characterized in that said distributor (2) has a substantially cylindrical shape and comprises a substantially cylindrical outer case (4), a first end wall (6) and a second end wall (8), said outer case (4) connected to said first and second end walls (6, 8), and wherein said first and second end walls (6, 8) comprise essentially centrally located openings (18) adapted to receive the axis of the holder for an absorbent roll paper or tabs of the roll holder soaking up paper, wherein said first compartment (32) has a substantially cylindrical shape configured to receive a roll (36; 50) of paper or non-woven material rotatable in said first compartment (32), and said second compartment (34) has a substantially planar elongated cross section and extends along the inner surface of said substantially cylindrical outer case (4). 2.
