Abstract
Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to a device for high-voltage suspended insulators of overhead power lines.
- Rev., 1982, v. 2, N 10, р.35, fig.3). (SU 1579303, SU 1619957, SU 1644667.A known design of a suspension insulator comprising: a cap, a rod and an insulating part made of porcelain or tempered glass (IEEE Power Eng. - Rev., 1982, v. 2, N 10, p. 35, fig. 3). The cap and the rod are coaxially mounted on the insulating part and provide articulation of several insulators in a garland, which allows you to sequentially connect the cap of one insulator with the rod of another insulator (standard IEC60120, GOST 6490). High-voltage insulators are also known, having a coaxially mounted cap, rod and insulating part made of electrical porcelain or tempered glass, with various improvements (SU 1579303, SU 1619957, SU 1644667.
The closest prototype is the insulator according to patent RU 2297056 C1 (application 2006112286/09 of 04/14/2006) containing a metal cap, a metal rod with a thickening and an insulating part made of organosilicon rubber, with a part head pressed between the metal rod and the metal cap.
The disadvantage of analogues is the use of tempered glass or porcelain as an insulating part material, which have significant mechanical strength and heat resistance, but at the same time brittleness (low resistance to dynamic loads) and a sufficiently large weight. A large weight is also associated with the use of metal structural elements (cap and shaft). The large weight of the product is reflected in the complexity and cost of installing a string of insulators, a greater weight load on the suspension as a whole. Fragility affects a high percentage of battle during the transportation of products.
In addition, all analogues and prototypes inherent in the phenomenon of corrosion in the structural parts (cap and rod) due to the use of metal for their manufacture.
In the prototype, fragility and heavy weight (in part) are eliminated by making an insulating part of silicone rubber. Nevertheless, silicone rubber with all the advantages is a soft material and has insufficient compressive strength. The rod is not rigidly mounted in the head of the insulating part; its swinging and variable compressive load on the part head are possible.
As a result, a temporary change in the thickness of the insulating layer and a reduction in the insulating gap are likely. As a soft material, rubber is more prone to cuts and tears. Over time, cracks and crumbling of fragments of the insulating part at joints with steel elements are possible. Under conditions of significant compressive load acting for a long time, the rubber layer will also change the thickness. In all these cases, the insulating properties of the insulating part deteriorate.
The aim of the present invention is to increase the operational reliability and usability of insulators due to a more significant reduction in the weight of the product, elimination of corrosion, increased resistance to dynamic loads and the insulating ability of a garland from several insulators.
фиг.1).The specified result is achieved due to the fact that the high-voltage insulator contains an
фиг.1).The core is formed in a polymer compound by longitudinal reinforcing fibers uniformly spaced throughout the entire volume of the core. Reinforcing fibers are made of a tear-resistant dielectric material. Execution in a variant with organic (for example, aramid) or inorganic (for example, basalt) fibers is possible. The rod has a curly thickening - 3A at one end and a spheroidal thickening 3b at the other (see figure 1).
1.The curved end of the rod is rigidly pressed into the insulating part, while the maximum diameter of the curved end of the rod 3A is slightly less than the inner diameter of the inlet of the
The spheroidal end 3b enters the free hole of the cap of another insulator 1a and provides articulation of the insulator in a composite garland of identical insulators. The cap is formed of a compound with multilayer reinforcement with a fabric of the same fibers as the core. At the same time, it differs from the traditional shape of the cap obtained by casting from cast iron, and is a sleeve with a spheroidal inner surface. The outlet openings are made with a smaller diameter relative to the inner diameter of the cap.
Tracking resistant cross-linked high-density polyethylene (for example, similar to Hendrix Molded Products www.hendrix-wc.com) has a low brittleness and at the same time a significantly harder material compared to rubber. Due to the significantly higher hardness, the cross-linked polyethylene insulating part is more resistant to long compressive loads and rocking of the insulator rod.
In addition, due to the dielectric properties of the rod and cap increase the insulating ability of a string of insulators. The use of lighter materials: cross-linked polyethylene and composites, reduces the weight load. Replacing metal parts with composite elements eliminates corrosion.
Возможны варианты исполнения с одной изоляционной деталью в шапке (фиг.1) и с двумя деталями (фиг.4) и дополнительным крепежным элементом - металлическим стаканом (фиг.5).Options are possible with one insulating part in the cap (Fig. 1) and with two parts (Fig. 4) and an additional fastener - a metal cup (Fig. 5).
6)A rigid connection of several sections of insulating parts is also possible (Fig. 6)
