Abstract
Description
The invention relates to magnetic in-line diagnostics and can find application in the oil and gas industry in determining the coordinates of metal defects in pipes of underground pipelines.
Known marker, consisting of two fragments of a steel pipe (marker pads) and milestones with an information pointer, welded to one of the pads and overlooking the day surface. Pads are installed on the upper generatrix of the pipeline and are attached to the pipe using heat-shrinkable cuffs or adhesive polymer tapes. (Instructions for the manufacture and installation of marker pads SPE 1.010.00.00-10.09I-LU (Revision 3). CJSC NPO Spetsneftegaz CJSC NPO Spektr, Yekaterinburg).
The disadvantages of the device include the need to manufacture linings for a specific diameter of the pipeline, the high complexity of the installation of the marker, due to the large mass of its components, the need for a full-profile opening of the pipe for fixing the linings with insulating materials.
Closest to the claimed invention is a marker for in-line diagnostics (RF Patent 2511787 of 12/11/12), consisting of at least two marker pads made of pre-magnetized composite material with high plastic properties mounted on the top of the pipeline with a certain the distance between them, the milestones with an information pointer facing the day surface, when installing it, the pipeline is dug up only to its top, lining is installed on the top of the pipe water, wherein the laths are fixed due to the magnetic interaction forces between the plate and steel pipe, and the landmark information with a pointer having the bottom of the device, precluding its pulling out of the soil, set into the ground when backfilling pipeline.
A common disadvantage of known markers for in-line inspection is the following:
- известные маркеры состоят из двух или более идентичных накладок, устанавливаемых рядом на определенном расстоянии, что повышает материалоемкость устройства и трудоемкость его монтажа.- known markers consist of two or more identical overlays installed side by side at a certain distance, which increases the material consumption of the device and the complexity of its installation.
- отсутствие возможности идентификации определенного маркера при расшифровке результатов магнитной дефектоскопии, вследствие чего возникает риск ошибок при определении координат дефектов металла труб подземных трубопроводов.- the inability to identify a specific marker when decoding the results of magnetic flaw detection, as a result of which there is a risk of errors in determining the coordinates of metal defects in pipes of underground pipelines.
The invention solves the problem of reducing the risk of errors in determining the coordinates of defects in metal pipes of underground pipelines by expanding the capabilities of the marker in terms of its identification when decoding magnetograms, as well as reducing the complexity of mounting the marker.
The problem is solved in that the marker for in-line diagnostics, consisting of a marker strip made of a material with high plastic properties, fixed due to the force of magnetic interaction between the plate and the steel pipe mounted on the top of the pipeline, milestones with an information pointer facing the day surface characterized in that a single patch is used containing magnets located on the surface of the patch so that the magnetogram for scanning the patch contains a code , allowing to identify the marker, while the magnets may have different sizes and / or magnetic moments, and the code can be displayed as a letter, number, sign or combination thereof.
The technical result consists in the uniqueness of identification of the marker on the magnetogram and the reduced complexity of mounting the marker on the pipeline.
The description of the present invention provides links to the accompanying graphic images, of which:
2 представлено трехмерное изображение магнитограммы, полученной при сканировании участка трубопровода с установленным маркером.in FIG. 1 shows the arrangement of magnets on a marker plate; in FIG. 2 is a three-dimensional image of a magnetogram obtained by scanning a section of a pipeline with a marker installed.
On sections of the main gas pipeline with coordinates 10,112 and 12,350 km, it is necessary to install markers No. 1 (M1) and No. 2 (M2) for in-line diagnostics for the purpose of subsequent binding of defective places on the pipeline. The pipeline is made of steel pipes with a diameter of 1420 mm and a wall thickness of 17 mm, the depth of the pipeline to the upper generatrix of 0.9 m
The basis of the marker pads measuring 350 × 150 × 10 mm is made of a rubber fragment. For each marker, one marker patch is made. In the basics of marker pads, non-through holes are made with a diameter of 20 mm and a depth of 8 mm in an amount of 10 pieces. The holes are arranged in the form of the numbers "1" (Fig. 1) and "2" (not shown). The dimensions of the figures are 300 × 120 mm. Magnets with a diameter of 20 mm and a height of 8 mm are glued into the holes.
2».In sections of the gas pipeline, manually dig up the soil to the upper generatrix of the pipe. They clean the insulation surface of the gas pipeline from soil particles. Manually lower the pad into the pit and lay it on the upper generatrix of the pipeline. Due to the strength of the magnetic interaction of the magnets and the wall of the steel pipe, the cover fits snugly to the pipe and repeats its shape. The sites for installing overlays are filled up with the installation of information milestones that come to the surface. On the milestones put the corresponding marker pointer "M1" or "M2".
In the future, when an in-tube projectile passes, the markers will be visually identified on the magnetogram obtained by measuring the magnetic flaw detector as the numbers “1” (Fig. 2) and “2” (not shown), which eliminates the risks of incorrect identification of the marker during subsequent defect binding.
