Abstract
Description
The invention relates to mining geomechanics and can be used to change the physico-mechanical properties of rocks in the direction of increasing their strength and stability.
13-23).A known group of methods for hardening an array of rocks based on resins: urea-formaldehyde, half-ester, polyuranic (A.P. Tomashevsky, V.M.Boldin, etc. 1979, pp. 13-23).
This group of methods includes: the establishment of zones and sections of rocks to be hardened: weak rocks (unstable, not providing a state of unsecured space for the period of operation of the mine), physical and mechanical properties, the presence of tectonic disturbances, the presence of zones of high rock pressure (ZPGD) and etc .; drilling of the wells; sealing; injection of multicomponent hardening reagents under significant (240 atm.) pressure; assessment of the effectiveness of the event.
The disadvantage of this group of methods is the ineffectiveness of its use with watering and block structure of the array, in which the effectiveness of hardening and adhesion of the strengthening compositions is reduced.
Also known are methods of reinforcing rocks by spraying, which consist in pumping concrete onto the walls of the excavation and forming a “shell” holding the massif (B.X. Koshumov “New materials and methods of fastening in mines of the NPO Dzhezkazgantsvetmet”, M .: Publishing House TsNIIETtsvetmet Series "Mining",
The disadvantage of this group of methods is the following circumstance: clay and fractured, block massifs, while it cannot be maintained in a stable state due to the slow set of concrete strength (when spraying concrete) and low adhesion to rocks (1-1.2 MPa) due to which, with an additional dynamic load of the zone of increased voltage (ZPGD), drilling and blasting operations, detachment and loss of bearing and binding properties of rocks occur.
A known group of methods for strengthening unstable rocks, taken as a prototype, including loess, based on drilling wells in a hardened array, injection of hydrocarbon materials (kerosene, diesel fuel, etc.), oxygen-containing gases (air) and the organization of the oxidative reaction. The method provides hardening of rocks at a temperature of 700 ° C.
The disadvantage is the complexity of the method due to the need for drilling and retaining wellbores in unstable rocks, and the supply and removal of gaseous reaction products leads to explosions and emergency situations during operation, as well as to the removal of rock particles to the wellhead and the formation of additional volumes in drilled wells, in addition, the method is limited to the use of the earth’s surface and does not provide for use under the conditions of mine workings, as well as during their penetration and fastening in zones of high rock pressure.
Техническим результатом применения изобретения является повышение эффективности, безопасности упрочнения массивов горных пород в обводненных условиях и в иных условиях неустойчивых пород (наличие песчаников, мелких блоков (0,1-0,2 см), в зонах дробления), а также в зонах повышенного горного давления (ЗПГД).The technical result of the application of the invention is to increase the efficiency, safety of hardening rock masses in flooded conditions and in other conditions of unstable rocks (the presence of sandstones, small blocks (0.1-0.2 cm), in crushing zones), as well as in areas of high rock pressure (ZPGD).
