Abstract

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to sports medicine and physiology, and may be used for improving the physical condition in young females. That is ensured by the 14-day oral sublingual administration of 45° alcoholic solution of royal jelly 3 times a day in a dose of 10 drops, before meals in 17-18-year old female students taking physical exercises.
EFFECT: method enables improving the body resistance to hypoxia and hypercapnia, as well as accelerating a visual-motor response.

Оказалось, что 45° спиртовой раствор пчелиного маточного молочка в указанной дозировке существенно (на 23,2 с или на 27,35% в среднем) повысил устойчивость к гипоксии и гиперкапнии по данным пробы Штанге: с 84,86±5,83 с до 108,18±7,3 с (t=2,25; p<0,05), a время простой зрительно-моторной реакции ускорилось с 160,71±5,3 до 144,29±3,99 с (t=2,84; p<0,01). Последнее имеет важное значение для многих видов спорта и таких профессий, как водители автомобилей, машинистов поездов, операторов АЭС и других, где требуется быстрая и точная реакция на свет.The experiment was conducted on 24 students of 17-18 years old GOU VPO "Ryazan State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Social Development of Russia".
