Abstract
Description
The device relates to mechanical rake type gratings and can find application in wastewater treatment from mechanical impurities.
10.10.2007. БИ №28).Known mechanical lattice containing a frame, which is fixed to the support through a hinge, a rake system on a continuous chain, the upper part with a plate for unloading debris and the lower part with a grill (see the description of the invention to patent No. 2307696 of the Russian Federation, IPC B01D 29/44, E03F 5/14. Publish. 10.10.2007. BI No. 28).
In the known device, the upper and lower parts of the mechanical grill are parallel in parallel along one inclined plane, which is inclined together with the waste discharge plate relative to the horizontal plane at an angle α of 105 degrees. At such an angle of inclination of the lattice, the underwater part of the lattice has unstable efficiency in the case of a small thickness of the water layer. With a small layer of water, the grate is only partially located under water and constantly clogs with increasing hydraulic resistance and rising water levels in a gravity channel. After the next cleaning with a rake system, the water level drops again. At the same time, on a part of the wetted surface of the lattice elements, the mud constantly dries and adheres to form difficult to clean impurities.
The improvement is based on the task of reducing hydraulic resistance, increasing the throughput of the grating, and reducing the contamination of the grating.
The problem is solved in that the mechanical lattice containing a frame that is fixed to the support through a hinge, a rake system on a continuous chain, the upper part with the waste discharge plate and the lower part with the grill, according to the improvement, differs in that the lower part with the grill is located under water and depending on the level H of water is located at an angle β from 0 degrees to 60 degrees relative to its upper part.
The location at an angle β of the lower part of the mechanical lattice relative to its upper part in the indicated range of the angle β makes it possible to place the lower part with the lattice in a small layer of water. In this case, it is possible to extend the grate along the channel towards the flow and thereby increase the flow area of the grate for the water flow, which leads to a decrease in the hydraulic resistance of the grate to the water flow. In addition, the entire grate will almost always work in water and the dirt will not constantly dry on it, which reduces the clogging of the grate.
The mechanical lattice may have, for adjusting the angle of inclination β of the lower part with the lattice under the water level H, the frame has the ability to move down or up along the hinge of the support. It is possible to unify the design of the device in relation to different levels of water H in which the lower part with the grate is immersed.
1.Further improvement is illustrated by an example implementation and figure 1.

3.The location at an angle β of the lower part 6 of the mechanical lattice 3 relative to its upper part 4 in the specified range of the angle β allows the lower part 6 with the lattice 3 to be placed in a small layer of water 7. In this case, it is possible to extend the lattice 3 along the channel towards the flow and thereby increase the flow area of the grate 3 for flow, which reduces the hydraulic resistance of the grate 3 to the flow. In addition, the entire grate 3 will almost always work in water 7 and the dirt will not dry out on it, which will extend the effective period of operation of the grate 3.
7.In the mechanical grill, the frame has the ability to adjust the angle of inclination β of the lower part 6 with the grill 3 to the level H of water 7 to move up or down along the hinge 11 of the support 10. At the same time, the free end of the lower part 6 moves along the bottom of the channel with water 7. The improvement allows to unify the design of the device in relation to different values of the level H of water 7.
