Description
The invention relates to welding and can be used in various industries during the repair and restoration work of sheet metal structures with cracks.
В23Р 6/00, 1985; а.с. В23Р 6/04, 1987).Known methods for the restoration of metal structures with cracks, which consist in the fact that in additional holes made on either side of the crack, insert fixing bolts, are interconnected either by a system of clamping elements, or by special plate spring inserts that cover the crack on both sides of the structure (see AS of the USSR No. 1366343, class B23P 6/00, 1986; AS of the USSR No. 1442354, class B23P 6/00, 1988; RF patent No. 1343689, class B23P 6/00, 1985 ; AS of the USSR No. 1496980, class B23P 6/04, 1987).
The disadvantages of all known methods are the significant complexity of the implemented method for the restoration of metal structures, their extremely low efficiency, low reliability of the structure after restoration.
С.74-76).There are also known methods for the restoration of metal structures with cracks that implement welded methods that use patch plates to weld a crack (see KP Voshchanov. Repair of equipment by welding. M: Mechanical Engineering, 1967. P.74-76).
The disadvantages of the known methods are the significant complexity, bulkiness and low productivity of the method they implement, extremely limited functionality and applications.
а.с. В23Р 6/04, 1984).Known methods for repairing metal structures with a crack in which the defective zone is removed and patches are welded in the form of a set of steel sheets with sides close to the right angle (see AS USSR No. 1498598, class B23P 6/00, 1989; a. S. USSR No. 20142474, class B24P 6/00, 1994; A.S. USSR No. 1539035, class B23P 6/04, 1990; A.S. USSR No. 1391856, class B23P 6/04, 1988), or weld to the edges a set of individual plates in order of increasing size (see AS USSR No. 1077160, class B23P 6/04, 1984).
The disadvantage of all known methods is the significant complexity of their method of restoring metal structures. This is explained by the need to remove the defective area and strip the edges of the sheet material, manufacture and fit patches, the need for melting electrodes for welding, etc. This method can practically be applied only in exceptional cases for a limited type of structure.
а.с. В23Р 6/04, 1992).Known methods of repairing metal structures with a crack, in which the defective area is removed with a gas cutter or milling cutter, planing or other methods. At the edge of the cut, chamfers are removed with their opening in the direction convenient for welding, followed by stripping. The patch is chosen with dimensions exceeding the dimensions of the crack, or the patch insert is cut exactly along the contour of the prepared cut with bevels along the edges or the patch is welded in the form of a set of steel sheets with sides close to the right angle. Cup-shaped elements are welded by superimposing on each other (see AS USSR No. 1754398, class B23P 6/04, 1992).
The disadvantages of the method of repairing structures with cracks are significant complexity, low productivity, high complexity of the repair work, material consumption, as well as a limited scope.
This is due to the fact that when welding each plate or cup-shaped patch element, the total volume of deposited metal increases, the consumption of electrodes, and significant welding voltages appear.
а.с. SU 1593876, кл. В23Р 6/04,1990).A known method of repairing cracks in metal structures, including sequential welding along the entire length of the crack (see and.with. SU 1593876, class. V23P 6 / 04.1990).
The disadvantages of the method are significant complexity, low productivity, extremely limited functionality and scope. This is explained by the need to cut the crack by drilling a series of through holes along the crack line. There are jumpers between the holes. Welding of the split crack is performed by sequential welding along the crack of each hole. In each hole, the weld beads are applied along the depth of the crack by completely melting the cavity of the hole. Each roller is superimposed by manual welding with a short arc at a temperature of 3200 ° C, sequentially moving the electrode in the direction facing the welder.
This technological process is almost impossible to automate, sequential welding of holes creates significant welding stresses and requires heat treatment of the seam. The method may be applicable only in exceptional cases for a limited type of structure.
В23Р 6/04, 2008).The closest method of the same purpose to the claimed invention in terms of features is a method of repairing cracks in metal structures, including sequential welding by local spot heating and remelting of the base metal along the crack using a spot welding or seam welding machine with the formation of a monolithic core, welding is carried out along the entire length of the crack with overlapping the previous formed core by at least 30% (see RF patent 2378098, class B23P 6/04, 2008).
The disadvantage of the prototype method is the significant complexity, low productivity, limited functionality and scope. This is explained by the need to clean the crack (dirt, oil, etc.), remove oxide film (scale, rust, etc.) from the surface, additional heating in the heat treatment mode and forging on the welding machine to relieve welding stresses, relatively low strength and the quality of the weld. These operations sometimes take considerable time and money (improvised materials and tools, etc.) in preparation for the crack welding process and reduce productivity.
The technical result is a simplification of the method, increasing its productivity, expanding the technological feasibility of repair, accelerated cleaning of the crack and removal of the oxide film, reducing welding stresses and warping of parts, increasing the strength and quality of the welded seam.
The proposed method for repairing cracks in metal structures using ultrasonic vibration is provided for accelerated cleaning and removal of oxide films from cracks, obtaining a uniform weld structure, reducing welding stresses and increasing the strength and quality of the welded joint with welding cracks in an ultrasonic environment.
Процесс заварки (сварки) трещин может быть полностью автоматизирован (роботизирован).The essence of the proposed method consists in the fact that sequential welding is carried out by local spot heating and remelting of the base metal along the crack by a contact spot or seam welding machine with the formation of a monolithic core, where welding is carried out along the entire length with an overlap of the previous formed core by at least 30% and During the entire cycle, ultrasonic vibrations are introduced into the crack zone. The application of ultrasound has a complex effect on the entire process of core formation in a crack. The initial step in the process is to prepare the surfaces of the cracked part in the contact zone for welding. For this, ultrasonic vibrations are introduced into the contact zone of the compressed part by electrodes, which cause friction forces. Their normal and tangential components destroy the oxide film and force it out of the joint zone under the influence of vibration, then when the welding current passes, the microcontacts quickly heat up in the contact and melting zone of the residual surface coatings. Subsequent melting of the metal and the formation of the cast zone are accompanied by degassing and active mixing of the melt under the influence of ultrasonic vibrations, increasing the uniformity of the composition of the metal, as well as the uniform distribution of non-metallic inclusions throughout the volume of the melt. After switching off the welding current, crystallization of the metal occurs under the action of ultrasonic vibrations, which contribute to the destruction of the dendrite structure into small numerous crystallizing grains that form crystallization centers and accelerate the diffusion of the metal (Abramov O.V. Crystallization of metals in an ultrasonic field. M .: Metallurgy, 1972. - 256 p., Kulemin A.V. Ultrasound and diffusion in metals. - M .: Metallurgy, 1978.- 199 p.). After the removal of ultrasonic vibrations, hardening of the metal, a decrease in welding stresses and, in general, an increase in the quality of the formed core are observed. The resulting weld bead does not need heat treatment and forging on a contact spot or seam welding machine to relieve welding stresses. The process of welding (welding) cracks can be fully automated (robotic).
The energy-saving technology of the proposed method allows to save electricity consumption compared to manual arc welding by 12 ... 19% due to the exclusion of additional heating and forging on a contact spot or seam welding machine to relieve welding stresses.
A method of repairing metal structure cracks using ultrasonic vibrations can be used in aviation, in repairing bridges, various farms, automotive and agricultural machinery, etc. due to economic feasibility, as well as increasing the strength of the weld and the quality of work.
