Abstract
Description
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY
The invention relates to the field of pharmaceuticals, and more specifically, to the creation of a new oil-in-water emulsion containing, as an active ingredient, a poorly water soluble compound with antitumor activity. The emulsion is intended for parenteral administration to humans for the treatment of tumors. The specified emulsion can be subjected to extend the shelf life of freeze drying. The emulsion and lyophilisate are highly stable when diluted with infusion solutions. The invention also relates to a method for preparing an emulsion containing at least 80% of particles less than 100 nm in size, by separately preparing the aqueous and oil phases and mixing the phases using homogenizers.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Every year, hundreds of new promising biologically active compounds are detected in the world. However, only a few reach the production of medicines on their basis and widespread use in clinical practice.
The reason for this may be the side effects of the use of the compound identified during initial clinical and preclinical studies, or difficulties in creating a suitable dosage form due to the low solubility of the compound in pharmaceutically acceptable solvents.
Slightly water-soluble compounds include those whose solubility does not exceed 0.1 mg / ml. Such a compound preferably has a molecular weight not exceeding 1000. Most preferably, such a compound is characterized by good solubility in organic solvents (chloroform, ethyl acetate, ethanol, isopropanol, from 0.1 to 100 mg / ml).
In a series of slightly water-soluble compounds with antitumor activity, alkaloids of plant origin, semisynthetic derivatives of camptothecin alkaloids, are widely represented.
Many of the antitumor drugs developed over the past few decades are cytostatics - compounds that can inhibit, inhibit, or block cell proliferation. Since cancer cells divide much faster than usual, the cytostatic agent introduced into the human body interacts mainly with tumor cells. However, the human body has healthy cells that divide faster than usual - these are bone marrow cells, skin cells, hair follicles, and mucous membrane epithelium. This circumstance causes, along with the positive therapeutic effect of reducing or stopping tumor growth during treatment with a cytostatic drug, strong side effects, in some cases leading to interruption of patient treatment with this type of drug.
An essential aspect of effective treatment is the delivery of the drug to the target (tumor). A large number of such delivery methods are known in the art.
The most common methods are parenteral administration directly to the tumor (intratumoral administration), oral administration with the participation of the gastrointestinal tract, and finally parenteral administration with the participation of the circulatory system. The first method is not effective in the late stages of the disease, or in the case of such types of diseases, when the tumor cells are able to migrate through the circulatory system. The second method is not applicable in case of low absorption rates of active substances.
Parenteral intravenous administration of anticancer drugs is a complex task. As noted above, the mechanism of action of many cytotoxic drugs is to suppress DNA synthesis and / or disruption of the cell cycle, leading to cell death. In this case, it is preferable to maintain the concentration of the drug in the blood and / or infected tissue for such a time that the largest number of tumor cells passes through the phase of the cell cycle to which the drug acts.
Для этого лекарственная форма препарата должна быть пригодной для внутривенного введения и оставаться стабильной при разбавлении инфузионными растворами в течение как минимум нескольких часов (время инфузии).In this regard, standard treatment combinations for many malignant tumors (for example, non-small cell lung cancer, stomach cancer, osteosarcoma) involve chemotherapy regimens with prolonged infusions of anticancer drugs. For this, the dosage form of the drug must be suitable for intravenous administration and remain stable when diluted with infusion solutions for at least several hours (infusion time).
In the case of slightly soluble biologically active compounds in water, the solution to the water solubility problem is to create a dosage form based on biocompatible alcohols (ethanol, isopropanol), which are additionally mixed with various surfactants to increase the solubility of the active substance and the stability of its solution when diluted with infusion media .
Примерами подобного решения являются широко применяемые в клинической практике и одобренные в США и Европе для лечения различных опухолей лекарственные формы препаратов класса таксанов, а именно паклитаксела и доцетаксела (Фиг.1).Examples of such solutions are widely used in clinical practice and approved in the USA and Europe for the treatment of various tumors, dosage forms of taxane class drugs, namely paclitaxel and docetaxel (Figure 1).
