Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к области сельского хозяйства и может быть использовано в кормлении сельскохозяйственной птицы (в частности, цыплят-бройлеров).The invention relates to the field of agriculture and can be used in the feeding of poultry (in particular, broiler chickens).
с.-х. - 19 с).A known method of increasing the productivity of broiler chickens by feeding compound feed containing 13.1-13.5 MJ of exchange energy together with highly dispersed powders of copper, zinc, iron and manganese (accounted for 75% of the total number of these elements in the compound feed) (Le Viet Fyung. The use of highly dispersed powders of iron, copper, manganese, zinc in broiler chickens premixes. - Abstract of the dissertation of the candidate of agricultural sciences. - Moscow, 2005. - 19 p.).
(3,07%).The disadvantage of this method is the short duration of the effect of increasing the gain in live weight, because a significant increase in live weight in experimental broiler chickens was observed only at the age of four weeks and was relatively small (3.07%).
20.10.2009, БИ №29).As a prototype, a method was taken to increase the productivity of broiler chickens, including feeding compound feed containing 13.3 MJ of exchange energy per 1 kg, characterized in that feeding is carried out continuously, with the additional inclusion of 0.93 mg of chromium and 4.24 mg of nickel per kg of feed (RF Patent No. 2370095, publ. 20.10.2009, BI No. 29).
The disadvantage of this prototype is a decrease in live weight of poultry by 5.1% due to an increase in the large dosage of introduced microelements by 4.7 times chromium and 9.3 times nickel.
The technical result is an increase in the productivity of broiler chickens.
The problem is solved in that in the known method of increasing the productivity of broiler chickens, including feeding compound feed containing 13.3 MJ of exchange energy per 1 kg, feeding is carried out continuously with the additional inclusion of 1.5 mg of molybdenum, 0.16 mg of chromium and nickel 0 , 41 mg per kg of feed.
В.И. Research consisted of two phases. During the first phase, the influence of the level of metabolic energy of the diet on the content of chemical elements in the body of broiler chickens was determined. For this purpose, in the conditions of the experimental biological clinic (vivarium) of the Orenburg State University, 90 broilers of the final cross-country Smena-7 were selected, which at the age of fourteen were divided by the method of analogues into 3 groups (n = 30). The duration of the experiment was 6 weeks. The chickens of the control group received the main diet containing 12.3 MJ of feed exchange energy, the first experimental diet with an increase in the amount of metabolic energy to 13.3 MJ, the second experimental one with a decrease in the content of metabolic energy to 11.0 MJ. The change in the level of metabolic energy was achieved by the inclusion in the diet of various amounts of sunflower oil. The nutrient content in the feed corresponded to the recommendations of VNITIP (Methodological guidelines for the calculation of feed recipes. - M .: VNIIKP, VNIITIP, 1998. - 81 s). Poultry was fed 2 times a day in accordance with VNITIP standards (Recommendations for feeding poultry / VNITIP. Under the general editorship of V.I. Fisinin. - Sergiev Posad, 2000. - 68 pp.), Watering - plenty.
At the end of the experiment, a control slaughter of the experimental bird was carried out (Methodological recommendations for the anatomical cutting of carcasses and organoleptic evaluation, the quality of meat and eggs of poultry and egg morphology / VNITIP. Under the general editorship of BC Lukashenko. - Sergiev Posad, 2004. - 27 p. ) The biosubstrates obtained during slaughter (tissue of the bone, central nervous system, muscle tissue, skin, internal organs, feather) determined the content of chemical elements.
