Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of environmental protection, in particular to the production of environmentally friendly aluminosilicate sorbent, intended for the purification of water from heavy metal ions and a number of organic compounds in the drinking water supply system
[1].A known method of producing a granulated sorbent based on schungite, including treating schungite with basic aluminum nitrate by heating, additional processing of the obtained product with a mixture containing liquid glass (sodium silicate) and magnesium oxide, granulation of the resulting mass, subsequent calcination of the obtained granules and treatment with sulfuric acid. According to this method, the mixture for additional processing contains 3-5% liquid glass and 3-5% magnesium oxide (by weight of the sorbent), the sorbent granules are calcined at 600-610 ° C for 90-120 minutes, and the subsequent processing of the granules is 2 % sulfuric acid for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 60-90 ° C [1].
The disadvantages of this method are the use of the rare mineral shungite, which is pre-modified with aluminum nitrate, calcination at high temperature, which requires appropriate equipment and energy consumption, as well as processing in aggressive environments.
[2].There is also known a method of preparing a sorbent for the purification of drinking and industrial water from ions of heavy metals, petroleum products, phenol and surfactants. As a natural adsorbent, siliceous rock of mixed mineral composition is used, containing, wt.%: Opal-cristobolite 30-49, zeolite 7-25, clay component 7-25, clastic-sand-silt material - the rest [2].
The disadvantage of this method is the small degree of purification of water from heavy metal ions. In addition, the processing of the rock is carried out at a temperature of 250 ° C, which requires the use of laborious technological design of the activation process of the sorbent.
раствором NaOH до рН=7,0 [3].There is also a method of preparing a sorbent for adsorption purification of water from heavy metal ions, petroleum products, phenol, surfactants and hardness salts. As an adsorbent, siliceous rock of mixed mineral composition is used, containing in wt.%: Opal-cristobalite 51-70, zeolite 9-25, clay component (montmorillonite, hydromica) 7-15, calcite 10-25, clastic sand-silt material - the rest, selected from the deposits of Tatarstan. The adsorbent in the air-dry state is crushed, crushed and dispersed on sieves, a fraction (1.0-4.0) · 10 -3 m is isolated. The sample is calcined (temperature rise rate 50 ° С per hour) in an electric furnace at 300 ° С within 2 hours. In a porcelain glass load pre-prepared sample and 2 N. a solution of hydrochloric acid (Hcl) at a ratio of T: W = 1: 2. Processing is carried out at room temperature for 20 minutes, periodically stirring with a glass rod. Then the hydrochloric acid solution is drained and the adsorbent is neutralized with 0.05 n. NaOH solution to pH = 7.0 [3].
The disadvantage of this method is the use of hydrochloric acid, which requires equipment that is resistant to aggressive environments.
[4].The closest to the claimed invention in technical essence and the achieved result is a method for producing a sorbent, including drying, crushing of diatomite or flask, their treatment with a solution of sodium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide, or sodium carbonate with concentrations of 8-12 wt.%, And heat treatment at 1000 -1250 ° C [4].
The disadvantage of this method is that at temperatures above 300 ° C, the flasks are degraded, resulting in the formation of a sintered kalin mass and small granules of silicon oxide, which leads to a sharp decrease in the sorption capacity of the flasks. The decomposition of flasks at high temperatures does not help and treatment with alkali metal hydroxides.
The objective of the present invention is to expand the range of sorbents for water purification by developing a simple and environmentally friendly method for producing sorbents based on natural aluminosilicates.
Raw materials for obtaining the proposed sorbent are flasks, the deposit of which is located near the village of Kamenny Yar in the north of the Astrakhan region. Their total number is about 200 million tons, on the surface there is a part of the deposit containing about 70 million tons of flasks.
The flasks of the Astrakhan region have the following basic composition: SiO 2 - 75-80%, Al 2 O 3 - 18-22%, Fe 2 O 3 - 0.5-1%, H 2 O - 0.2-0.5% CaSO 4 - 0.3-0.5%, CaCO 3 - 0.12-0.8%. They have a high sorption ability with respect to ammonium, potassium, rubidium, cesium, iron, cobalt, nickel, manganese (II), chromium (III), zinc, cadmium, lead, mercury, copper, alkaline-earth, rare-earth elements and a large group of organic substances, which can provide a high degree of water purification in the drinking water supply system.
The essence of the claimed method for producing a natural sorbent for water purification in the drinking water supply system is as follows.

The obtained research results are given in table 1.
Water quality indicators (water extracts) in a static experiment. Refined tap water with salinity of 160 mg / dm 3 ; water temperature - (25 ± 5) ° С; brewing time 1-30 days (1st series of studies), sorbent for water purification SV-4 (SV-10)
В процессе контакта сорбента СВ-4 (СВ-10) с водой водородный показатель практически не изменялся и соответствовал рекомендуемому гигиеническому нормативу (>6-<9).As can be seen from Table 1, the studied material did not worsen the organoleptic properties of water (absence of extraneous odor and taste of water extracts; the color value practically did not change compared to the control). During the contact of the sorbent SV-4 (SV-10) with water, the hydrogen index remained practically unchanged and corresponded to the recommended hygiene standard (> 6- <9).
