Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of aviation technology, and in particular to a system for automatic control of an aircraft in the longitudinal plane when it is reduced in the "return" mode to the airfield.
The logic of automatic control of the aircraft when performing the "return" mode is as follows (figure 1). The descent path is set in the form of a straight line with an angle of inclination of 6 ° to the horizon plane. At the first stage, when the aircraft is below the descent path, the flight altitude stabilization mode is performed. The preset stabilization height is set at 11000 m (nominal value), but can be independently selected by the pilot both above and below the preset nominal value. The flight altitude is stabilized until the intersection of the aircraft trajectory with the inclined section of the descent trajectory.
At the second stage of the “return” mode, the aircraft is transferred to an inclined straight section of a given descent path, after which its position on this path is stabilized. When the aircraft reaches the set descent altitude during the automatic approach approach (the so-called circle height), the nominal value of which is 600 m, this altitude is stabilized until the automatic approach mode is activated.
В этом случае сразу выполняется приведение самолета на наклонный участок траектории снижения с последующей стабилизацией его положения на этой прямой (без участка стабилизации высоты).The “return” mode can also be activated by the pilot at altitude when the aircraft is above a predetermined inclined descent trajectory (after crossing it). In this case, the aircraft is immediately brought to the inclined section of the descent path, followed by stabilization of its position on this straight line (without the height stabilization section).
При этом ΔH=H-Hзад, где Н - текущая высота полета самолета, Hзад - заданная высота полета самолета, формируемая прямолинейной траекторией снижения с углом наклона 6°.The signal ΔН of the aircraft’s linear deviation in height from the predetermined descent trajectory both at the height stabilization sections and on the inclined portion of the predetermined descent trajectory is generated using a specialized navigation and measuring complex. Moreover, ΔH = HH rear , where H is the current flight altitude of the aircraft, H rear is the specified altitude of the aircraft, formed by a straight line of descent with an inclination angle of 6 °.
Aircraft control at all stages of the “return” mode is carried out automatically by working out the signal n bridles of a given vertical overload.
The following requirements are imposed on an automatic control system for an aircraft:
- при «вписывании» самолета на наклонную прямолинейную траекторию снижения из различных вариантов включения режима «возврат» (в момент пересечения или после пересечения траектории снижения) вертикальная скорость самолета не должна превышать по величине 50 м/сек;- when “inscribing” the aircraft onto an inclined rectilinear path of decline from various options for switching on the “return” mode (at the moment of crossing or after crossing the path of descent), the vertical speed of the aircraft should not exceed 50 m / s;
- по мере уменьшения высоты включения режима «возврат» допустимая вертикальная скорость самолета должна снижаться до безопасных, с точки зрения летчика, величин;- as the altitude of the inclusion of the "return" mode decreases, the permissible vertical speed of the aircraft should decrease to safe values, in terms of the pilot;
- при стабилизации самолета на заданной траектории снижения не должны возникать статические ошибки (ΔН→0).- when the aircraft is stabilized on a given descent path, no static errors should occur (ΔН → 0).
A known system for automatic stabilization of a given flight altitude of a plane is used in its work signals of pitch angular velocity, linear deviation and linear deviation speed from a given height (Mikhalev I.A., Okoyemov B.N., Pavlina I.G., Chikulaev M.S. ., Kiselev Yu.F. Systems of automatic and director control of an airplane. M., Mashinostroenie, 1974, 232 pp., Fig. 2.4, p.40). Its disadvantage is the lack of control over the vertical speed of the aircraft - it can significantly exceed the permissible values when practicing large deviations of the aircraft from a given height.
Another well-known system for automatic stabilization of a given flight altitude using signals of pitch angular velocity, linear deviation from a given trajectory and pitch angle (Mikhalev I.A., Okoyemov B.N., Pavlina I.G., Chikulaev M.S. ., Kiselev Yu.F. Aircraft automatic and director control systems. M., Mashinostroenie, 1974, 232 pp., Fig.2.7, p.44), the same drawback is inherent, namely, the possibility of exceeding the permissible vertical speed when practicing large deviations aircraft from a given height.
Closest to the claimed system of automatic control of the aircraft when lowering (prototype) is the classical flight altitude control system (Bodner V.A. Theory of automatic flight control. M., Nauka, 1964, 700 p., Fig. 4.2, p. 178). This system contains a navigation-measuring complex, at the first output of which a signal ΔН of the aircraft linear deviation in height from a given descent path is generated, and at the second, a signal V y of the aircraft’s vertical speed. The system also contains the first and second scale blocks, the inputs of which are connected respectively to the first and second outputs of the navigation-measuring complex, the first adder, the first and second inputs of which are connected respectively to the outputs of the first and second scale blocks, the elevator of the aircraft connected to the output of the steering gear . In addition, the prototype system is equipped with a pitch automatic longitudinal control (APU), the input of which is connected to the output of the first adder, and the output to the input of the steering gear. At the output of the first adder is formed by a command signal θ butt predetermined pitch angle increment relative to the balancing value, then executed by the aircraft together with tangazhnym AAP:
где КΔH - масштабный коэффициент первого масштабного блока,where K ΔH is the scale factor of the first scale block,
В указанной системе-прототипе после окончания переходных процессов на этапе «вписывания» на заданную траекторию снижения командный сигнал ϑзад на выходе первого сумматора получается равным нулю, а именно: ϑзад=0.In the specified prototype system, after the end of the transient processes at the stage of “inscribing” the command signal ϑ ass at the output of the first adder to the predetermined reduction path, it turns out to be zero, namely: ϑ ass = 0.