Препарат Таксол компании Бристол-Майерс Сквибб представляет собой раствор паклитаксела в этаноле и Кремофоре (полиоксиэтилированное касторовое масло) в соотношении 1:1(Rowinsky, Lorraine, Cazenave и Donehower, Journal of the National Cancer Institute. 82 (15), 1247-1259 (1990)). Б-597).At the moment, the named taxanes are obtained by a semi-synthetic method from the extract of yew needles Taxus Baccata. Taxol, Bristol-Myers Squibb, is a 1: 1 solution of paclitaxel in ethanol and Cremophor (polyoxyethylene castor oil) (Rowinsky, Lorraine, Cazenave and Donehower, Journal of the National Cancer Institute. 82 (15), 1247-1259 ( 1990)). Aventis Pharma Taxotere is a concentrated solution of docetaxel in polysorbate 80, before dilution with an infusion solution, a 13% solution of ethanol in water for injection is added to the concentrate (Vidal Handbook, AstraPharmService, 8th edition, page B-597 )
(Physical and chemical stability of paclitaxel infusions in different container types // Donyai P., Sewell G., Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice, vol. 12, No.4, 211-222 (2006)).However, a significant drawback of such solutions is the ability of alcohols, especially in combination with surfactants, to extract plasticizers from plastic containers for storing the drug or from systems for infusion administration. The prior art describes side effects caused by plasticizers in patients (for example, di- (2-ethylhexylphthalate), such effects include impaired respiratory function (Physical and chemical stability of paclitaxel infusions in different container types // Donyai P., Sewell G. Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice, vol. 12, No.4, 211-222 (2006)).
(Cremophor EL: the drawbacks and advantages of vehicle selection for drug formulation // Gelderblom H., Verweij J., Nooter K., Sparreboom A. / Eur J Cancer., 2001, 37(13), 1590-1598; Cardiovascular effects of radioactive microsphere suspensions and Tween 80 solutions // Millard R. W., Baig, H., Vatner S.F. / Am J Physiol Heart. Circ. Physiol.,1977; 232: H331-H334).The prior art describes the toxic effects of Cremophor and Polysorbate 80, among which hypersensitivity reactions and cardiovascular effects are especially common (Cremophor EL: the drawbacks and advantages of vehicle selection for drug formulation // Gelderblom H., Verweij J., Nooter K., Sparreboom A. / Eur J Cancer., 2001, 37 (13), 1590-1598; Cardiovascular effects of radioactive microsphere suspensions and Tween 80 solutions // Millard RW, Baig, H., Vatner SF / Am J Physiol Heart Circ. Physiol., 1977; 232: H331-H334).
Another solution for promising from the point of view of therapeutic activity of slightly soluble in water compounds are pharmaceutical compositions in the form of emulsions. Such compositions allow delivery of an active substance poorly soluble in water and other polar pharmaceutically acceptable liquids into the blood or other body fluids. Improving the solubility of the active substance due to the inclusion of an emulsion in the particles usually allows to achieve high concentrations in the blood for short periods of time. In addition, the stability of many active substances in emulsion pharmaceutical compositions is higher than the observed stability of the substance in homogeneous aqueous or alcoholic solutions.
To create stable emulsions, various classes of surface-active agents are actively used, which contribute to the formation of various structured elements in aqueous solutions, for example micelles or liposomes, or polymer networks. In such structured elements, a therapeutically active substance that is weakly or poorly soluble in water can be included in concentrations many times higher than the solubility of such a substance in water.
Modern methods of homogenization of emulsions (such as high pressure homogenization, ultrasound methods) make it possible to obtain emulsions, the particle size of which makes it possible to safely enter the patient's blood by injection or infusion.
For reasons of biocompatibility and safety, lipids of biological membranes are used as emulsifiers and stabilizers of a fat emulsion. Such lipids include phospholipids, obtained mainly from soy or egg lecithin or obtained synthetically, as well as sphingolipids.
Moreover, in addition to phospholipids, lecithins from natural sources contain triglycerides and glycolipids in proportions that depend on the source of lecithin production.
