Abstract
Description
The invention relates to building materials, namely, compositions of a clinker-free binder based on blast furnace slag, which can be used in the production of concrete and reinforced concrete products, mortars, dry building mixtures.
Known binder containing granulated blast furnace slag, steel smelting slag, nepheline sludge and hardening activator in the form of a mixture of liquid glass and potassium fluoride [1]. The disadvantage of this binder is reduced compressive strength, reduced water resistance and frost resistance.
[2].Closest to the proposed binder by technological nature and the achieved result is a binder, including blast furnace granulated slag, slag produced by low-carbon ferrochrome [2].
The disadvantage is low moisture resistance and frost resistance, as well as strength.
The task of the invention is to increase the strength, moisture resistance and frost resistance of the binder when using blast furnace slag and slag from smelting ferroboron during hardening of the binder under normal conditions; disposal of blast furnace slag and slag from smelting ferroboron.
The technical result obtained by carrying out the invention is to optimize the material composition and ratio of components and the maximum use of the hydraulic (chemical) activity of the slag.
п.п. 8,5-15,0, содержащий 10-20% минералов гранатов, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:To achieve the technical result of the invention, an astringent obtained by grinding a mixture including blast furnace slag, gypsum gypsum, ferro-production slag, characterized in that it contains ferro-production slag as a slag and, in addition, mountain sand composition, wt.%: SiO 2 34, 1-39.9; Al 2 O 3 9.8-11.0; FeO + Fe 2 O 3 12.8-26.1; CaO 11.3-13.7; MgO 4.2-5.7; MnO 0.3-0.55; SO 3 1.7-3.2; Na 2 O + K 2 O 1.3-3.2; p.p.p. 8.5-15.0, containing 10-20% of the minerals of pomegranates, in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
причем помол смеси осуществляют до удельной поверхности 450 м2/кг.moreover, grinding the mixture is carried out to a specific surface of 450 m 2 / kg
The essence of the claimed invention is that the mineralogical composition of clinker, blast furnace slag, slag from the smelting of ferroboron and minerals of garnets contained in mountain sand are identical. This makes it possible to replace slag from smelting ferroboron in the knitting clinker. Blast furnace slag, mountain sand containing garnet minerals, and slag from smelting ferroboron have astringent properties. Optimization of the composition of the proposed binder can increase strength and frost resistance. Blast furnace slag, mountain sand and slag from smelting ferroboron have different frost resistance and when grinding in a binder, a large amount of finely ground blast furnace slag is achieved, then larger particles from slag from smelting of ferroboron, the hardest is mountain sand. Therefore, when mixing the binder, small particles of blast furnace slag are hydrated initially, then larger particles of slag from smelting of ferroboron and then particles of garnets. As a result of this sequence, more intensive compaction and hardening of the structure of cement stone is observed. The high content in the slag from the smelting of ferroboron aluminates enhances the hydration reaction, so the proposed binder is quick-hardening and does not require steaming. The advantage of the invention lies in the fact that production waste is used: blast furnace slag, two-water gypsum, ferroboron smelting slag and mountain sand - iron ore dressing waste. This increases the strength and frost resistance of the binder. Together, the proposed substances provide high quality binder.
2.To obtain the proposed binder used crushed or granulated blast furnace slag O.A.O. Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant, two-water gypsum and mountain sand O.A.O. "Abagur agglomeration factory" and slag from smelting ferroboron of one of the plants of the Urals. The chemical composition of slag and mountain sand are shown in table 1; the composition of the mixture of components are shown in table 2.
The binder components were dried in an oven at 115 ° С, ground in a laboratory mill to a specific surface of 450 m 2 / kg, closed with water until a test of normal density was obtained, beams 4 × 4 × 16 cm in size and cubes 7 × 7 × 7 cm in size were made . Sealed on a standard vibrating platform for 3 minutes. Hardening was carried out under normal conditions in a hydraulic bath at 25 ° C. Testing of samples was performed at the age of 28 days. The samples were tested for frost resistance according to GOST 7025-78. The test results are shown in table 2. As can be seen from the table, the proposed binder is characterized, in comparison with the known, higher strength and frost resistance, as well as moisture resistance.
Obtaining the proposed binder allows you to expand the field of efficient use of metallurgical slag, gypsum gypsum, enrichment waste and create the basis for the production of cheap building materials.