Given that in this case V y = -V · Sin6 ° it follows that in the steady state
где V - скорость полета самолета при снижении.where V is the speed of the aircraft with a decrease.
Thus, the main disadvantages of the prototype system when lowering the aircraft in the "return" mode are:
- отсутствие контроля за вертикальной скоростью самолета - она может значительно превышать допустимые значения (50 м/с) при отработке больших начальных отклонений самолета от заданной высоты в момент включения режима «возврат»;- lack of control over the vertical speed of the aircraft - it can significantly exceed the permissible values (50 m / s) when practicing large initial deviations of the aircraft from a given height at the time the "return" mode is activated;
- появление больших статических ошибок стабилизации самолета на траектории снижения, а именно, движение самолета при снижении после окончания переходных процессов происходит по прямой, параллельной заданной траектории снижения с превышением линейного отклонения самолета по высоте в несколько десятков метров, т.е. имеет место «параллельный снос» реальной траектории снижения относительно заданной. Конкретное значение возникающих ошибок стабилизации зависит от конкретных значений масштабных коэффициентов в масштабных блоках и от скорости полета самолета. Ошибки тем больше, чем больше скорость полета;- the appearance of large static errors of stabilization of the aircraft on the descent path, namely, the movement of the aircraft during descent after the end of transient processes occurs in a straight line parallel to the predetermined path of descent with an excess of the aircraft’s linear deviation in height of several tens of meters, i.e. there is a "parallel drift" of the real trajectory of decline relative to the given one. The specific value of the resulting stabilization errors depends on the specific values of the scale factors in the scale blocks and on the flight speed of the aircraft. Errors are greater, the greater the speed of flight;
99).- the use of a pitch automatic machine for longitudinal control of the aircraft, which is characterized by low wind resistance characteristics, because it is known that to increase the accuracy of stabilization of the aircraft on a given trajectory of descent, it is preferable to use a reloading automatic machine of longitudinal control (see, for example, Mikhalev I.A., Okoyemov B.N., Chikulaev M.S. Automatic landing systems. M., Engineering, 1975, 216 p., P. 99).
Техническим результатом заявляемой системы автоматического управления самолетом при снижении является повышение точности стабилизации самолета на траектории снижения вследствие исключения статических ошибок стабилизации на заданной траектории снижения и за счет использования перегрузочного АПУ, а также повышение безопасности пилотирования за счет ограничения вертикальной скорости самолета в допустимых пределах (-50 м/с<Vy<+50 м/с).The technical result of the claimed system of automatic control of the aircraft when reducing is to increase the accuracy of stabilization of the aircraft on the path of decline due to the exclusion of static stabilization errors on a given path of decline and through the use of reloading APU, as well as increasing the safety of piloting by limiting the vertical speed of the aircraft within acceptable limits (-50 m / s <V y <+50 m / s).
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the automatic control system for the aircraft during descent contains a navigation and measuring system, the first output of which generates a signal ΔН of the plane's linear deviation in height from a predetermined descent path, and at the second, a signal V y of the aircraft’s vertical speed, the system also contains the first and the second scale blocks, the first adder, the first and second inputs of which are connected respectively to the outputs of the first and second scale blocks, the elevator of the aircraft, connected to move the steering gear. In addition, this automatic control system contains first and second non-linear blocks, second, third and fourth adders, an integrator, a signal multiplying unit, a longitudinal control reloading unit (AAP), and the navigation-measuring complex is equipped with a third output, on which a signal H of the current flight altitude is generated while the first and second inputs of the first non-linear block are connected respectively to the first and third outputs of the navigation-measuring complex, the second output of which is connected to the first the inputs of the second and fourth adders, the output of the first non-linear block is connected to the inputs of the first scale block, the second non-linear block and to the first input of the third adder, the second inverting input of which is connected to the output of the integrator, and the output to the second input of the second adder and to the first input of the multiplication unit signals, the second input of which is connected to the output of the second non-linear block, the second input of the fourth adder, the output of which is connected to the input of the second of the second block, the integrator input is connected to the output of the second adder, the output of the first adder, which generates a signal n in the set vertical overload, is connected to the input of the overload APU, the output of which is connected to the input of the steering gear.
