Abstract
Description
The invention relates to compositions of slag-alkali binders and can be used for the manufacture of building materials that are operated under the influence of ionizing radiation.
с. №419489, С04В 7/14, 7/28), включающее, мас.%:Known astringent (and.with. No. 419489, С04В 7/14, 7/28), including, wt.%:
The disadvantage of this binder is the use of an increased amount of alkaline component, which during the operation of the product leads to its leaching, deterioration of the decorative properties of the products and lower performance indicators.
с. №1615161, С04В 7/153), предназначенное для изготовления строительных бетонов и включающее, мас.%:It is also known slag-alkali binder (and.with. No. 1615161, С04В 7/153), intended for the manufacture of building concrete and including, wt.%:
The disadvantage of this binder is the use of a chemical-pharmaceutical production waste with a variable chemical composition as an alkaline activator. This affects the quality of concrete made using the proposed slag-alkali binder. In addition, the manufacturing technology of the specified binder involves drying the slag (to a moisture content of not more than 1%), which complicates and increases the energy consumption of the technology, and also increases the cost of production.
с. №1379265 С04В 7/14), включающее, мас.%:Similar in technical solution is a binder for the manufacture of mortars and concrete (and.with. No. 1379265 С04В 7/14), including, wt.%:
[1].The disadvantage of this binder is the use of granular slag containing a large amount of silicon oxide, which under the influence of ionizing radiation significantly changes the crystal structure, which leads to a decrease in the physico-mechanical properties of binders, concrete and mortars [1].
The invention is directed to the production of a slag-alkali binder for radiation-protective building materials.
Указанный технический эффект достигается тем, что для изготовления шлакощелочного вяжущего для радиационно-защитных строительных материалов используются шлак, гидроксид натрия и модификатор, при этом в качестве шлака используется ферроборовый шлак с удельной поверхностью 300-400 м2/кг, а в качестве модификатора - золь гидроксида железа (III), стабилизированный желатином, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:The indicated technical effect is achieved by the fact that slag, sodium hydroxide and a modifier are used for the manufacture of a slag-alkali binder for radiation-protective building materials, while ferroboron slag with a specific surface of 300-400 m 2 / kg is used as slag, and sol is used as a modifier iron (III) hydroxide stabilized by gelatin in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Slag-alkali binder for radiation-protective building materials contains ferroboron slag, sodium hydroxide, iron (III) hydroxide sol stabilized with gelatin.
Ferroboron slag of Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant JSC has the following chemical composition, wt.%: Al 2 O 3 - 71.6; CaO - 10.7; MgO - 2.6; B 2 O 3 - 12.2; Fe 2 O 3 - 2.6; SiO 2 - 0.3. The use of this slag provides a composite with a high content of boron, which is an effective neutron absorber; the presence of aluminum, iron, calcium and magnesium provides the absorption of gamma radiation.
Sodium hydroxide corresponding to GOST 4328-77 is used as an alkaline activator. As a modifier that increases the performance properties of a cinder-alkaline binder, a gelatin-stabilized iron (III) hydroxide sol is used. To prepare a sol of iron (III) hydroxide, 6 aqueous iron chloride is used (GOST 4147-74). The concentration of the sol of iron hydroxide is 0.2% (in terms of iron hydroxide), the particle size of the sol of iron is 5-6 nm. To prevent the destruction of the iron (III) hydroxide sol that occurs when sodium hydroxide is introduced, gelatin (GOST 11293-89) is used in an amount of 0.5% by weight of the sol.
Slag alkali binder is prepared as follows. A 0.2% sol of iron (III) hydroxide is prepared. To do this, a solution of iron chloride is added portionwise to boiling tap water. Then, a metered amount of gelatin is added to the cooled sol; it is kept for 40-60 minutes until the gelatin swells. Next, the sol containing gelatin is heated to boiling. The boiling time is 3-5 minutes. A metered amount of sodium hydroxide is added to the cooled gelatin stabilized iron (III) hydroxide sol. The resulting solution is added to ferroboron slag, crushed in a ball mill to a specific surface of 300-400 m 2 / kg. The mixture is thoroughly mixed. Further, fillers and aggregates can be added to the prepared slag-alkali binder to obtain mortars or concrete.
2.The compositions of the proposed slag alkali binder are given in table 1, and the properties of the hardened slag alkaline stone are shown in table 2.