Анализ содержания неорганических примесей в водной вытяжке на 30-е сутки опыта показал (2-я серия исследований), что миграция неорганических веществ - токсичных металлов I и II класса опасности (алюминия, бария, кадмия, никеля, молибдена, кобальта, ванадия, титана, ниобия, стронция, свинца) практически отсутствовала, а также не выявлена миграция металлов, влияющих на органолептические свойства воды (железо, марганец, медь) (табл.2).Analysis of the content of inorganic impurities in the water extract on the 30th day of the experiment showed (2nd series of studies) that the migration of inorganic substances - toxic metals of hazard class I and II (aluminum, barium, cadmium, nickel, molybdenum, cobalt, vanadium, titanium , niobium, strontium, lead) was practically absent, and the migration of metals that affect the organoleptic properties of water (iron, manganese, copper) was not detected (Table 2).

3.Assessment of possible migration of chemicals according to bioassay data on aquatic organisms was carried out according to [5, 6]. The results of the biotesting are given in table.3.
Dynamics of water quality in the process of prolonged contact with the sorbent SV-4 (SV-10) according to bioassay data on hydrobionts - daphnia, ciliates, luminous bacteria Ekolyum (in experimental studies: insisting on purified tap water, water temperature - 25 ± 2 ° С, insisting time 1-30 days)
Оценивая полученные результаты, можно говорить о практическом отсутствии токсического воздействия водных вытяжек из сорбента СВ-4 (СВ-10) на функцию свечения бактерий Эколюм по сравнению с контрольной водой (табл.3).An analysis of the data showed that the water extract from the sorbent SV-4 (SV-10) had practically no toxic effect on daphnia (the survival time of daphnia did not change compared to the control), and it did not affect the chemotoxic and generative function of ciliates, which indicates the absence of migration of harmful chemicals from the sorbent. Estimating the results obtained, we can speak of the practical absence of the toxic effect of aqueous extracts from the sorbent SV-4 (SV-10) on the function of the luminescence of bacteria Ekolyum compared with control water (Table 3).
To assess the possible migration of radionuclides, their content in the solid material and in the aqueous extract was studied by the indices of the total volumetric α- and β-activity.
The determination of the total α- and β-activity was carried out by direct measurement of the activity of solids obtained by evaporation of the analyzed samples in combination with the measurement of standard preparations with known specific activity under the same conditions.
Проведенные исследования не выявили наличия радиоактивных компонентов в исследованной водной вытяжке (α-активность - 0,001 Бк/дм3), (β-активность - 0,084 Бк/дм3) из сорбента СВ-4 (СВ-10).The studies did not reveal the presence of radioactive components in the studied aqueous extract (α-activity - 0.001 Bq / dm 3 ), (β-activity - 0.084 Bq / dm 3 ) from the sorbent SV-4 (SV-10).
2.1.4.1074-01.Experimental studies on the influence of the studied samples of the sorbent SV-4 (SV-10) on the growth and development of microflora were carried out on the specified sorbent, previously thoroughly washed and filled with dechlorinated tap water after incubation for 24 hours, followed by the introduction of natural microbiocenosis of contaminated water bodies. For control, dechlorinated tap water was also used with the introduction of a natural microbiocenosis of contaminated water bodies. Water samples from a vessel with sorbent and control were investigated according to San PiN 2.1.4.1074-01.
Table 4
The effect of the sorbent SV-4 (SV-10) on the growth of microflora in water
As can be seen from the obtained data (Table 4), after one day there is a decrease in the content of microorganisms (common coliform bacteria (OKB), thermo-tolerant coliform bacteria (TKB)) both in the control and in the experiment. An intensive growth of the microbial number (TBC) on the studied sorbent was observed on the third day, and a more significant peak was observed in the experiment, which is also confirmed by data on an increase in the content of ammonium nitrogen in the experiment as compared with the control. On the twentieth and thirtieth days, the natural death of microflora was observed, and the sorbent slowed down the process of dying. The development of microflora on the studied sample during biofouling confirms the feasibility, if necessary, of periodic or permanent disinfection of the water treated on it with one of the generally accepted disinfection methods.
Testing the effectiveness of water purification from toxic metal ions and organic compounds showed (Table 5) that the sorbent SV-4 (SV-10) has a high absorption capacity for toxic metals and organic compounds.
The effectiveness of water purification from toxic metal ions and organic compounds by the sorbent SV-4 (SV-10)
Thus, on the basis of organoleptic, physico-chemical, rapid toxicological and radiological studies, we can conclude that it is possible to use the sorbent SV-4 (SV-10) in the practice of drinking water for the purification of drinking water.
