Abstract
Description
The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the production of high-strength steel wire reinforcement produced by cold drawing and thermomechanical processing.
C21D 9/52, 1995 г.).A known method for the production of high-strength reinforcing wire, including accelerated cooling of the wire rod after rolling a workpiece smelted from high-carbon steel standard grades 70-85. In this method, accelerated cooling of the wire rod in front of the coiler of the hot rolling mill, laying of coils in a closed chamber, cooling of coils in this chamber to a predetermined temperature by blowing gas at a predetermined cooling rate, and final cooling in air to the workshop temperature. In this case, cooling by gas purging is carried out to a temperature not exceeding 500 ° C. In this way, it is possible to exclude the heat treatment operation before cold drawing and thermomechanical processing of high-strength reinforcement, and at the same time, the strength of the finished reinforcement is up to 1370 N / mm 2 (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 2044073, class C21D 9/52, 1995).
При этом выплавляют сталь марок типа 70-85 следующего химического состава при соотношении ингредиентов, мас.%:There is also known a method of manufacturing high-strength steel reinforcement, including steel smelting, casting, hot rolling, heat treatment (patenting) of hot-rolled round steel, pickling, cold drawing, applying a periodic profile and tempering of the reinforcement at a temperature of 225-450 ° C. In this case, steel of grades of type 70-85 of the following chemical composition is melted with the ratio of ingredients, wt.%:

(И.А. (I.A. Yukhvets. Production of high-strength wire reinforcement. M., Metallurgy, 1973).
The main disadvantages of all known methods of production is that the finished reinforcement has insufficient strength, low yield strength and elongation.
The technical problem solved by the invention is to obtain high-strength steel reinforcement for prestressed reinforced concrete structures with increased strength, fluidity and elongation.
Поставленная задача достигается тем, что в способе производства стальной высокопрочной арматуры, включающем выплавку стали, прокатку в катанку, термическую обработку катанки, травление, холодное волочение, нанесение периодического профиля, термомеханическую обработку и порезку арматуры на мерную длину, выплавляют сталь следующего химического состава, мас.%:The problem is achieved in that in a method for the production of high-strength steel reinforcing steel, including steelmaking, rolling into wire rod, heat treatment of wire rod, pickling, cold drawing, applying a periodic profile, thermomechanical processing and cutting the reinforcement to a measured length, steel of the following chemical composition is melted, wt .%:

57-62%.in which the total content of Cr + Ni + Cu <0.14 is maintained, and the ratio of aluminum to boron Al / B is in the range of 10-20, heat treatment of wire rod is carried out by heating in a furnace to a temperature of 900-940 ° C, followed by isothermal quenching for 85-110 s in a lead melt at a temperature of 530-560 ° C and final cooling with water, and wire rod drawing is carried out with a total compression ratio of 57-62%.
6%.The selected limits of carbon content (0.77-0.85%) in combination with manganese (0.50-0.80%), chromium, nickel and copper (up to 0.10 each, but with the ratio Cr + Ni + Cu < 0.14) with the introduction of aluminum and boron into steel, it will be possible to grind the microstructure of the steel during its heat treatment. The ratio of aluminum to boron Al / B in the range of 10-20 will provide after heat treatment of the hot rolled wire rod to obtain a nanostructured microstructure of the metal, consisting of a ferrite-carbide mixture with an interplate distance of 60-200 nm, which ultimately provides in the final product - cold-deformed high-strength reinforcement - strength not less than 1570 N / mm 2 , conditional yield strength not less than 1400 N / mm 2 and elongation at break of not less than 6%.

По заказу ОАО «ММК-МЕТИЗ» была выплавлена сталь в 180-тонной электропечи ОАО «ММК», обработана в агрегате «печь-ковш», разлита на МНЛЗ в заготовку сечением 150×150 мм и прокатана в катанку круглого сечения диаметром 15,5 мм на сортовом стане «170», имеющая следующий химический состав, мас.%:By order of OJSC MMK-METIZ, steel was smelted in a 180-ton electric furnace of OJSC MMK, processed in a ladle furnace, cast into a continuous casting machine into a billet with a section of 150 × 150 mm and rolled into a round wire rod with a diameter of 15.5 mm on the high-quality mill "170", having the following chemical composition, wt.%:

The Cr + Ni + Cu ratio was 0.12, and the Al / B ratio was 10. After nanostructural heat treatment of the wire rod in a continuous unit consisting of heating the wire rod to a temperature of 930 ° C, isothermal quenching in a lead melt at a temperature of 540 ° C with further cooling water, we got a microstructure of steel, consisting of a ferrite-carbide mixture with an interplate distance of 80-180 nm and a small amount of structurally free ferrite in the form of islands along the grain boundaries.
Figure 1 (a, b) shows the macrostructure of steel from a ferrite-carbide mixture.
The heat-treated wire rod was drawn into a wire with a diameter of 10.0 mm, after which a trilateral periodic profile was applied to its surface, reducing the nominal diameter of the reinforcement to 9.6 mm, subjected to tempering under tension at a temperature of 400 ° C, cooled with running water and cut to lengths. The mechanical tests of the obtained high-strength steel reinforcement with a nominal diameter of 9.6 mm showed the following properties:
временное сопротивление разрыву 1590 Н/мм2;tensile strength 1590 N / mm 2 ;
условный предел текучести 1410 Н/мм2;yield strength 1410 N / mm 2 ;
относительное удлинение при разрыве 7%;elongation at break 7%;
41 HRC,hardness 41 HRC,
что полностью соответствует техническим требованиям к высокопрочной стержневой холоднодеформированной арматуре периодического профиля диаметром 9,6 мм для армирования железобетонных шпал.which fully meets the technical requirements for high-strength cold-rolled rod reinforcement of a periodic profile with a diameter of 9.6 mm for reinforcing reinforced concrete sleepers.
