Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of radio engineering, in particular to means for protection against electromagnetic fields of the radio frequency range.
Known composite material for protection against electromagnetic radiation (see patent RU 2324989, G12B 17/02, publ. 05.20.2008), which consists of a polymer base, with particles of an amorphous magnetically soft alloy Fe-Cu-Nb-Si distributed in it -B or Co-Fe-Ni-Cu-Nb-Si-B with a nanocrystalline structure, as well as nanocrystals of the compound α- (Fe, Si) or ε-Co with a bulk density of (0.6 ÷ 1.4) -10 -5 1 / nm 3 . The high magnetic permeability achieved by the use of an amorphous soft magnetic metal alloy with a nanocrystalline structure increases the efficiency of shielding of electromagnetic fields, which allows to reduce the thickness and reduce the weight and size characteristics of the composite material and, as a result, provide effective protection against electromagnetic radiation.
However, the soft magnetic metal alloy creates a high reflection of electromagnetic radiation due to the strong mismatch of the wave impedances of the medium and the coating.
A useful model of a microwave oven is also known, which is described in certificate RU 10317, IPC Н05В 6/64, 1999, which uses gyromagnetic composite films located on the inner surfaces of the waveguide, on the protective flap and on the sealing edge from the side of the door to the housing, made of a heat-resistant dielectric binder material, transparent at the operating frequency of the microwave generator, and a filler from a mixture of doped hexaferrite powders with different frequencies of natural ferromagnetic resonance close to frequencies Am of the highest harmonics of the microwave generator. The use of a mixture of hexaferrite powders with different frequencies of natural ferromagnetic resonance close to the frequencies of higher types of harmonics of the microwave generator eliminated the parasitic study. The use of a hexaferrite filler ensures coordination of the medium with the coating and allows maximum absorption of electromagnetic radiation, significantly reducing the reflection from the coating.
Therefore, the disadvantage of the material is a decrease in the absorption of electromagnetic radiation with an increase in the number of doped hexaferrites with different frequencies of ferromagnetic resonance. In this case, a decrease in the mass fraction of powder of a certain composition in the total mass of the filler leads to a decrease in the absorption of the material.
27.02.2006 г., который содержит полимерное связующее и порошкообразный наполнитель, представляющий собой смесь карбонильного железа, феррита и фуллерена в следующем соотношении, мас.%:The closest in technical essence to the invention is a composite radar absorbing material described in patent RU 2005132246, IPC H01Q 17/00, publ. 02/27/2006, which contains a polymeric binder and a powdery filler, which is a mixture of carbonyl iron, ferrite and fullerene in the following ratio, wt.%:
This material is characterized by increased absorption of electromagnetic radiation due to the combination of ferrite and conducting (semiconducting) particles in the filler.
The disadvantage of this material is the high reflection values of electromagnetic radiation from the interface between the environment and the coating.
An object of the invention is to increase the absorption of electromagnetic radiation in a composite material while maintaining the same reflection values of electromagnetic radiation.
Этот технический результат достигается тем, что в известном композиционном радиопоглощающем материале, содержащим порошкообразный феррит и полимерное связующее, дополнительно введены углеродные нанотрубки, а сам ферритовый порошок выбран в качестве основы с дисперсностью от 5 до 50 мкм, при этом компоненты композиционного материала выбраны в следующих соотношениях, мас.%:This technical result is achieved in that in the known composite radar absorbing material containing powdered ferrite and a polymer binder, carbon nanotubes are additionally introduced, and the ferrite powder itself is selected as the base with a dispersion of 5 to 50 μm, while the components of the composite material are selected in the following ratios , wt.%:
Additionally, the ferrite filler powder may be selected with a hexagonal structure.
The invention is illustrated by drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the frequency dependences of absorption in composite materials with the addition of nanotubes, where the signs (+) indicate the points corresponding to the addition of 0.1 wt.% Nanotubes, (■) 0.5 wt.% Nanotubes , (♦) - 1.0 wt.% Nanotubes, (x) - 2.0 wt.% Nanotubes and (▲) - without adding nanotubes, figure 2 shows the frequency dependence of reflection in the same composite materials.
It was experimentally established that the effect of adding carbon nanotubes to the composition of the radar absorbing composite material becomes significant when the number of nanotubes in the nanotubes is from 0.1 wt.%. The use of nanotubes in an amount of more than 2 wt.% Leads to an increase in the viscosity of the material, which affects its technological properties.
The selected amount of powdered ferrite with a hexagonal structure as a base in the composition of the composite radar absorbing material provides absorption of electromagnetic radiation based on the phenomenon of natural ferromagnetic resonance.
An example of a specific implementation: in the laboratory, eight different compositions of the composite material were made in which a filler was used a mixture of barium hexagonal ferrite doped with scandium ions, BaSc 1.2 Fe 10.8 O 19 and carbon nanotubes in an amount of 0; 0.1; 0.5; 1.0 and 2.0 wt.%. Ferrites were made using ceramic technology at a firing temperature of 1360 ° C for 6 hours. The calcined ferrite was crushed and ground in a ball mill to obtain particles with sizes from 5 to 50 microns. Measurements of the reflection and absorption of electromagnetic radiation by the material were carried out by the waveguide method with a matched load. Samples for measurements of 10 × 23 × 10 mm in size corresponding to the standard section of the waveguide were formed from the composite material. The ratio of components in the obtained composite materials, as well as the test results are shown in the table.
The experimentally obtained results are summarized in a table, from which it can be seen that the introduction of 2 wt.% Carbon nanotubes into the composite allows to increase the maximum value of the absorption of electromagnetic radiation by 30 times (28 dB). In this case, the frequency range at which the absorption value is half of the maximum value increases by 2 times. The reflection of electromagnetic radiation for a composite containing 2 wt.% Carbon nanotubes in the frequency range from 8 to 26 GHz increases slightly (1.2 times) and amounts to 1.67 dB.
The use of the invention allows to increase the absorption of electromagnetic radiation in a composite material, reduce thickness and reduce the overall dimensions of the composite radar absorbing material.
