Abstract
Description
The invention relates to ecology, in particular to the protection of water bodies from pollutants.
[1]:The standards for the permissible impact of pollutants on water bodies, according to the approved Methodological Recommendations, are currently being adjusted for practical use by means of a control recalculation based on the actual average concentrations that determine the current load. If the value of the current actual load (NDVhim *) is less than the calculated maximum value of the standard (NDVhim (max)), then the norm on the actual current load (NDVhim *) is adopted as the approved norm. Therefore, its correct and complete definition is very important and is determined by the following formula [1]:
где Сфактр - осредненные фактически значения концентраций, характеризующие состояние водного объекта или его участка, мг/л;where Sfaktr - actually averaged concentration values characterizing the state of a water body or its section, mg / l;
Сфактвх, Сфактобпр - фактические концентрации загрязняющих веществ для входного створа и обособленных притоков, мг/л;Sfaktvh, Sfaktobpr - actual concentrations of pollutants for the inlet section and isolated tributaries, mg / l;
Wуч - общий объем стока на водохозяйственном участке к замыкающему створу за определенный расчетный период, млн. м3;Wuch - the total volume of runoff at the water management site to the closing gauge for a certain settlement period, mln. M 3 ;
Wест - объем местного стока в пределах расчетного участка, млн.м3;West - the volume of local runoff within the settlement area, mln.m 3 ;
Снр - норматив качества воды водного объекта для расчетного участка, мг/л;Snr - water quality standard for a water body for the design area, mg / l;
Wвх - объем стока, поступающий с вышерасположенного водохозяйственного участка, млн.м3;Win - the volume of runoff coming from an upstream water sector, mln.m 3 ;
SUM - сумма;SUM - amount;
м3.Wobr - the volume of runoff coming from first-order tributaries, isolated in independent settlement sections with their own water quality standards for a water body, mln.m 3 .
The volume of local runoff West is determined by the formula:
где Wбпр - объем боковой приточности с участков, не подверженных антропогенному воздействию (за вычетом участков водосборной площади, трансформированных хозяйственной деятельностью с имеющимися диффузными источниками загрязнения антропогенного происхождения, как управляемыми, так и неуправляемыми), млн. м3;where Wbr - the volume of lateral inflow from areas not subject to anthropogenic impact (minus areas of the catchment area transformed by economic activity with available diffuse sources of pollution of anthropogenic origin, both managed and uncontrolled), mln m 3 ;
м3.Vdif - the volume of lateral inflow in areas with uncontrolled diffuse pollution sources, mln.m 3 .
In turn, the total volume of runoff Wuch is determined by the formula:
An analysis of the above calculations shows that despite the fact that when calculating the standards of permissible impact, the volume of pollution introduced into surface water bodies from diffuse pollution sources is taken into account, but this is not done in full. In this case, pollution coming into rivers from urbanized areas from diffuse sources in the form of pollutants adsorbed on suspensions coming from bottom and floodplain sediments as a result of desorption and transformation is not taken into account at all. Initially, these substances are adsorbed on suspensions and, to a large extent, in the composition of suspended substances accumulate in floodplain and bottom sediments. It is precisely because of this that they acquire a decisive role in the secondary pollution of surface waters, increasing the concentration of harmful impurities in rivers. So, in particular, more than 20% of petroleum products, 30% of nitrogen and about 50% of heavy metals from urbanized catchments in Kursk enter water bodies adsorbed on suspended solids. The influence of such diffuse sources on rivers is currently practically not taken into account, in contrast to controlled point sources, for which, in fact, the norms of permissible impact on the introduction of chemical and suspended substances are determined. To take into account the current load on the introduction of chemical and suspended substances into water bodies, this type of pollution must also be taken into account.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy of determining the standards for the allowable impact of pollutants on water bodies.
For this, the amount of pollutants adsorbed on suspensions entering water bodies from diffuse pollution sources is additionally determined. The formula in this case to determine the current load will take the form:
м3.where Sfakt.vzv is the actual concentration of the pollutant adsorbed on suspensions, respectively, for the calculated section of the river, for the inlet section and for isolated tributaries (calculated in mg per 1 liter of discharge); Vdif - the volume of lateral inflow in areas with uncontrolled diffuse pollution sources, mln. M 3 .
When developing standards for the allowable impact on the introduction of chemical and suspended substances, it is necessary to take into account the effect of secondary pollution of surface water bodies from diffuse sources, the nature of which is determined by sediments in the riverbed and floodplain of rivers with suspended sediments adsorbed on them, initially not in the form of solutions and capable of significantly increase the concentration of harmful impurities in water bodies.
Water samples were taken on the river section during the summer-autumn, winter, and spring periods and the content of pollutants (chlorides, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, phosphorus phosphates, zinc, manganese, fluorine, BOD (biological oxygen demand) was determined )).
1.Based on the results of the analyzes, the data presented in Appendix 1 were obtained.
1.The standards were calculated according to the existing methodology, taking into account secondary pollution from diffuse sources in the form of pollutants adsorbed on suspensions (formula 4). The calculation results by two formulas (1 - the existing methodology, 4 - the proposed methodology) are presented in table 1.
From the analysis of the data obtained it follows that for a number of indicators (chlorides, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, phosphorus phosphates, fluorine, BOD), the norms of permissible impact on the introduction of polluting elements are overestimated, which leads to an underestimation of the danger of the level of pollution of water bodies, adjacent territories and negatively affects on public health.
