Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for the reclamation of technologically disturbed lands, in particular, the reclamation of soils contaminated with mineralized oil-containing waters, for example, oil reservoir, produced water.
№13).There is a method of reclamation of saline soils by laying closed drainage, supply air ducts, supplying to the wash water section and draining it through the drain, followed by sowing on the salicorium seed plot (see, for example, RF Patent No. 2324029, C1 E02B 11, publ. 10.05. 2008 Bulletin No. 13).
The disadvantages of this method are the complexity and complexity of the implementation of the proposed technology. The method involves the use of a large amount of imported fresh water, as well as the need for disposal of the drainage water formed after washing, which makes the technology more expensive.
27.04.1998).There is a method of reclamation of saline soils, including sowing on saline soil of annual halophyte plants (amaranth) with their subsequent harvesting (see, for example, RF Patent No. 2109425, C1 A01B 79, publ. 04/27/1998).
The disadvantages of this method are the limited application of the method (salt content up to 3%), low efficiency of the proposed technology, as well as the duration of the resettlement process.
Closest to the claimed technical essence is a method of reclamation of soils contaminated with oil reservoir waters, the purpose of which is the saline cultivation and resettlement of contaminated lands (see Patent No. 2095954, A01B 79/00, C09K 17/00, published on November 20, 1997). The method includes intensive cultivation, application of sorbents, chemical ameliorants (gypsum, phosphogypsum, etc.), intensive irrigation by sprinkling (1000 m 3 / ha) and planting of fodder and soil strengthening crops. The method allows complex and relatively quick to resettle the upper soil horizons.
The disadvantages of the prototype are the significant consumption of imported fresh water, while salts are not removed from the soil, but only washed out into the underlying horizons, which, when the groundwater level rises, will lead to repeated salinization. The introduction of large doses of gypsum or phosphogypsum in saline soil leads to the formation of a significant amount of sodium sulfate, which, washed out by autumn-spring precipitation, will also accumulate in the underlying horizons. Significant washing with water will lead to leaching into the underlying horizons, together with undesirable salts, of all nutrient water-soluble organic and mineral substances, which, without subsequent application of organic-mineral fertilizers (nitrogen-phosphorus compounds) will only lead to further desertification of the territory.
The objective of the invention is that, while maintaining speed, to prevent the possibility of re-salinization, as well as to increase the fertility of the upper soil layers after treatment.
The problem is solved in that in the method of reclamation of soils contaminated with mineralized waters, including intensive cultivation, application of sorbent, chemical ameliorants, intensive irrigation by irrigation and planting of crops, according to the invention, dry pressed briquettes of excess sludge are used as sorbent, while the spent briquettes are removed from the soil by sieving the latter on vibrating screens, friable moist excess sludge is used as chemical ameliorants and biofertilizers; halophytes, for example, amaranth, wormwood, etc., are used as crops. The rate of water consumption for irrigation by irrigation is 450-500 m 3 / ha (45-50 l / m 2 ). When the salt content in the soil is more than 10 wt.%, Preliminary saline soil is removed and washed with fresh water.
The initial stage of technology implementation is the allocation of zones with a high salt content. Soil with a salt content of more than 10 wt.% Is taken out and repeatedly washed with fresh water in special installations, to a residual salt content of not more than 0.1 wt.%. The washed soil is returned back, evenly distributed throughout the territory and plowed into the upper layers of the soil. The introduction of sludge briquettes is carried out by light special equipment to a depth of 0-30 cm, followed by mandatory sprinkling of fresh water at the rate of 450-500 m 3 / ha (45-50 l / m 2 ). In this case, an intensive redistribution of water-soluble soil ions occurs with the concentration of the latter in sludge briquettes. Removal of spent briquettes is carried out by sifting the soil on vibrating screens.
Dry pressed briquettes of excess sludge are obtained by stamping at pressures of 80-150 atm of excess sludge with a moisture content of 30-40 wt.%, The optimal dimensions of briquettes are 50 × 50 × 30 mm. The resulting briquettes have a high sorption exchange capacity for many ions, including chloride ions and alkali metal cations. The resulting briquettes are resistant to mechanical stress and are able to maintain their structure and shape with sufficiently long contact with water (at least 72 hours) without loss of strength properties.
