Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к области информационных технологий, в частности к обработке сообщений электронной почты. Изобретение используют для организации коммуникаций между единичными инициаторами запросов на обслуживание (например, пользователей, заказчиков, поставщиков) и группой операторов, которые обрабатывают запросы, поступающие от инициаторов. Запросы обрабатываются особым образом, при котором для коммуникаций инициаторов с операторами используют выделенный для каждого инициатора ящик электронной почты в почтовой системе.The invention relates to the field of information technology, in particular to the processing of email messages. включают в почтовую группу рассылки для выделенного ящика электронной почты инициатора учетные записи индивидуальных ящиков электронной почты всех операторов, обслуживающих данного инициатора,
