Abstract
Description
The invention relates to rocket technology and can be used to create a solid propellant rocket engine (solid propellant rocket engine) of an aircraft having overall limitations in the initial state, with a payload accelerated by solid propellant rocket engine (capsule with devices, or a projectile, or solid propellant rocket engine of the next stage, subracket), moreover, the length of the payload is comparable with the length of the body of the solid propellant rocket engine.
It is known that in order to reduce the dimensions of the solid propellant rocket engine and the aircraft as a whole, the solid rocket hull covers are made concave into the internal cavity of the solid rocket motor housing. The concave cavity of the front cover is used to place the elements of the aircraft. In the patent RU 2222771 in the cavity of the front cover, made in the form of a glass, partially (along the length) is placed a payload accelerated by the solid propellant rocket engine. The “
The closest in technical essence and the achieved positive effect to the present invention is a solid fuel rocket engine [US Pat. No. 6,647,889], comprising a housing, a charge, a nozzle, a front cover made in the form of a cup, with a piston in longitudinal contact with the cylindrical surface displacement. A payload is fixed on the piston by means of fixing units, and a pressure accumulator is installed between the piston and the bottom of the cup. A persistent shoulder is installed on the open end of the glass. The payload is fully placed in the glass cavity, which ensures the maximum reduction in the dimensions of the aircraft. The disadvantage is the increased mass of the glass, the cylindrical shell of which must work for stability when the external (relative to the glass) pressure inside the chamber arises in the housing during the operation of the solid propellant rocket. The strength of the cylindrical shell (glass) is ensured by the minimum wall thickness (corresponding to the minimum mass of the glass) when exposed to internal pressure on the shell. If the same pressure on the shell does not act from the inside, but from the outside, the thickness of the glass walls and its mass, required to ensure strength (stability), should be several times greater.
An object of the present invention is to reduce the mass of a solid fuel rocket engine while minimizing in the initial state the dimensions of the aircraft with the specified solid propellant rocket motor.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in a rocket engine of solid fuel containing a housing, a charge, a nozzle, a front cover made in the form of a cup, a piston mounted with the possibility of longitudinal movement is in contact with the inner cylindrical surface, and a useful load, and a pressure accumulator is installed between the piston and the bottom of the cup, while a persistent shoulder is installed on the open end of the cup, the pressure accumulator is designed to create a pressure of Ana greater than the pressure to which the housing is designed.
The technical result is achieved by providing the possibility of reducing the thickness of the glass with the exception of the external pressure drop. During operation of a solid propellant rocket pressure in the cavity of its body acts on the outer surface of the glass. In order not to increase the mass of the glass (by increasing the thickness of its cylindrical shell working for stability), in the proposed device, the internal cavity of the glass is pressurized with a pressure exceeding the pressure in the internal cavity of the solid propellant rocket motor. Thus, the unloading of the glass is realized, which minimizes the thickness of its walls and, accordingly, the mass. A pressure accumulator is installed between the piston and the bottom of the cup, which ensures both the extension of the unit from the solid propellant rocket housing during flight and the unloading of the cup.

The invention is illustrated by the following graphic material:

15.The rocket engine of solid fuel contains a
6.The device operates as follows. Before starting the solid propellant rocket motor, a command is issued to operate the
The technical and economic efficiency of the present invention, compared with the prototype, for which a solid fuel rocket engine is selected [US Pat. No. 6,647,889], consists in reducing the mass of a solid fuel rocket engine while minimizing the initial dimensions of the aircraft with the specified solid propellant rocket engine.
