Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the pulp industry, in particular to the production of cellulose from cellulose-containing raw materials, and can be used to produce cellulose from bast materials intended for chemical processing.
Currently, the country again has an acute need for raw materials for the cotton processing and pulp industries. The production of high quality cotton pulp is unprofitable due to the high price of cotton.
One of the priority tasks of recent years is to reduce import dependence through the use of domestic raw materials for the production of pulp. It is necessary to develop domestic sources of bast raw materials, to develop new types of pulp for the production of defense and civilian products. Bast raw materials from flax, hemp and waste from their production can replace imported raw materials and ensure the country's strategic independence for the production of pulp.
RU 2413808, D21C 5/00, 10.03.2011).Known methods for producing cellulose from plant cellulose-containing raw materials, which include bast cultures: flax flax, inter-bag, curly, green, hemp, flax straw (Patent RU 2304649, D21C 5/00, 03/10/2007; patent RU 2343241 , D21C 5/00, 01/10/2009; patent RU 2343240, D21C 5/00, 01/10/2009; patent RU 2378432, D21C 5/00, 01/10/2010; patent RU 2413808, D21C 5/00, 03/10/2011).
С. 931872, D21C 3/02, 1982 г. ).It is known to use flax bonfire to produce cellulose. The pulp manufacturing process is complicated due to the high lignin content (A.S. 931872, D21C 3/02, 1982).
However, the quality characteristics and yield of cellulose obtained from bast plants by known methods is lower compared to cellulose obtained from cotton.
The creation of technologies for the production of high-tech products, namely, new types of cellulose for chemical processing, using bast fibers and their processed products, has become of paramount importance.
A known method of producing cellulose, including loosening and purification of cellulose-containing material, lock in an aqueous solution containing alkali, hydrogen peroxide and a surfactant with a water module of 1:10, simultaneous cooking and bleaching, washing with softened water in two stages with a water module of 1: (5 -20), spin to a moisture content of 60-80%, moreover, before washing, acidification is carried out with a solution of nitric acid and the material is ground before drying.
Flax fiber is used as a cellulose-containing material: flax flaxseed or short flax fiber.
В результате получают целлюлозу с высоким выходом до 72% и хорошими физико-химическими показателями (Патент RU №2304648, D21C 5/00, 20.06.2007).The result is cellulose with a high yield of up to 72% and good physicochemical parameters (Patent RU No. 2304648, D21C 5/00, 06/20/2007).
The disadvantage of this method is the low whiteness and poor wettability of the resulting cellulose, which does not correspond to high quality standards for the chemical industry.

The closest analogue to the claimed technical solution is a method of producing cellulose, including cleaning cellulose-containing fiber, cooking in an alkaline solution containing a surfactant, bleaching in a solution of hydrogen peroxide, acidification, intermediate washing and drying, and according to the invention, hemp is used as a cellulose-containing fiber 5-40 mm long and after cleaning, the fiber is additionally acidified in a solution containing 10-15 g / l sulfuric acid, and cleaning is carried out by soda boiling, at ohm cooking in an alkaline solution is carried out with the addition of sodium sulfide in the following ratio of components, g / l: sodium hydroxide 50-60, sodium sulfide 7.5-18.0, surfactant 0.5-1.0, and cleaning, additional acidification and cooking in an alkaline solution is carried out at a temperature of 100-125 ° C and processed from 60 to 120 minutes (Patent RU 2507331, D21C 5/00, 02.20.2014). The disadvantage of this method is multi-stage, the duration of technological operations, low yield of cellulose.
The present invention is the creation of highly profitable technology for the production of cellulose from unclaimed bast fibers.
The technical result of the invention consists in the disposal of waste cotonization of bast fibers, which contain a down fraction, and the production of cellulose with high wettability and high yield.
