Abstract

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is applicable in medicine and medical equipment, namely for physiotherapy and rehabilitation of the patients. A method for systemic exposure for physiotherapy and rehabilitation consists in the fact that the patient is exposed to constant and variable magnetic field. The exposure requires placing the patient in mineral water for excitation of alternating microcurrent closing on the patient's body within high conductivity areas. An apparatus for implementing the method comprises a systemic exposure inductor presented in the form of Helmholtz coils, a power supply and a control attachment. Within a coverage of the magnetic field of the inductor, there is a dielectric bath filled with therapeutic mineral water.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher clinical effectiveness and outcomes quality.

Предлагаемое техническое решение относится к медицинской технике и может найти применение при лечении различных заболеваний в качестве физиотерапевтического и реабилитационного средства.The proposed technical solution relates to medical equipment and may find application in the treatment of various diseases as a physiotherapeutic and rehabilitation remedy.

Наряду с большим количеством методов физиотерапевтического воздействия в клинической медицине, важное место отводится магнитотерапии. Новое направление в этой области - лечение различных болезней системным воздействием постоянного и переменного магнитного поля геомагнитного уровня (магнитной индукцией до 50 мкТл).Along with a large number of physiotherapeutic methods in clinical medicine, an important place is given to magnetotherapy. Устройство работает следующим образом. Диэлектрическую ванну 4 заполняют лечебной водой с температурой, при которой обычно принимается ванна как физиотерапевтическая процедура. Больного размещают в ванне, затем включается блок питания индуктора. Индуктор создает в зоне размещения ванны постоянное магнитное поле Н и переменное магнитное поле, изменяющееся с частотой f по синусоидальному закону H_~=H₀Sin(2πft), где Н₀ - амплитуда переменного магнитного поля. Если частота f=еН/(2πМ_iс) (ионно-циклотронная частота), то магнитное поле существенным образом влияет на проницаемость мембран клеток для ионов, у которых ионно-циклотронная частота совпадает с частотой изменения поля. Это приводит к изменению физиологического состояния больного. Наиболее значимыми ионами являются К⁺, Na⁺, Ca⁺, Mg⁺ и т.д. Вторым существенным стимулирующим фактором в предлагаемом устройстве являются микротоки, которые возбуждаются в проводящей водной среде, заполняющей ванну. Эти токи замыкаются через зоны повышенной проводимости на кожном покрове больного (например, через акупунктурные точки) внутри его тела. Эти токи обеспечивают стимулирующее воздействие на весь организм больного. При горизонтальном размещении оси индуктора (рис.1) индуцируемые токи возбуждаются в вертикальных плоскостях, перпендикулярных оси индуктора. Внутри организма больного эти токи текут между правой и левой сторонами тела больного. При вертикальном размещении оси индуктора переменные токи возбуждаются в горизонтальных плоскостях и внутри организма эти токи текут между верхней и нижней частями тела больного. Таким образом, в предлагаемом устройстве одновременно на организм больного действует несколько стимулирующих факторов: магнитное поле, микротоки и физиологическое воздействие целебной минеральной воды.The device operates as follows. The most significant ions are K ⁺ , Na ⁺ , Ca ⁺ , Mg ⁺ , etc. The second significant stimulating factor in the proposed device are microcurrents, which are excited in a conductive aqueous medium filling the bath. These currents are closed through zones of increased conductivity on the skin of the patient (for example, through acupuncture points) inside his body. These currents provide a stimulating effect on the whole body of the patient. When the inductor axis is horizontal (Fig. 1), the induced currents are excited in vertical planes perpendicular to the inductor axis. Inside the patient’s body, these currents flow between the right and left sides of the patient’s body. When the inductor axis is placed vertically, alternating currents are excited in horizontal planes and inside the body these currents flow between the upper and lower parts of the patient's body. Thus, in the proposed device at the same time several stimulating factors act on the patient’s body: magnetic field, microcurrents and physiological effect of healing mineral water.

Способ общего воздействия для физиотерапии и реабилитации, заключающийся в том, что на пациента воздействуют постоянным и переменным магнитными полями, отличающийся тем, что воздействие осуществляют при размещении пациента в минеральной воде для возбуждения переменных микротоков, замыкающихся через тело пациента в зонах повышенной проводимости.1.