К. Такие эмульсии для парентерального питания описаны, например, в патенте США №5461037.Oil-in-water emulsions containing vegetable fats and stabilized with lecithin are widely used, for example, as components of parenteral nutrition (Lipovenosis, state registration number P No. 013613 / 01-2002, etc.). The introduction of such emulsions leads to the formation of droplets in the blood, similar to those obtained by absorption of fat components during their digestion in the gastrointestinal tract [Parenteral nutrition using fat emulsions containing fatty acids with an average molecule length in triglycerides // Shtatnov M.K. Herald Intens. Therapy, 2001, 1]. Such parenteral nutrition emulsions are described, for example, in US Pat. No. 5,446,1037.
Several attempts have been made to introduce substances with different therapeutic effects in the emulsion for parenteral nutrition, a lower level of nephrotoxicity has been reported compared to the non-emulsion analogue of the drug.
The emulsion dosage forms of taxanes with tocopherols as the oil phase are widely known. Tocopherols, a well-known class of natural antioxidants, are capable of dissolving taxanes due to their structural features.
The prior art the possibility of adding a stabilizer taxane in the emulsion of the type "oil in water". WO 0209695 (Atossa HelfKeyr applicant) discloses butyric acid esters as stabilizers of an oil-in-water emulsion containing taxanes.
In the patent of the Russian Federation 2157200 a composition based on unsaturated and anionic phospholipids with taxanes as an active principle is described. A method of obtaining a pharmaceutical composition, according to the independent paragraph No. 25 of this invention, consists in preparing a dispersion by dissolving in alcohol one or more unsaturated phospholipids, one or more negatively charged phospholipids and the active principle from the class of taxoids selected from docetaxel or docetaxel derivatives and subsequent evaporation of the whole or part of the alcohol to obtain a gel or a viscous liquid, which is absorbed by adding water with stirring, then homogenizir dissolved, whereupon if necessary the resulting dispersion is frozen or lyophilized. "
This method of preparation implies a laborious stage of evaporation of ethanol, used as a solvent of taxane active principle, which, possibly, contributes to the increase in particle size in the emulsion after evaporation, and contains two stages of homogenization.
In the patents of the Russian Federation 2236226 and 2279895 (applicant company "Galena AS") describes pharmaceutical compositions with taxanes as an active substance for oral administration. The disadvantage of these compositions is the entry into the blood of the active substance with the participation of the gastrointestinal tract, which entails an increase in the toxic effect on the epithelium of the gastrointestinal tract and liver tissue.
Эмульсия на основе витамина Е, представителя класса токоферолов, в качестве масляной фазы Токосол (Tocosol) для инъекций является одним из немногих препаратов, допущенных к клиническим исследованиям [ // Paclitaxel injectable emulsion: Phase 2a study of weekly administration in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) // N.Bogdanova, N.Karaseva, N.Ognerubov, O.Golubeva, P.Weiden, Journal of Clinical Oncology, 2004 ASCO Meeting Proceedings (Post-Meeting Edition), v.22, 14S (July 15 Supplement), 2004, 7133].An emulsion based on vitamin E, a representative of the tocopherol class, as an oil phase, Tocosol for injection is one of the few drugs approved for clinical research [// Paclitaxel injectable emulsion: Phase 2a study of weekly administration in patients with non-small- cell lung cancer (NSCLC) // N. Bogdanova, N. Karaseva, N. Ognerubov, O. Golubeva, P. Weiden, Journal of Clinical Oncology, 2004 ASCO Meeting Proceedings (Post-Meeting Edition), v.22, 14S ( July 15 Supplement), 2004, 7133].
Tocol emulsions for drug solubilization and parenteral delivery Panayiotis // P.Constantinidesa, Alex Tustianb, Dean R.Kessler. Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews, 2004, 56, 1243-1255).The patents disclosing the preparation and properties of the emulsion do not mention the stability of this emulsion with 5-10-fold dilution of the emulsion with infusion solutions (US Application N 2003/01014015, applicant company Sonus Pharmaceuticals; Tocol emulsions for drug solubilization and parenteral delivery Panayiotis // P .Constantinidesa, Alex Tustianb, Dean R. Kessler. Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews, 2004, 56, 1243-1255).