Ф. - 352 с).Sample preparation was carried out by microwave decomposition on a Multiwave 3000 instrument (A.Paar). The determination of the content of chemical elements in biosubstrates was carried out by atomic emission spectrometry (AES-ICP) and mass spectrometry with inductively coupled argon plasma (MS-ICP) (Onishchenko G.G., Shestopalov N.V. Modern analysis methods and equipment in sanitary-hygienic research. - M .: FSUE Intersen, 1999. - P.496) on Optima 2000DV and ELAN 9000 devices (Perkin Elmer, USA) in the laboratory of the Center for Biotic Medicine ANO, Moscow (SSES accreditation certificate .RU.TSOA.311, registration number in the state register ROSS RU.0001.513118 from 29 ma 2003). The results were statistically processed using a personal computer, while the arithmetic mean value, the arithmetic mean error and the standard deviation were determined. To identify statistically significant (significant) differences, Student's criterion was used. The differences were considered significant when the probability of error was no higher than 5% (p≤0.05) (Lakin G.F. Biometrics. - M .: Higher school, 1990. - 352 s).
В ходе исследований были установлены достоверные изменения в содержании химических элементов в теле подопытной птицы (табл.1).During the studies, significant changes in the content of chemical elements in the body of the experimental bird were established (Table 1).

25,0% (p≤0,01).An analysis of the data showed that the intensive growth of broiler chickens in the first experimental group receiving a feed containing 13.3 MJ of exchange energy per kg caused a decrease in a number of vital elements. In particular, the cobalt content decreased by 28.6% (p≤0.05), copper - by 33.3% (p≤0.05), chromium - by 1.9% (p≤0.05), nickel - by 16.3% (p≤0.01) and molybdenum - by 11.9% (p≤0.05) relative to the control against the background of a decrease in the content of chromium and molybdenum in the II experimental group by 38.9% (p≤ 0.01) and 25.0% (p≤0.01).
These changes against the background of an increase in live weight of the experimental bird of the first experimental group by 14.2% and a decrease of 3.1% in the second experimental group relative to control.
The results of the studies revealed a decrease in the body of a bird receiving a feed containing 13.3 MJ in 1 kg of metabolic energy, such non-limiting vital chemical elements (Skalny A.V., Rudakov I.A. Bioelements in medicine. - M. : - Onyx 21 Century Publishing House, Mir, 2004. - 272 p.), Like chrome, nickel and molybdenum.
Based on the obtained data, a hypothesis was put forward that when the content of the exchange energy level is 13.3 MJ / kg of feed corresponding to the upper limit of the recommended norms (Fisinin V.I., Egorov I.A., Okolelova T.M., Imangulov Sh.A Scientific basis for feeding poultry. - Sergiev Posad: VNIITIP, 2008. - P.97-102), filling the deficiency in these chemical elements will contribute to more efficient use of metabolic energy and nutrients of recommended diets.
In the second experiment, the nutrition of broiler chickens by minerals was adjusted depending on the energy status of the diets, which was verified in a scientific and production experiment.
Составленный полнорационный комбикорм для цыплят-бройлеров соответствовал по структуре и питательности комбикормов для бройлеров (ВНИИТИП, 2008).The compiled complete feed for broilers was consistent in structure and nutritional value of feed for broilers (VNIITIP, 2008).
For this, 4 groups of fourteen-day broiler chickens were formed: one control and three experimental groups. The bird of the control group was on the main diet (Table 2), normalized for the main nutrients and minerals, according to the recommendations of VNITIP (2008), experimental I - in addition to the main diet, they included Mo in the amount of 1.5 mg / kg of feed, II experimental - Cr and Ni in the amount of 0.16 mg / kg and 0.41 mg / kg, respectively, in the experimental diet III - a mixture of these elements.
2):The feed mass of the diet was as follows (table 2):
По результатам эксперимента выявлено, что включение дополнительного количества молибдена, хрома и никеля способствовало увеличению живой массы птицы на 20,3% относительно контрольной группы и на 12,5% и 11,1% относительно I и II опытной групп (табл.3).According to the results of the experiment, it was found that the inclusion of an additional amount of molybdenum, chromium and nickel contributed to an increase in live weight of the bird by 20.3% relative to the control group and by 12.5% and 11.1% relative to the I and II experimental groups (Table 3).
Thus, in comparison with the prototype, the additional inclusion of a mixture of trace elements in young experimental group III increases the live weight to 2.89 kg, while reducing the amount of feed costs for an increase of 1 kg of live weight from 1.72 to 1.40 kg.
