Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of exploitation of oil and gas fields and can be used to intensify flow rates and increase oil production.
The specificity of the domestic oil complex is that in the vast majority of fields being developed, a well-developed reservoir pressure maintenance system is used. Essentially, the recovery factor, current production rates, all other things being equal, depend on the critical resistance of the element of the series circuit: the bottom-hole zone of the injection well - the producing formation - the bottom-hole zone of the producing well and tubing with attachments.
Hydroreacting elements, hereinafter referred to as GREL, based on alkali metals, have proven themselves for local exposure in hard-to-reach communications of wells.
1/3.A known method and device for removing asphalt resin and paraffin hydrate (ASPG) deposits [US Pat. RF 2123101, priority from 01/30/96]. The device for removing ASPG deposits includes a body filled with a chemically active substance capable of interacting with water, and is characterized in that the body is made in the form of a cylindrical shell of aluminum or its alloy, has a free volume inside the shell, and metal sodium is used as a chemically active substance. In this case, the inner diameter of the housing in the lower base is equal to the outer diameter in the upper base for connecting the devices to each other using the free volume inside the shell. In addition, the mass of the casing, but with respect to the mass of metallic sodium, is not more than 1/3.
In the known device due to the active interaction of sodium with water, hydrogen, heat and active alkali are released. The device can be used to destroy asphalt-resinous and paraffin hydrate deposits in the tubing of production wells.
50.Known GREL [RF patent No. 2275494, priority 05/04/2004], which includes an aluminum cylindrical glass filled with an active mass based on sodium metal, a protective waterproofing layer that is removed before use, the specified protective layer is a paraffin-based composition, between these the active mass and the protective layer is an insert made of a mixture of sodium nitrate and sodium hydroxide, providing a temporary delay in the interaction of the specified active mass with an aqueous solution. Moreover, the ratio of the cross-sectional areas of these active mass and the glass is preferably not more than 50.
The presented technical solution is designed to eliminate high parasitic sodium consumption, but it contains an element of unpredictability of the time delay due to different reaction conditions. including temperature, water composition, pressure.
For the treatment of the bottom-hole zone of the productive formation of producing wells using wireline technology and a serial punch, a power tool can be used (utility models, Pat. RF No. 68583, priority from 05/18/2007 and No. 133869, priority from 06/25/2013). According to (Pat. RF No. 2301330, priority dated 12/19/2005), when used, the protective paraffin layer is removed when the gun is equipped, the interaction is initiated by undermining the cumulative charge, which ensures the discharge of plugs. Such processing is realized only in the process of overhaul of wells after extraction of tubing.
The Hydro-responsive element (Pat. RF No. 2343273, priority dated June 25, 2007), which includes an aluminum body filled with an active mass based on sodium metal and a water-soluble salt insert, characterized in that the body is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with plugs, is recognized as the closest to the claimed one. in the form of glasses facing the hollow cylinder, the water-soluble salt insert divides the active mass at the lower level of the generatrix of the upper plug filled with sodium, and the body below the salt insert is filled with a dispersion of aluminum in tri- and.
При этом Гидрореагирующий элемент отличается тем, что содержание дисперсии алюминия предпочтительно не более 40 мас.%.Moreover, the hydroreacting element is characterized in that the content of the aluminum dispersion is preferably not more than 40 wt.%.
The presented GREL was adopted as a prototype, and its main purpose is to treat injection wells without stopping the injection of the displacing agent. Its main disadvantage is the complexity of manufacturing and limited application for the PPD system and more.
The inventive GREL is designed to ensure the safety and versatility of its use for wells producing, injection and processing of the reservoir.
The named technical task is realized in that the hydroreacting element, comprising an aluminum case made in the form of a thin-walled cylindrical glass with a narrowed neck, filled with an active mass based on sodium metal, is characterized in that the neck is reinforced by flanging, and the body is sealed in the form of a destructible membrane with its fastening according to the diameter of the flanging.
At the same time, a gap is provided between the filling level of the housing with the active mass and the membrane, the size of which is at least 5 mm, and the destructible membrane provides a gap at a given pressure. In addition, the filling level of the body with the active mass and flanging eliminates the gap, the destructible membrane is made of aluminum with a thickness of not more than 0.2 mm, and its destruction is ensured by contact with an alkaline solution.
The essence of the claimed technical solution lies in the fact that the sealing of GRAW with a destructible membrane does not require the use of a removable protective layer based on paraffin from the surface of the active mass and completely excludes the possibility of personnel contact with the active mass based on sodium metal. At the same time, the inventive GREF can equally well be used for processing oil and injection wells in the mode of overhauls of the latter using cable technology and a cumulative puncher type PC 105. Before loading into the perfume, it is enough to violate the integrity of the membrane. In addition, this GREL can be used for processing wells to maintain reservoir pressure without stopping the injection. For this, a wellhead lubricator is used. Modification of GREL with a membrane for rupture at a given pressure is introduced into the downward flow of the displacing agent without stopping the injection of the latter. The modification of GRAH with a membrane that is destroyed in contact with an alkaline solution can be used to treat the bottom-hole zone of the reservoir in combination with a jet pump. In this embodiment, GRELs are introduced into the tubing through a lubricator, in the repression mode, they are delivered to the formation in the sub-packer zone of the jet pump. Then, an alkali solution is supplied to the sub-packer zone to dissolve the membrane.
In Fig 1 presents the inventive GREL. A thin-walled aluminum glass with a narrowed neck 1 and a flange 1 is filled with an active mass based on sodium metal 3 with a given clearance Y between the level of the active mass and the flange of the neck. Destructible membrane 4 is compressed on the flanging of the neck and can be made in two versions with an annular notch marked b, for rupture at a given pressure. In this embodiment, the GREL additional condition is the presence of a significant gap between the level of the active mass and the destructible membrane. Another embodiment, excluding the gap between the level of the active mass and the membrane, is performed without annular perforation. He proposes to realize the destruction of the membrane due to chemical interaction with the solution injected into the well to initiate the process.
Thus, the presented GREL can be used for local impact in hard-to-reach communications of wells for various purposes.
For processing bottom-hole zones using cable technology and a cumulative perforator, the declared GREL in the variant with a notch and a significant gap is introduced into the perforator cavity without any additional operations. Contact of the operator with the active mass is excluded. The same version of GREL is used to treat injection wells without stopping the injection of the displacing agent. The second option GREL with destructible soluble membrane can be used for processing wells in combination with a jet borehole pump. The only condition for using this modification of GREL is the correspondence of its diameter to the flow section of the jet pump.