Thus, the safety of piloting is ensured by the fact that the vertical speed of the aircraft during reduction is limited (at the level of 50 m / s) using the first non-linear block, and an increase in the accuracy of stabilization of the aircraft on a given path of reduction is achieved due to the following factors:
- вследствие дополнительно введенных второго, третьего и четвертого сумматоров, интегратора, второго нелинейного блока, блока перемножения сигналов, а также установления новых связей между блоками, на выходе третьего сумматора формируется сигнал Vy0 постоянной составляющей вертикальной скорости, равный по величине и обратный по знаку установившемуся значению вертикальной скорости самолета (Vy)уст при движении самолета по заданной прямолинейной траектории снижения, т.e. Vy0=-(Vy)уст=V·Sin6°;- due to the additionally introduced second, third, and fourth adders, an integrator, a second nonlinear block, a signal multiplication block, and also establishing new connections between the blocks, the output of the third adder generates a signal V y0 of the constant component of the vertical velocity, equal in magnitude and inverse in sign to the steady state the value of the vertical speed of the aircraft (V y ) mouth when the aircraft moves along a given rectilinear path of decline, i.e. V y0 = - (V y ) mouth = V · Sin6 °;
- на выходе четвертого сумматора при малых отклонениях от заданной траектории снижения (ΔН≤50 м) формируется сигнал ΔVy скорости линейного отклонения самолета по высоте от заданной траектории снижения, равный вертикальной скорости самолета Vy за вычетом компоненты (Vy)уст: ΔVy=Vy-(Vy)уст;- at the output of the fourth adder, at small deviations from the given descent path (ΔН≤50 m), a signal ΔV y of the aircraft linear deviation in height from the given descent path is generated, equal to the vertical speed of the airplane V y minus the component (V y ) mouth : ΔV y = V y - (V y ) mouth ;
- исключение компоненты (Vy)уст из сигнала Vy вертикальной скорости самолета и последующее использование полученного таким образом сигнала ΔVy, участвующего далее в формировании сигнала nузад заданной вертикальной перегрузки на выходе первого сумматора, позволяет исключить «параллельный снос» самолета при снижении по прямолинейной заданной траектории снижения и, тем самым, повысить точность работы системы управления;- exclusion of components (V y) mouth from the signal V y vertical speed of the aircraft and the subsequent use of the thus obtained signal ΔV y, participating further in forming n uzad signal predetermined vertical load on the output of the first adder, eliminates the "parallel demolition" aircraft while reducing by rectilinear predetermined reduction trajectory and, thereby, improve the accuracy of the control system;
- применение перегрузочного АПУ вместо тангажного АПУ позволяет дополнительно повысить точность работы системы управления за счет снижения динамических ошибок стабилизации самолета на траектории снижения при действии ветровых возмущений в условиях турбулентной атмосферы.- the use of a reloading APU instead of a pitch APU can further improve the accuracy of the control system by reducing the dynamic errors of aircraft stabilization along the reduction path under the influence of wind disturbances in a turbulent atmosphere.

The system of automatic control of the aircraft when reducing works as follows.
For small deviations of the aircraft from the desired glide path, where? H =? H, the output of the third adder 6 a signal is V y0, equal in magnitude and opposite in sign to the steady value of the vertical speed of the aircraft (V y) mouth when moving an aircraft according to a predetermined linear trajectory reduction . From a consideration of the relationships between the

где
а также что
где (Vy)зад - заданное значение вертикальной скорости самолета, получается:where (V y ) ass is a given value of the vertical speed of the aircraft, it turns out:
Given that
получается, что значение вертикальной скорости самолета равноit turns out that the value of the vertical speed of the plane is
е. ΔН*=100 м и величина вертикальной скорости самолета при снижении устанавливается на меньшем, чем прежде (50 м/с), уровне:The signal restriction levels ΔН * in the first non-linear block 8 are selected in such a way that, as the height at which the reduction mode is turned on decreases, the vertical speed of the aircraft also decreases. So, when you turn on the descent mode above the descent path at an altitude of H = 600 m, the first non-linear block 8 limits the input signal ΔН at a constant level of 100 m, i.e. ΔН * = 100 m and the value of the vertical speed of the aircraft with a decrease is set to a lower than before (50 m / s) level:
Таким образом, с помощью первого нелинейного блока 8 ограничивается максимально возможная вертикальная скорость самолета Vy на уровне 50 м/с при включении режима снижения на больших высотах полета и обеспечивается ее уменьшение при включении этого режима на малых высотах (ниже 2000 м).Thus, using the first nonlinear block 8, the maximum possible vertical speed of the aircraft V y is limited to 50 m / s when the reduction mode is activated at high altitudes and its reduction is enabled when this mode is activated at low altitudes (below 2000 m).
Figure 3, by way of illustration, presents a typical process of lowering an airplane using the inventive automatic airplane control system when lowering under the following initial conditions: the current altitude of the airplane N is 11,000 m, the airplane’s flight speed with decreasing V is 500 m / s, turning on the reduction mode occurs at ΔН = 700 m, the distance from the cut of the runway (runway) is 25,000 m. As can be seen from the graphs obtained by mathematical modeling, the static error of stabilization of the aircraft on the descent path I am absent, the reduction of the aircraft is ensured strictly along a given rectilinear path.
The absence of "parallel demolition" of the aircraft during the decline in the "return" mode is confirmed by flight tests of the inventive system of automatic control of the aircraft during the decline.
