Abstract
Description
The claimed invention relates to the field of fisheries, in particular to methods for identifying fish, and can be used to identify species and population anomalies in the structure of their skeleton.
Of all the known methods for identifying fish, identification by their skeleton is the most reliable. Each fish species has its own specific species and population identification features of various parts of the skeleton, including the skull, gill apparatus, jaws, teeth, spine, ribs, fins, etc. (Figure 1). Moreover, the most significant signs of population anomalies of the skeleton are small bones, the diameter of which d k depending on the total size of an individual fish can be up to 0.05 mm.
Currently, two main methods are used to study fish skeletons: visual examination and radiography. For visual examination of the skeleton of the fish, its preparation is necessary - the separation of all muscle tissue from the skeleton. This procedure is complex, time-consuming and does not ensure the preservation of individual bones, especially when examining small fish.
The x-ray method of studying the skeleton, in contrast to the visual one, allows one to detect those elements of the skeleton and their structural features that are not fixed during preparation. The advantages of this method also include simplicity, short time of the study, the reliability of the results obtained, the possibility of researching both living and non-living fish, as well as the presence of additional information on x-ray images - images of the internal organs of fish.
XX, 1968 г., с.200-203).The closest in technical essence and the result obtained is the so-called contact method for obtaining an x-ray image of fish, in which the fish is located at a considerable distance from the x-ray source and close (in contact) to the cassette with the x-ray film (Amineva V.A., Tot A. On the application of the X-ray method of research in ichthyology // Proceedings of the Kaliningrad Technical Institute of the Fishing Industry and the Ministry of Fisheries. Ichthyology and Fisheries. Kal ningrad, vol. the XX-th, 1968, s.200-203).
As a result, the dimensions of the x-ray image of the fish are equal to its true anatomical size. Figure 2 presents the geometric pattern of x-ray photography (a) and the resulting image (b). The specified method has a number of significant limitations.
- 392 с.).Firstly, since the resolution of the human eye is 0.1-0.15 mm (Kishkovsky A.N., Tyutin L.A., Esinovskaya G.N. Atlas of styling during x-ray studies. - L .: Medicine, 1987, p.200), to study the fine details of the image of the skeleton obtained on a screenless X-ray film (whose resolution R allows visualizing bones with a diameter of 0.05 mm), it is necessary to enlarge the image of the skeleton or its individual sections at least three times using special tools - magnifiers, microscopes, etc. Secondly, the visualization of an X-ray image on an X-ray film is a complex and time-consuming process that requires a significant investment of time, which greatly complicates the collection and processing of statistical information about skeleton anomalies. The use of electronic, including digital, X-ray image receivers in the contact shooting method is practically impossible, since for the visualization of a single image detail of 0.05 mm in size, the resolution of the R receiver should be at least 10 lines / mm. For comparison, the resolution R of modern X-ray image receivers does not exceed 5-6 pairs of lines / mm (Fundamentals of X-ray diagnostic technology / Edited by N.N. Blinov: Textbook. - M .: Medicine, 2002 - 392 p. )
The objective of the invention is the ability to quickly obtain sharp, enlarged by three or more times images of fish, including bones with a diameter of 0.05 mm, the most significant for the study of species and population anomalies in the structure of their skeleton.
To obtain a technical result, which consists in obtaining high-quality x-ray images, in the proposed method for obtaining an x-ray image of fish, the fish is placed between the x-ray source and the x-ray image receiver, the distance X 1 between the x-ray source and the fish is equal to the length L of the fish or the studied area of the fish and three times less than the distance X 2 between the X-ray source and the X-ray image receiver, the focal spot diameter d f defined by the expression:
где dk - диаметр наименьшей значимой для идентификации рыбы кости, разрешающая способность приемника изображения составляет не менее 5 пар лин./мм, а диаметр D входного окна приемника изображения определяется выражением:where d k is the diameter of the bone that is the least significant for fish identification, the resolution of the image receiver is at least 5 pairs lin./mm, and the diameter D of the input window of the image receiver is determined by the expression:
In contrast to the known prototype method, the fish is located near the x-ray source at a distance of X 1 equal to the length L of the fish or the studied area of the fish (X 1 = L), and at a much greater distance X 2 from the image receiver (Figure 2). The ratio of these distances determines the coefficient of magnification of the image To fish in accordance with the expression:
где X1 - расстояние между источником излучения и рыбой;where X 1 is the distance between the radiation source and the fish;
Х2 - расстояние между источником излучения и приемником изображения;X 2 is the distance between the radiation source and the image receiver;
L is the length of the fish or the investigated area of fish.
С целью уверенного обнаружения кости диаметром 0,05 мм общая нерезкость Н изображения, которая будет определять его разрешающую способность R, должна быть не больше диаметра кости dk:In order to confidently detect a bone with a diameter of 0.05 mm, the total blur N of the image, which will determine its resolution R, should be no more than the bone diameter d k :
В.В. - 382 с.):The total blurring of the image H is calculated by the following expression (X-ray engineering: Handbook. In 2 books / Ed. By V.V. Klyuyev. - M .: Mechanical Engineering, 1980. -
где НГ - геометрическая составляющая нерезкости, ;where N G is the geometric component of the blur, ;
НD - динамическая составляющая нерезкости;H D is the dynamic component of the blur;
Н Э - screen component of blur.
Under the condition of shooting a stationary object with an increase in K by three or more times, the total image blur N will be determined by the geometric component H G , since the dynamic component H D = 0 , and the contribution of the screen component H E is insignificant due to the increase in the image. Therefore, the expression for the overall blurring of the image H can be written as follows:
где dфп - диаметр фокусного пятна источника рентгеновского излучения.where d fp is the diameter of the focal spot of the x-ray source.
From the

6-8 - x-ray images of the most important for identification and identification of species and population features of the parts of the skeleton of different species of fish.
The proposed method of shooting is implemented as follows (Figure 3). An X-ray apparatus with a focal spot diameter of an X-ray tube of not more than 0.025 mm (25 μm) is used as a radiation source. The fish is placed at a distance of X 1 from the focal spot d fp . The value of X 1 is determined by the size of the fish or the investigated area of the fish L (X 1 = L). The x-ray image receiver is located at a distance of X 2 from the focal spot d fp . The value of the distance X 2 choose three times more than the distance X 1 . With this ratio of distances, the image will be enlarged three times, respectively, the image size of the bone with a diameter of 0.05 mm will be 0.15 mm and will significantly exceed the resolution R of modern digital X-ray image receivers (0.1 mm at R = 5 pairs / mm ) The minimum diameter of the input window of the image receiver D is determined by the expression:
R.)(It should be noted that increasing the distance X 2 leads to a further increase in the image of the fish and its resolution R.)
The given x-ray optical shooting parameters: focal spot diameter d fp , distances X 1 and X 2 , resolution R and diameter D of the input window of the X-ray image receiver are interconnected and only together they allow achieving the technical result.
This method is implemented using a digital x-ray diagnostic unit PRDU-02 (Figure 4). The installation includes: an X-ray
