Abstract
Description
The invention relates to mining, to the field of drilling and blasting in rocks and can be used in various industries that use blasting in massifs of rocks, in particular in open pit mining.
1964).A well-known method of drilling wells, in which in the necessary places create the expansion of the well (M.F.Drukovany, E.I. Efremov, M.G. Novozhilov, A.A. Tereshchenko. Exploding high ledges, M .: Nedra, 1964).
A known method of plugging wells (RF patent for the invention No. 2371671, IPC F42D 1/08, publ. 10/27/2009), according to which the stemming is lowered into the well to the depth of the array with intense fracturing and fixed to the crossbar located above the wellhead using attached to the top end of the rope.
The disadvantages of this method: there is a possibility that the stemming does not catch on the walls of the well and will fly out without resistance during the explosion, and the need to have a certain number of blades for clogging on the blasting unit.
The technical result of the invention is to improve the degree of crushing of rocks by explosion, reducing the cost of conducting blasting by reducing the specific consumption of explosives, increasing the efficiency of the blasting, increasing the reliability of the installation of stemming and reducing the cost of blasting by the downhole method by locking the detonation products in the charging cavity until the array is completely destroyed.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of stemming wells, including lowering into the well to the depth of the array with intense fracture stemming, the transverse dimension of which is less than the diameter of the well, using the devices attached to the stemming for lowering the stemming in the well, according to the invention, an extension is preliminarily created in the well at a distance of 1-2.5 m from the day surface, then the bottomhole is lowered with the devices attached to one of its sides for lowering the bottomhole into the well, having its ends erpendikulyarno borehole wall to achieve its expansion, in which the plant ends of tamping.
3.The claimed technical solution is illustrated by drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a stall at the time of its installation in a well according to the claimed method, in Fig. 2 - the same view A in Fig. 1; figure 3 - stemming installed in the well according to the claimed method; figure 4 is the same view B in figure 3.
The method is as follows. An
An example of a specific implementation of the method. Wells were charged at the Tallinn Coal Mine, a branch of the KRU, in the mining area No. 1 during rock explosion, consisting of siltstone with a strength of 6-8 on a scale of prof. Protodyakonova M.M. The block was drilled with a drilling rig DMLJ№63 with a grid of wells 6 m × 6 m, a depth of 26 m and a diameter of wells of 215.9 mm. Vertical wells drilled, total number of wells 414 pcs. According to the explosion certificate, the mass of charge in the well amounted to 150 kg of UP-1 granulite. The inventive method was tested on 3 wells. In these wells, at a distance of 1.5 m from the earth's surface, in the zone susceptible to destruction by the previous explosion, expansion was performed in the well to a diameter of 350 mm. Using the rope and a pole, wooden blocks of 280 × 175 × 25 mm in size were installed in these extensions in the wells. In the remaining wells, the stem was the drill hole. The results of the explosion allowed us to draw the following conclusion: the inventive method of stemming allows to reduce the release of explosion products, to reduce the impact of the shock wave on surrounding objects, to improve the quality of exploration of the massif by an explosion, and to reduce the specific consumption of explosives.
The inventive method of plugging wells allows you to maximize the use of the energy of the products of the explosion, to intensify the process of crushing rocks, to reduce the specific consumption of explosives, to improve the quality of crushing of rock mass. At the same time, it is achieved: ensuring the operating time of the borehole stemming necessary for the maximum use of the energy of the gaseous products of the explosion; simplification of the placement of stemming inside the well; simplicity of manufacture of stemming.