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the method of hardening rock masses, including establishing zones and sections of rocks to be hardened, evaluating their physical and mechanical properties, drilling zones with wells and introducing substances that enter into an oxidative reaction between themselves, according to the invention, which, when evaluating physical and mechanical properties determine thermal conductivity, sintering temperature and the period of their cooling, and drilled wells are equipped with thermal elements with predetermined thermal and energy with parameters that ensure during their operation that the temperature is not lower than the sintering temperature of the rocks, and the location and number of wells are selected based on the thermal conductivity of the rocks, so as to ensure sintering of the rocks in the volume of the hardened area, and the sinking continues after the temperature of the massif is reduced to a normal level; in this method, capsules with thermite fuel or otherwise are used as termite elements, excluding the removal of processed rocks to the wellhead or hole.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that this method of influencing unstable rocks (and allowing technical actions: sinking, securing, maintaining, operating workings, including underground boards of dumps, open pits) allows these rocks to be converted into a stable block state, increase their strength, and strengthen the interconnection of blocks by healing cracks, to eliminate explosions and emergencies, removal of rocks, the formation of uncontrolled cavities. It is known to increase the strength of clays when heated to 200 ° C and the formation of "brick" at 500-800 ° C. These parameters are used in brick factories. At a temperature of 1300 ° C, hardening of clays to sintering is known. However, these strength parameters are achieved with a temporary exposure (90 hours) to a clay, porous, flooded massif. In addition, the method of such exposure included the injection of hydrocarbon-containing, liquid or gaseous substances and oxygen-containing substances (air), which can lead to explosive concentrations, removal of treated rocks and the formation of cavities. The application of this method will allow affecting arrays of clay, loam, sandy loam for up to 0.5-2 hours, turning into a clinker mass (with clays) or vitrifying (with sandstones and sandy loams) arrays up to 2-3 meters in diameter, if wedge-shaped up to 5 meters into the soil of the wedge. The use of perchlorate briquetted under pressure will make it possible to get oxygen heated to 400-500 ° C into the mass of texotropic rocks, oxidation (combustion, coking) of organic components in it, and fixing not only by heating to 400 ° C, but also organic combustion zones. In this case, in both the first and second cases, loading with capsules with bulk or briquetted termite or oxygen (perchlorate) elements is the most simple technological operation. When driving mine workings, these heat emitters are placed in the roof of the mine workings in the form of a frame of sintered rock blocks over the area of penetration and, initiating a thermal reaction, create a stable array with strength characteristics sufficient to hold the array, until the capital fastening is created. Since the introduction of the method is intended, first of all, in unstable and “loose” massifs, it seems relevant to press in termite elements assembled in the form of wedges on aluminum-magnesium ribs and substrates, which increase the temperature during thermite reactions due to the participation in them, melting, penetration in them in a molten state and strengthening the massif.

The method is as follows.
10.In the method used, a borehole heat emitter can be used in which the
При этом дополнительно проводят испытание проб пород на теплопроводность и, максимально нагревая их, определяют температуру спекаемости (упрочнения при глинистом или рудном компоненте), отстекловывание (при песчанистом).The physicomechanical properties of the rocks of the massif, along which the workings are to be carried out, are analyzed using data from tests of samples, cores taken during detailed exploration of the production route, paying attention to the strength properties, blocking (fracturing) and water cut of the rocks. At the same time, rock samples are tested for thermal conductivity and, heating them as much as possible, they determine the sintering temperature (hardening with a clay or ore component), vitrification (with sandy).
Then in the
Holes, bored holes drilled, with the supposed fixation of the array when moving the face from the initial position a to position b and equipped with borehole heat emitters, are filled with a stem that isolates from the production and initiates a termite reaction in an electric, shock or fire way. And the sinking process begins after the completion of their cooling process to a normal level.
In the presence of the aforementioned rigid ribs, the placement of the charge in a light collapsing body in a well, a hole, or when pressed into a loose texotropic massif will not cause difficulties. The simplest way to organize this process is to form a round borehole heat emitter with a conical end (Figure 5-7), assembled from a package of pressed thermite blocks, assembled on the axis of aluminum-magnesium material. However, in friable, texotropic media, it is possible to introduce ellipsoidal and rectangular sections under pressure with thermal emitters with the aforementioned stiffeners or a rigid combustible housing made of aluminum or magnesium.
After the introduction of borehole heat emitters, after a period of at least 0.5-1.5 hours, the temperature of the enclosing rocks is measured, their stability is assessed (for example, by sampling and testing samples) and planned measures are taken to fix the cross-section (establishment and installation of tubing rings, injection into the zatyubingovy space of cement, etc.). With insufficient efficiency, the operations are repeated, increasing the density of thermal emitters by 2-3 times. The proposed method is implemented by simple, cheap, safe in operation and ecology reagents and structures. Hardening of loose, unstable sedimentary rocks is achieved, which is important when sinking trunks and workings in sediments and flooded rocks. In addition, it is effective in ore-containing block flooded and frozen rocks, where the use of steel-polymer anchors is inefficient, but the preliminary heating of the holes and fixing the array with ore melts can reduce tension and increase the stability of the roof and soil of mine workings.
