Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of flaw detection and can be used in radiographic inspection of welded joints, surfacing and the base metal of the product.
При этом тип источника и энергия излучения (напряжение на рентгеновской трубке) регламентируются соответствующими нормативными документами (ГОСТ 7512-82, ГОСТ 20426-82).A known method of radiographic control, based on the transmission of products of ionizing radiation on a radiographic film. In this case, the type of source and the radiation energy (voltage on the x-ray tube) are regulated by the relevant regulatory documents (GOST 7512-82, GOST 20426-82).
2004).The method closest in its technical essence to the claimed one, chosen as a prototype, is a method of digital radiography based on x-ray scanning of products on phosphor storage plates with subsequent computer processing of radiograms. At the same time, the parameters of transillumination are selected similarly to the parameters of transillumination on a radiographic film (see FOSFOMATIC Digital Radiography Complexes. Operation Manual and Passport. TU 4276-013-56173706-2004, St. Petersburg, 2004).
The problem to which the invention is directed, is to reduce the complexity of radiographic control while ensuring the sensitivity of the control, corresponding to transmission on a radiographic film.
The problem is solved due to the fact that in the inventive method of radiographic control, consisting in x-ray examination of the product on a phosphorus storage plate, perform the following operations:
1) предварительно, по имеющимся или дополнительно выполненным на радиографическую пленку снимкам, определяют значение чувствительности радиографического контроля, достигаемой на данном типе пленки при заданном (нормативном) напряжении на рентгеновской трубке (заданном значении энергии излучения) для данной просвечиваемой толщины металла;1) preliminary, according to the images available or additionally performed on a radiographic film, determine the sensitivity value of the radiographic control achieved on this type of film at a given (standard) voltage on the x-ray tube (given value of radiation energy) for a given translucent metal thickness;
2) устанавливают на контролируемый объект фосфорную запоминающую пластину и проводят на нее просвечивание объекта при сниженном на 10-30% от применяемого при просвечивании на радиографическую пленку напряжении на рентгеновской трубке, обеспечивающем для пластины не большее чем для пленки значение экспозиции просвечивания;2) a phosphor storage plate is installed on the controlled object and the object is illuminated upon it at a voltage of 10–30% lower than the voltage applied to the x-ray tube when radiating onto the radiographic film, providing for the plate no more than the exposure exposure value for the film;
3) оценивают по полученному с фосфорной запоминающей пластины компьютерному изображению достигнутую чувствительность контроля;3) evaluate the sensitivity of control obtained from the phosphor storage plate of the computer image;
4) при получении на изображении с фосфорной запоминающей пластины не менее высокой (не большей в мм) чем на радиографической пленке чувствительности контроля фиксируют примененное значение напряжения на рентгеновской трубке (значение энергии излучения);4) when receiving on the image from the phosphor storage plate no less high (not more in mm) than the control sensitivity, the applied voltage value on the x-ray tube (radiation energy value) is recorded on the radiographic film;
5) further transillumination of the controlled object (product) or similar objects is carried out on a phosphorus storage plate at the indicated fixed voltage on the x-ray tube (value of radiation energy) with appropriate control according to the standards of the achieved sensitivity of radiographic control.
The invention is illustrated in the example of a specific implementation of the proposed method.
Заявляемым способом проводилось просвечивание стальных образцов толщиной 4,5 мм и 55 мм вначале на радиографическую пленку «Структурикс» типа D4 и D7 при допустимой стандартами (ГОСТ 7512-82) оптической плотности D=1,5, а затем на фосфорные запоминающие пластины типа Flex HR с последующей обработкой на компьютерной системе комплекса цифровой радиографии ФОСФОМАТИК-40.The inventive method was carried out transmission of steel samples with a thickness of 4.5 mm and 55 mm, first on a radiographic film "Structurix" type D4 and D7 at an acceptable optical density (GOST 7512-82) D = 1.5, and then on phosphor storage plates such as Flex HR followed by processing on the computer system of the FOSFOMATIC-40 digital radiography complex.
7512-82.A 4.5 mm thick sample was illuminated with an RUP-150/300 X-ray apparatus, and a 55 mm thick sample was illuminated with MG-420. The focal length was 800 mm. The sensitivity of the control was determined by wire standards in accordance with GOST 7512-82.
1.The experimental data are presented in Table 1.
From table 1 it can be seen that the transmission to phosphorus storage plates with a lower voltage compared to transmission to a radiographic film on the x-ray tube makes it possible to provide the sensitivity of the radiographic control on the phosphor storage plate no less than that on the film for no longer exposure, which is associated with higher (by 8-10 times) sensitivity of the phosphorus plate to radiation in comparison with the sensitivity to radiation (photographic sensitivity) of radiographic captivity ki.
An increase in the optical density of the radiographic film in excess of the minimum permissible limit D = 1.5 in accordance with GOST 7512-82 leads to an increase in the sensitivity of the radiographic control on the film. This, however, is associated with an increase in the exposure of transillumination and, therefore, when using phosphorus storage plates, the indicated increase in the sensitivity of control can also be compensated for within a correspondingly longer exposure due to an additional decrease in the voltage on the x-ray tube.
Thus, the inventive method allows for x-ray inspection of products by digital radiography based on the use of phosphorus storage plates at the level of control sensitivity achieved on a radiographic film. At the same time, the exposure is not increased in comparison with the film, and the advantages of the digital method are realized, respectively: the exclusion of the photo-processing of images, the repeated use of phosphorus storage plates, the saving of expensive radiographic film, the possibility of automating the process of decoding radiograms by computer processing, which significantly reduces the complexity and the cost of radiography, increases the level of production culture.
