Abstract
Description
The invention relates to construction materials, and in particular to a technology for the manufacture of effective heat-insulating materials.
Известна сырьевая смесь для получения гранулированного пеностекла (патент РФ №2287495 от 06.04.2005, МПК C03C 11/00), включающая бой стекла, шлак ТЭЦ, связующее - растворимое стекло и порообразователь - пыль электрофильтров кремниевого производства при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:A known raw material mixture for the production of granular foam glass (RF patent No. 2287495 dated 04/06/2005, IPC C03C 11/00), including glass breakage, CHP slag, a binder — soluble glass and a pore former — silicon production electrostatic dust in the following ratio of components, wt.% :
Dust of electrostatic precipitators
1003-1063°C.The disadvantage of the prototype is the high foaming temperature of 1003-1063 ° C.
Наиболее близкой по составу является композиционная смесь для получения гранулированного пеностекла (патент РФ №2243174), которая включает бой стекла, шлак ТЭЦ, растворимое стекло и порообразователь - шлам алюминиевого производства при следующем соотношении компонентов мас.%:The closest in composition is the composite mixture for the production of granular foam glass (RF patent No. 2243174), which includes glass breakage, CHP slag, soluble glass and pore former — aluminum sludge in the following ratio of components wt.%:
Sludge aluminum
The disadvantage of this raw material mixture is the presence of hydrophobic carbon particles in the sludge, which does not allow the introduction of a large amount of blowing agent and, accordingly, reduces the amount of waste used.
The objective of the invention is the disposal of slag waste from TPPs, reducing the resource consumption of the technology for producing granular foam slag glass without deterioration of its quality, reducing cost.
The technical result of the invention is to reduce the foaming temperature to 800-850 ° C, depending on the amount of TPP slag in the foam slag glass. This reduction is ensured by the introduction of borax and glass breakage into the charge, which significantly reduce the foaming temperature, as well as anthracite, which allows foaming in this temperature range.
Технический результат достигается за счет введения в состав пеношлакостекла в качестве основного сырьевого компонента шлаковых отходов ТЭС (шлак ТЭС) при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:The technical result is achieved due to the introduction of foam slag glass as the main raw material component of the slag waste TPP (slag TPP) in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
The process of producing foam slag glass includes the following stages:
- приготовление шихты;- preparation of the mixture;
- грануляция;- granulation;
- вспенивание;- foaming;
1%.The foam slag glass mixture is prepared by fine grinding and thoroughly mixing TPP slag, borax, anthracite and glass breakage. Thorough mixing is achieved by joint grinding of all components of the charge in ball mills. Grinding should be carried out until a specific surface area of 400 ... 600 m 2 / kg is reached. In the process of grinding, the mixture is moistened to 1%.
2%.Next, the mixture is fed to a plate granulator and simultaneously irrigated with an aqueous solution of a binder (for example, starch). The granules formed are continuously fed with a layer of up to 50 mm to a belt-mesh dryer in which they are dried at a temperature of 200 ° C with hot gases until the granules reach a moisture content of about 2%.
From the dryer, the granules fall onto a vibrating screen, where the little things are eliminated. Further, the granules are sprinkled with a separating medium, for example kaolin, and fed into a rotary foaming furnace, in which the granules are foamed for 10-25 minutes with hot gases at a temperature of 800-850 ° C.
From the foaming furnace, the granules together with the separating medium are transferred to a rotary annealing furnace, where an extended cycle of gradual cooling is carried out without cracking the granules to room temperature. Then, at the exit from the annealing furnace, the separating medium is separated from the mass of foamed granules and again sent to the foaming furnace, and the granules are sent to the finished product warehouse.
The table shows the properties of the synthesized granular foam slag glass.

The presence in the charge of too much slag of TPP (64.4%), slowing down foaming and increasing its temperature, and a very small amount of glass break (30.1%) and borax (1.3%), accelerating foaming and lowering its temperature, makes foaming impossible in a given temperature range, due to which, in turn, it becomes impossible to obtain granular foam slag glass of this composition with the required quality at temperatures of 800-850 ° C during foaming for 10-25 minutes.
The composition of foam slag glass in this case is the following, wt.%:
The mixture and granules of foam slag glass are prepared according to the standard method described above. The presence in the charge of a very small amount of TPP slag (44.5%), slowing down foaming and increasing its temperature, and too much glass breakage (44.5%) and borax (8.8%), accelerating foaming and lowering its temperature, leads to excessive foaming and melting of the samples, as a result of which it becomes impossible to obtain granular foam slag glass of this composition with the required quality at temperatures of 800-850 ° C when foaming for 10-25 minutes.
The properties of the synthesized granulated foam slag glass are presented in the table:

Examples No. 4, 5, due to their structure, cannot provide the required level of properties and are unsuitable for production.
Reducing the cost of granular foam slag glass is carried out by introducing low-price glass, anthracite and slag of thermal power plants into the composition of the battlefield charge. Also, the use of slag TPP solves the problem of disposal of slag waste TPP.
