Abstract
Description
The invention relates to means of preventing and extinguishing fires, and can also be used for the degassing of toxic materials, dust suppression, in medicine, in pharmaceuticals and in agriculture.
It is known that water and micelle-forming surfactants. Substances are the main components of fire extinguishing foaming compositions. To increase the effectiveness of fire fighting in foaming compositions include various additives that improve the quality of the foam.
100%.Known foaming composition (US Pat. US No. 3554912, class A62D 1/00, 1971), to obtain a low-temperature heat-resistant foam, suitable for extinguishing fires. The composition includes: from 2 to 40% stabilizer - highly basic aluminum salt Al 2 (OH) 5 Cl; from 0.02 to 4% of a surfactant (SAS) containing from 6 to 18 carbon atoms per acid group, and water - the rest is up to 100%.
The disadvantage of the composition is the need to use significant concentrations of highly basic aluminum salt (OXA), which is not economically viable.
Also known foaming composition for extinguishing fires (ed. Certificate. USSR No. 1128963, class A62D 1/00, 1984), devoid of this drawback.
The composition includes the following components, wt.%:
Foaming agent significantly reduces the consumption of basic aluminum chloride.
The disadvantage of this foaming composition is the possibility of using only biologically hard surfactants based on alkylaryl sulfonates, which have recently been banned for use in fire protection.
Closest to the invention in terms of composition and the achieved result is RF patent No. 23228325, IPC A62D 1/04, 2006. The concentrated stabilizer of heat-resistant foam to extinguish fires, adopted by us as a prototype.
В качестве примера прототипа был использован оптимальный пенообразующий состав, взятый из таблицы описания, который включает следующие компоненты, мас.%:As an example of a prototype, the optimal foaming composition was taken, taken from the description table, which includes the following components, wt.%:
The composition allows to obtain heat-resistant foam for extinguishing fires in fresh and sea water, while reducing the consumption of biologically soft surfactants in working solutions by 4 times.
Nevertheless, all synthetic detergents used in the world practice (CMC) and foaming agents for extinguishing fires, including biologically mild synthetic surfactants, are currently the most dangerous environmental pollutants.
The present invention allows to overcome this drawback by replacing biologically soft synthetic surfactants with natural - environmentally friendly surfactants in beer.