This technical result is achieved due to the proposed method for producing bast bleached pulp, including cleaning of bast fiber, acidification in a solution of sulfuric acid, alkaline cooking in the presence of a stabilizer, bleaching in a solution of hydrogen peroxide, intermediate washing and drying, and according to the invention, downy fiber is used the fraction obtained by cotonization of bast fibers, while the bast fiber is cleaned in an alkaline solution, and bleaching is carried out immediately after alkaline cooking in within 90-150 minutes; the down fraction is indirect fibers with a linear density of 0.81-1.24 tex and a length of up to 15 mm, while the mass fraction of fiber 3-7 mm long is at least 70%; cleaning is carried out at a temperature of 95-110 ° C in an alkaline solution containing 10-20 g / l sodium hydroxide and 2-5 g / l surfactant; sodium sulfite or sodium sulfite is used as a stabilizer, and alkaline cooking is carried out in a solution containing 15-30 g / l sodium hydroxide and 3.5-7.0 g / l stabilizer.
The creation of a technological production of deep processing of bast materials, the development of methods for mechanochemical modification of bast fiber allow to process various types of bast fiber for cellulose production.
In the claimed technical solution, as a raw material for the production of cellulose, the down fraction obtained from the cotonization of bast fibers is used.
The down fraction is indirect fibers with a linear density of 0.81-1.24 tex and a length of up to 15 mm, while the mass fraction of fibers 3-7 mm long is up to 70%. Such a fiber, for example, is obtained by machining followed by aerodynamic fractionation on a device for processing cotonized flax fiber (utility model patent RU 122386, D01B 5/00, 11.27.2012). On a known device, the fibers are sorted into fractions according to their degree of hardness to increase the uniformity of the fibers within each fraction and the down fraction is isolated by aerodynamic fractionation.
It is known cotonized bast fiber (TU 8112-003-00302238-97) obtained by processing fibers: short linen and shale hemp, tow, combed fiber, torn spinning, on a production line that includes machines such as ChG-150-PD (rough combed) , Ch-600-A (thin carding), LL-1-Ch tape, VIRM-0,35L cutting, press.
Cotonized bast fiber has a high unevenness in thickness and stiffness, in structure it is close to cotton fiber, especially in length. It consists, for example, of shortened, split fibers with a length of 15-45 mm in an amount of at least 50% for the production of mixed yarns with cotton or with chemical fiber, the mass fraction of fibers up to 15 mm long is not more than 10% or not more than 30% depending on the equipment used. This fiber cannot be used to produce cellulose.
The use of a down fraction instead of imported cotton for the production of cellulose favorably reduces import dependence, expands the raw material base, and makes it possible to obtain a new type of bast bleached pulp.
Obtained by the proposed method, bast bleached pulp can be used for various purposes, especially for chemical processing.
6-12%.The proposed method is carried out, for example, in an apparatus such as AKD, at a temperature of 95-120 ° C, the initial module is 1: (4-6). 600 kg of down fraction obtained by cotonization of bast fibers by mechanical processing followed by aerodynamic fractionation are loaded into the apparatus. The down fraction is indirect fibers with a linear density of 0.81-1.24 tex and a length of up to 15 mm, while the mass fraction of fiber 3-7 mm long is at least 70%. The loaded fiber is cleaned of fatty substances and mechanical impurities with an alkaline solution containing 10-20 g / l sodium hydroxide and 2-5 g / l surfactant (syntanol) and treated for 40-60 minutes at 95-110 ° C. The spent solution is drained, and the pulp is washed with hot water at 60-70 ° C. Then acidification is carried out with a solution containing 3-8 g / l of sulfuric acid at 100-120 ° C for 30-50 minutes with washing with hot water at 60-70 ° C. Then alkaline cooking is carried out in a solution containing g / l: 15-30 sodium hydroxide and 3.5-7.0 stabilizer (sodium sulfide or sodium sulfite, in examples 1 and 2, respectively) at 95-120 ° C for 120-180 minutes. After the solution is drained, bypassing the washing stage, bleaching is carried out. This technique allows you to reduce the duration of the bleaching stage by more than half. The bleaching is carried out immediately after alkaline cooking in a solution containing, g / l: 2-4 hydrogen peroxide for active oxygen, 1-9 sodium hydroxide at 100-110 ° C for 90-150 minutes and the final washing is carried out with hot water at 60- 70 ° C. Drying is carried out at 40-60 ° C to a moisture content of 6-12%.