The next step is the introduction into the treated soil, as a chemical ameliorant and biofertilizer, friable sludge, humidity 50-70%. Excess sludge is a valuable organo-mineral substrate containing, by dry matter, wt.%: Substances of protein origin - 50, fats - 20, carbohydrates - 8. The sludge contains important biogenic macro- and microelements. The content of humic substances in the sludge is 50 wt.%. The gross content of nitrogen-phosphorus compounds - 3 wt.%, Calcium - 2 wt.% [Trubnikova L.I. Disposal of excess activated sludge from petrochemical enterprises. // Ecology and industry of Russia. - 2001. - No. 8. - 9-11]. The introduction of sludge helps increase soil fertility, and the calcium contained in the sludge contributes to the replacement and subsequent leaching of the residual amount of sodium ions from soil colloids.
The final stage is the planting of halophyte plants, capable of accumulating a significant amount of salts in their mass. Seeds are planted in the spring, with a sowing rate increased by 20-30%, at the end of the growing season, the grown plants are mowed and removed outside the cultivated area.
Figure 1 shows the dependence of the residual content of chloride ions on the contact time of silt briquettes with saline soil.
Figure 2 presents a diagram of the effectiveness of reducing the content of chloride ions in model samples depending on the time of reclamation.
Figure 3 presents the dependence of the degree of purification of real samples of saline soil taken in the territory of LLC Orenburggazdobycha from the time of reclamation.
1.Example 1. For the experiment, four containers were prepared with soil measuring 60 × 60 × 30 cm. Aqueous solutions of sodium chloride were introduced into the container. The final concentration of salts in the model soil samples after mixing was 1, 5, 10 and 15 wt.%. Pressed sludge briquettes were introduced into the prepared soil at the rate of 100 g of sludge per 1 kg of soil. The soil was abundantly moistened (50 l / m 2 ). Briquettes were kept in the soil for 3 days. The experiments were carried out in laboratory conditions at room temperature. The decrease in salt concentration was determined by the decrease in the concentration of chloride ions in soil samples. The concentration of chloride ions was determined by titration of soil extracts with a solution of silver nitrate [GOST 26425-85. The soil. Methods for determination of chloride ion in an aqueous extract]. Sampling was carried out every 12 hours. The results of the study are presented in figure 1.
67%.As can be seen from figure 1, excess sludge is able to actively absorb chloride ions from soil solutions, with the greatest effect observed in the first day. The degree of soil purification per day from this ion at initial concentrations of 1, 5, 10, and 15 wt.% Was 89%, 76%, 70%, and 67%, respectively.
2.Example 2. The experiment was carried out according to the scheme of example 1. Sludge briquettes were aged in the soil during the day, after which they were removed by sifting the soil on a vibrating screen. Then, friable moist excess sludge was introduced into the treated soil as a chemical ameliorant and biofertilizer and annual halophytes from the amaranth family (Salsola collina and Salsola ruthenicd) were planted. Cultivation was carried out outdoors for 120 days, sampling was carried out every 30 days. Periodically, as necessary, irrigation was carried out with fresh water, at the rate of 1.5-2 l / m 2 . The results of the study are presented in figure 2.
As can be seen from figure 2, the introduction of sludge and planting of halophyte plants allowed to reduce the residual content of chloride ions by an average of more than two times. Moreover, the greatest effect is achieved due to the sorption of chloride by briquettes of excess sludge. The planting of halophytes is effective when the salt content is less than 5%. At a salt concentration of more than 10 wt.%, Preliminary washing of the soil with fresh water is advisable.
Example 3. The study was carried out on a model installation with real soil samples taken from the site subjected to industrial salinization (the territory of Orenburggazdobycha LLC). The initial chloride content ranged from 0.5 to 13 wt.%. Remediation of the contaminated site was carried out in several stages.
3.The initial stage of reclamation was the allocation of zones with a high salt content. Soil with a salt content of more than 10 wt.% Was removed and washed repeatedly with fresh water to a residual salt content of not more than 0.1 wt.%. The washed soil returned back, was evenly distributed on the territory and smelled in the upper layers of the soil (25-30 cm). Sludge briquettes were introduced to a depth of 30 cm, followed by sprinkling with fresh water at the rate of 500 m 3 / ha. Sludge briquettes were kept in the soil for a day, and then removed by sieving the soil on a vibrating screen. Loose wet sludge was applied to the treated soil at a rate of 40-45 t / ha and was sown with a Salsola collina culture, with a 20% increased seeding rate. Periodically, as necessary, was carried out irrigation with fresh water to full capacity. Reclamation was carried out for 120 days in the open air, sampling was carried out every 30 days. The results are presented in figure 3.
As can be seen from figure 3, the use of this technology allows for 120 days of reclamation to reach the MPC level for chloride ions.
Thus, the proposed technology is effective for the rehabilitation of mineralized soils.
