Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of briquetted fuel from carbon-containing materials of plant origin, such as peat, vegetable waste (sunflower husk, straw, flax bonfire, buckwheat and walnut husk, etc.), wood waste in the form of sawdust, bark, wood shavings, wood chips , which can be used in everyday life and industry.
Currently known methods for producing briquetted fuel from materials of plant origin (sawdust and bark of various wood species, sunflower husks, straw, flax bonfire, buckwheat husks and walnuts) include the preparation of raw materials, loading it into a briquetting device, briquetting and drying briquettes [see . Screw press (extruder) - equipment for briquetting waste - http://www.kontakt-gas.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=39&Itemid=5; The line of production of fuel briquettes - http://fire.escalade.com.ua/node/17]. In this case, the preparation of the raw material consists in pre-drying it to a moisture content of 7-12%, to achieve which a heat generator (boiler) using solid fuel and a drum dryer are used, briquetting is carried out in screw presses (extruders) under high pressure when heated from 250 to 360 ° C . The disadvantage of these methods is the high energy intensity and the inability to use wet plant waste, which leads to higher prices for finished products. In addition, peat is not processed by these methods.
There is also a method of producing fuel briquettes from shredded plant waste (wood-sawdust mixture of deciduous and coniferous species) of 3.5-15% humidity by pressing them through the forming channel under the influence of a pulse pressure of 25-40 MPa with a frequency of 35-80 pulses / min when heated crushed waste at the inlet of the forming channel up to 120-160 ° C and at the outlet up to 170-250 ° C with a temperature gradient of 0.1-2.8 deg / mm along the length of the forming channel [see A.S. USSR No. 1798367, IPC 5 C10L 5/44, publ. 02/28/1993]. The disadvantage of this method is the high energy intensity, because the raw materials must first be dried, and for its implementation, a special device is required, installed on a 100-ton friction press, to which four groups of electric heaters and thermocouples are connected, which maintain the specified temperature regime, which leads to an increase in the cost of finished products. In this way, only a wood-sawdust mixture of hardwood and coniferous species is processed by this method.
A known method of producing fuel briquettes from peat [see The technology for the production of fuel briquettes - http://torf.brest.gas.by/tehnology.ntml] includes the preparation of raw milled peat or peat chips with a moisture content of 40-53%, drying it to a moisture content of not more than 18% and pressing dried peat into briquettes. The disadvantage of this method is also the high energy intensity due to the need for drying peat. In addition, one of the main requirements for milled peat as a briquetting raw material is the constancy of its quality indicators; therefore, fluctuations in the moisture, ash, density and clogging of raw materials greatly complicate the control of the production process and lead to lower quality and higher cost of finished products . In this way, only peat can be processed in this way.
Closest to the technical nature of the claimed invention is a method for producing briquettes from a carbon-containing material, in particular peat, including the preparation of raw materials, loading it into a briquetting device, briquetting and drying briquettes [see RF patent No. 2096441, IPC 6 C10F 7/06, publ. November 20, 1997], selected as a prototype. In this method, the preparation of raw materials is carried out by grinding and drying peat to a water content of not more than 20% or by preparing a mixture of the composition: peat is absolutely dry 50-80 wt.%, Water - the rest, after which the raw material is fed to the press auger, which passes it under pressure 3 -5 atm through a cone, heated to a temperature of 120-150 ° C, into cylindrical channels forming briquettes.
The disadvantages of the known technical solutions are:
- низкие качественные показатели (прочность, теплотворная способность) и высокая влагоемкость получаемых брикетов;- low quality indicators (strength, calorific value) and high moisture capacity of the resulting briquettes;
- высокая энергоемкость, вызванная необходимостью предварительной сушки сырья и нагревом конуса с помощью электрообмоток;- high energy intensity, caused by the need for preliminary drying of raw materials and heating the cone using electric windings;
- невозможность получения топливных брикетов из других видов углеродсодержащих материалов.- the impossibility of obtaining fuel briquettes from other types of carbon-containing materials.
The problem to which the invention is directed, is to create a universal method for producing briquettes from various types of carbon-containing materials with high quality indicators, and reducing the cost of their production.
The problem is solved in that in the method for producing briquettes from carbon-containing materials, including preparation of raw materials, loading into a briquetting device, briquetting and drying briquettes, according to the invention, the raw materials are prepared in a disk extruder at a temperature of 70-100 ° C and a humidity of 45-60%. At the same time, peat and / or vegetable waste and / or wood waste are used as carbon-containing materials.
The invention is illustrated as follows. Almost all carbon-based materials of plant origin used to produce fuel briquettes contain tar and bituminous substances. These substances have high astringent properties and can be successfully used as a binder for briquetting raw materials. Like any substance, they have a melting point, for example, peat contains wax, resin and bitumen, which have a melting point of 72 ° C, 70 ° C and 84 ° C, respectively; resinous substances having a melting point in sawdust of conifers are 74 ° C.
In the process of mechanical action (abrasion) in a disk extruder, the initial carbon-containing material is heated. To obtain the desired result, it is necessary to separate tar and bituminous substances from the carbon-containing material, evenly distribute them in the volume of raw materials and preserve their astringent properties until the end of the briquetting process. This set of processes is not possible without temperature regulation. A decrease in temperature in a disk extruder below 70 ° C will not allow to obtain tar and bitumen substances in a liquid state, which leads to a decrease in the strength properties of briquettes and an increase in energy consumption for the briquetting process. When the temperature rises above 100 ° C, tar and bitumen substances lose their astringent properties. At the same time, the strength characteristics of briquetted raw materials are reduced and the cost of briquetting is increased.
To implement this process, it is also necessary to regulate the composition of the gas phase. This is necessary to prevent the oxidation of tar and bituminous substances during mechanical impact on the material. The composition of the gas phase in the extruder is controlled by changing the moisture content of the material. When the moisture content of the raw materials in the extruder decreases below 45%, the amount of steam generated during abrasion is not enough to create a neutral atmosphere. As a result, the strength properties of briquettes are reduced and the cost of their manufacture is increased. When the moisture of the raw materials in the extruder increases above 60%, the plasticized mass at the exit from it contains excess moisture, which leads to a decrease in the strength of briquettes and an increase in the cost of drying the final product.
The inventive method is as follows.
1.Carbon-containing material, for example, milled peat with an optimum moisture content of 45-60%, is fed from a raw material warehouse to a receiving hopper, and from it by a disk or screw feeder into a disk extruder. When a carbon-containing material with a humidity below 45% is fed into the extruder, it is humidified by supplying water to the extruder. When abrasion of the material in the extruder maintain a temperature of 70-100 ° C. The obtained plasticized mass is loaded into a briquetting device, for example, into a briquetting press or a screw press (extruder), or a roller press. The resulting briquettes are sent to a warehouse where they are dried for 3-5 days at a temperature of 18-25 ° C. Then they are shipped to consumers. Comparative technical and economic analysis of technologies is given in table 1.
Брикеты, полученные из некоторых других углеродсодержащих материалов, имеют следующие качественные показатели (таблица 2):Briquettes obtained from some other carbon-containing materials have the following quality indicators (table 2):
Thus, the inventive method allows to obtain briquetted fuel from various types of carbon-containing materials with high quality indicators. At the same time, the costs of their production are reduced.
