method is reduced to lighting the brand, its visual inspection and identification based on the similarity of the observed picture to the images on the marks of similar products of the same manufacturer or by instrumental decoding of the image restored by the hologram. In the case of a professional examination, hidden micro-inscriptions or conventional signs on a holographic mark are additionally identified by instrumental methods.
A disadvantage of the method of marking products with embossed holograms is their insufficient degree of protection against counterfeiting, since embossed holograms can be reproduced and replicated using available and widely used printing technologies. In addition, the personification of a specific product sample, including an optical mark in the form of an embossed hologram, is impossible without the use of additional marking tools.
Also known (US, patent application 20050024626, publ. 02/03/2005) is also a method for optical marking of a product, in which a pattern formed by sprayed macrospots with a given distribution of spots in size and spatial distribution is selected as the brand. This pattern is the same for all brands of the same series. Moreover, spots additionally contain color or polarization coding due to the presence in their composition of cholesteric liquid crystals having the property of selectively reflecting light of a specific wavelength or polarization. The use of additional polarization and color coding significantly increases the degree of protection of the brand from unauthorized copying, but does not completely exclude the possibility of falsification, since it is possible to use well-known photolithographic technologies to produce a brand with a macroscopic scale of heterogeneity.
The technical problem implemented by the developed method is to develop a method for applying protective marks in the form of a thin film on the surface of an object.
The technical result achieved by the implementation of the developed method consists in applying the marking composition to the surface of the object in the form of a film, the thickness of which, depending on the formation conditions, is from 50 to 1000 nm, ensuring accurate positioning of the mark on the surface of the object and uniformity of applying the marking composition in the required amount, while excluding the possibility of mechanical damage to museum objects when applying labels.
To achieve the specified technical result, it is proposed to use the developed method for applying the marking composition to the surface of museum exhibits. According to the developed method, the application is carried out by ultrasonic spraying of a liquid marking composition on at least part of the surface of a museum exhibit with the addition of acoustic waves through a liquid with a working frequency of 2.64 MHz to form an aerosol, inject an aerosol for 5-10 seconds and deposit it in gravitational field for 10-30 seconds to obtain a thin film.
In the ultrasonic spraying method, the liquid goes into an aerosol state by increasing the surface energy of the liquid film, which is achieved by applying high-intensity mechanical vibrations of ultrasonic frequency to the liquid.
Spraying a liquid by high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations is carried out by sending a beam of powerful high-frequency ultrasonic waves from the depth of the liquid to its surface. In this case, the so-called ultrasonic fountain is formed on the surface of the liquid. In the upper part of such a fountain, liquid is sprayed with the formation of a thin, stable ultrafine aerosol, the droplet size of which is 1-4 microns.
Labeling compositions are preferably prepared on the basis of solutions in an organic solvent, preferably polar or weakly polar, or aqueous suspensions of phosphors. They are applied by spraying on an ultrasonic installation (such as "Albedo") with an operating frequency of 2.64 MHz according to the following regime: blowing the aerosol for 5-10 seconds, sedimentation of the aerosol in the gravitational field - 10-30 seconds
Advantageously, a labeling composition comprising at least one phosphor is used.
Usually, the deposition is carried out until a film with a thickness of not more than 1000 nm is obtained.
Example 1. Application of a marking composition based on a phosphor solution
To obtain a solution, Tris (1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedionate) europium (III) organic red phosphor in the amount of 2 g is dissolved in 100 ml of acetone, 20 g of K-9 silicone resin (polymethylphenylsiloxane) is added. A clear solution is obtained, which is then applied to museum objects, such as coins, metal products, by spraying on an Albedo ultrasonic unit with an operating frequency of 2.64 MHz according to the following regime: blowing the aerosol for 10 seconds, deposition of the aerosol in the gravitational field for 20 seconds.
Example 2. Application of a marking composition based on an aqueous phosphor suspension
To obtain an aqueous suspension, blue phosphor 2- (2-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl) -1H-benzimidazole in an amount of 200 mg is triturated in a mortar with surfactant OP-7 (polyoxyethylene alkyl phenol ether C 8 H 17 C 6 H 3 O (C 2 H 4 O) H) in an amount of 100 mg, add 70 ml of water. The resulting suspension is sprayed on an Albedo ultrasonic unit with an operating frequency of 2.64 MHz according to the following regime: aerosol injection for 20 seconds, aerosol deposition in a gravitational field - 30 seconds. The phosphor suspension is applied to museum objects made on canvas, paper, fabrics, wood.
The application of the developed method provides the formation of the marking composition on the surface of the object in the form of a film, the thickness of which, depending on the formation conditions, is from 50 to 1000 nm, ensuring accurate positioning of the mark on the surface of the object and the uniformity of applying the marking composition in the required amount, while the possibility mechanical damage to museum objects when applying labels.
