Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к ракетно-космической технике, а именно способам направленного увода разгонных ракетных блоков (РРБ) от отделившихся космических аппаратов (КА).The invention relates to rocket and space technology, namely, methods for the directional withdrawal of booster rocket blocks (RRB) from separated spacecraft (SC).
In addition to performing the basic functions, the system of separating the RRB from the spacecraft is subject to an additional requirement to remove the unit in a given direction from the separated spacecraft. This is due to the fact that for a long time the aftereffect thrust acts on the RRB due to the expiration of residual evaporating components from the engine nozzle of the RBB in the cooling path of the engine case. The magnitude of this thrust is small, but its momentum reaches a significant magnitude. Under the influence of this thrust, the RRB acquires additional speed in the direction of the spacecraft, which can lead to their collision. In addition, the relative trajectory of the RRB and the spacecraft should be formed in such a way as to prevent shadowing of the communication antennas of the spacecraft with the Earth.
The introduction of special devices on the RBM to remove it from the separated spacecraft allows you to separate the latter with a minimum relative speed. A decrease in the relative separation rate makes it possible to use separation means with reduced energy and, as a consequence, weight characteristics. This, in addition, leads to a decrease in perturbations of the angular motion of the spacecraft and to an increase in the accuracy of launching into a given orbit.
Closest to the proposed one is a method that ensures the achievement of the relative speed of the divided objects by braking the spent stage ("cold" separation) [1. p.12]. The disadvantage of this method is the need to use special, very significant by weight of braking agents, such as solid propellant rocket motors. In addition, this method does not provide for the implementation of a stabilizing swirl of the spent stage, but only its coaxial withdrawal relative to the active part of the launch vehicle.
The objective of the invention is to provide shock-free separation of the RRB and its guaranteed withdrawal from the flight path of the spacecraft in a given direction.
The solution to this problem is provided due to the fact that after separation from it, the spacecraft are affected by a thrust pulse in a plane passing through its meter. and not crossing the spacecraft contours in the initial state, coupled with the RBM and constituting an acute angle with its longitudinal axis in the direction passing with an eccentricity relative to the meter RRB lying in the range 0 <δ≤R, where R is the radius of the cross-section of the RRB passing through its meter, while the thrust impulse forms an obtuse angle with a straight line that intersects the thrust impulse and is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the booster rocket by spinning and braking it.
1.An example of a specific implementation of the proposed method can be the installation of the nozzle 3 in the plane P1 with the direction of the vector of regressive thrust along the vector I, which counteracts the thrust of the aftereffect of the
The proposed separation method is implemented as follows.
Technical documentation has been developed that implements the proposed method for the removal of RRB. The decrease in the energy characteristics of the spacecraft separation means, in addition to increasing its mass by ~ 18 kg, will significantly (several times) reduce the perturbations of the angular motion of the spacecraft after its separation from the RB.
