Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of biotechnology and is intended for use in industrial fish farming, in particular for the production of feed for fish of the cyprinid family, mainly grown in warm-water fish farms.
Known fish food recipe 16-80 according to GOST 10385-76 (compound feed for pond fish. - M., 1979, S. 76), containing the following components, wt.%: Protein-vitamin concentrate (BVK) 14; hydrolysis yeast 20; fish meal 10; wheat flour 23; soybean meal 15; sunflower meal 16; methionine 1; premix 1. This feed meets many requirements of practical warm-water fish farming. At this stern, a commercial weight of 400-600 g of fish is achieved in 5-6 months. However, this feed has a relatively high feed utilization rate - an average of 3 in warm-water fish farms, i.e. to obtain 1 kg of fish, an average of 3 kg of these feeds is consumed. In addition, in the feed of the formulation 16-80, the leguminous component is in the amount of 54%, incl. wheat flour 23, sunflower meal 16, soybean meal 15, which can be used in the food industry.
Also known are feeds for carp yearlings without the content of leguminous components, including horse sphagnum peat, fishmeal, and protein and vitamin concentrate - hydrolytic yeast - (SU 1769413) to increase the gain in live weight of the fish while lowering the feed coefficient or spring, chalk and sunflower meal - (RU 2026616) to reduce fish waste during rearing.
The disadvantages of the analogous facilities are the use of expensive components as a protein source - fish meal, aprin and others, which leads to a high cost of the resulting feed and a decrease in the efficiency of the fish growing process.
The purpose of the invention is the creation of a feed mixture for fish of the cyprinidae family based on alternative sources - plant materials, which will ultimately reduce costs in the production of feed through the use of local renewable plant raw materials, as well as expand the formulation of cheap and complete diets for aquaculture.
To solve this goal, it is proposed to use the southern reed plant Phragmites australis as an alternative source of raw materials, in terms of the content of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the growing parts, it is not inferior to grain.
Comparative data on the content of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the vegetative parts of southern reed and grain
Southern reed is one of the most common flowering plants. It can be found on every continent, with the exception of Antarctica, it is widespread in the temperate zone. Throughout its territory, southern reed is most common in moist, marshy or flooded areas around bodies of water, marshes, lakes, springs, irrigation canals and other waterways. Thus, the producers of this feed mixture will not have problems with raw materials.
In addition, the composition of the feed mixture will include: narrow-leaved cattail Týpha angustifolia and anise lofant Lophantus anisatum, which contain a sufficient number of trace elements necessary for proper nutrition of fish.
2).The protein ratio in the reed section is 23/5, which is approximately equal to that in the grain cake 25/5. This ratio is the best indicator for the normal growth and accumulation of protein in the body of fish. In addition, young stems of southern reed have a lot of starch, protein, fat, fiber, sugars and vitamins (100 grams of the growing mass contains 415 calories, about 5 mg of vitamin A, 90 mg of vitamin C, as well as vitamin B1 and B2).
Young stalks of narrow-leaved cattail contain up to 45% starch (this is twice as much as in potatoes). The protein content reaches 18%. Narrow-leaved cattail leaves contain a large amount of vitamin C, and rhizomes contain calcium oxalate, tannins, starch, mucus, protein, and sugar. The pollen of the narrow-leaved cattail flowers contains vegetable fats and sugars.
The leaves of anise lofant contain biologically active substances - methylhavicol, 62.08%, limonene, 15%, linalool, 12%. The leaves and stems of the lofant are valuable due to the content of flavonoids 2.74% and vitamin C - 10.1 mg / 100 g. The chemical composition of anise lofant is represented by many elements that positively affect a living organism, these include: Potassium (K) - 2.75%; Calcium (Ca) - 0.46%; Magnesium (Mg) - 0.463%; Iron (Fe) -250.62 mg / kg; Cobalt (Co) - 0.028 mg / kg; Manganese (Mn) - 38.1 mg / kg; Copper (Cu) - 16.1 mg / kg; Zinc (Zn) - 66.55 mg / kg; Nickel (Ni) - 3.48 mg / kg.
These data suggest the suitability of using local plant resources instead of expensive cereal ingredients as the basis of the feed mixture for fish of the cyprinidae family.
From 10 kg of vegetative parts of the southern reed (70% of the total weight), narrow-leaved cattail (20%) and anise lofant (10%), a cut in the amount of 1.5 kg is obtained by grinding, representing stems and leaves chopped into small fractions. Then the resulting plant section is subjected to air-shadow drying for 7-9 days, depending on atmospheric humidity. After drying, the plant section contains: solids 15%, protein in dry matter 66.4%. The resulting plant section will be the basis for the preparation of the feed mixture for fish of the cyprinid family. Then, sunflower meal, fodder yeast, fishmeal, tricalcium phosphate, PM-2 salable carp, wt.% Of which are given below, are added to this base cross-section.
31,3%.The feed mixture is granulated on a 4.7 mm diameter matrix and dried. The crude protein content of the feed mixture is 31.3%.
A binder is introduced into traditional (analog) feed mixtures, which ensures the water resistance of the feed and limits the leaching of nutrients. In feeds based on plant cross-section, starch, which is part of the plants used, serves as a binder.
Предлагается кормовая смесь на основе тростника южного для карповых рыб, включающая шрот подсолнечный, дрожжи кормовые, рыбную муку, трикальцийфосфат, ПМ-2 карпа товарного, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит растительную сечку из тростника южного, рогоза узколистного, лофанта анисового в следующем соотношении, масс.%:A feed mixture based on southern reed is proposed for cyprinids, including sunflower meal, fodder yeast, fish meal, tricalcium phosphate, PM-2 salmon carp, characterized in that it additionally contains a vegetable section from southern reed, narrow-leaved cattail, anise lofant in the following ratio, mass%:
It is planned to release the product in granular and briquetted form, which will improve its taste, ease of storage and transportation, as well as reduce mechanical losses. These processes consist in mixing the crushed feed components and pressing the mixture into granules (or briquettes) of certain sizes. In this case, hydrothermal processing of the feed occurs, as a result of which the starch partially passes into sugar, which increases the nutritional value of the feed mixture. Packages weighing 10, 15, 20 kg.
Thus, the proposed feed mixture can be used as the main diet for feeding fish of the cyprinid family, and also will allow to reduce the cost of feed production. This feed mixture, on the one hand, has a high nutritional value and fully satisfies the trophic needs of fish, and on the other hand, contains as a basis a widespread and cheap local plant material - southern reed, cattail narrow-leaved and anise lofant.