[The pharmacodynamic effects of a lower-lipid emulsion of propofol: a comparison with the standard propofol emulsion. // Song D., Hamza M., White P.F., Klein K., Recart A., Khodaparast O. Anesthesia and Analgesia, 2004; 98, 687-691].The use of vegetable oils as emulsion components is described in the prior art. One example of a widely used oil-in-water emulsion known in the art is the Diprivan anesthetic preparation of Astra Zeneca, which contains 10 volume percent soybean oil, and its modern analog Ampofol, containing 6 volume percent soybean oil [The pharmacodynamic effects of a lower-lipid emulsion of propofol: a comparison with the standard propofol emulsion. // Song D., Hamza M., White P.F., Klein K., Recart A., Khodaparast O. Anesthesia and Analgesia, 2004; 98, 687-691].
[The use of antioxidants with First-Line Chemotherapy in two cases of Ovarian Cancer // Drisko J.A., Chapman J., Hunter V.J., Journal of American College of Nutrition, vol.22, N2, pp.118-123].The antioxidant in the composition of the emulsion not only prevents the oxidation of the active substance and auxiliary components of the emulsion during its storage (for example, unsaturated fatty acids that are part of vegetable oils), but it can also provide an additional therapeutic effect [The use of antioxidants with First-Line Chemotherapy in two cases of Ovarian Cancer // Drisko JA, Chapman J., Hunter VJ, Journal of American College of Nutrition, vol.22, N2, pp.118-123].
Most of the emulsions under development contain ethanol as a co-solvent for taxanes, and, as a rule, when preparing an emulsion, there is a step for removing ethanol from the emulsion.
(Pluronic block copolymers as novel polymer therapeutics for drug and gene delivery // A.Kabanov, E.Batrakova, V.Alakhov, // J.Control. Release, 82, 2002, 189-212). Pluronic F68 was used in the technique as a stabilizer for oil-in-water emulsions, however, when diluting the resulting emulsions with infusion solutions containing a large amount of inorganic salts, the stability of such emulsions sharply decreased (Pluronic block copolymers as novel polymer therapeutics for drug and gene delivery / / A. Kabanov, E. Batrakova, V. Alakhov, // J. Control. Release, 82, 2002, 189-212). It was reported that the polymer micelles of Pluronic 123 (with the inclusion of paclitaxel as an active substance) provided a prolonged circulation of paclitaxel in the blood and affect its distribution in the body.
Moreover, to extend the shelf life of the emulsion, a method for its lyophilization with subsequent re-dissolution is known. However, for such lyophilized emulsions, when solving the problem of its long-term storage, the problem remains of obtaining a stable emulsion after reconstitution and dilution in the infusion medium. US 2003/0099674 discloses the preparation of lyophilisates from oil-in-water emulsions. It uses ethanol as a co-solvent for taxanes, and after mixing the phases of the emulsion, an additional stage of ethanol evaporation is required.
The advantages of water-in-oil emulsions for parenteral intravenous administration include a high concentration of an active ingredient poorly soluble in water; the presence in the composition of vegetable oil, widely used as a component of parenteral nutrition, lecithin as an emulsifier, which has an additional therapeutic effect.
The disadvantages of the known solutions include the instability of such concentrated emulsions when diluted with infusion solutions containing a large number of inorganic salts, which negatively affect the stability of the emulsion due to an increase in the ionic strength of the solution.
In this regard, the urgent task of obtaining an emulsion for parenteral administration, characterized by a high concentration of the active ingredient, particle sizes in the nanoscale (less than 1 μm), non-toxicity for parenteral administration to humans and stability when diluted with infusion solutions.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Кроме того, эмульсия содержит блок-сополимер молочной и гликолевой кислот (сополимер лактида и гликолида (Фиг.3а) в качестве стабилизатора для соединения с противоопухолевой активностью (активного ингредиента)).In accordance with the invention, an oil-in-water emulsion is described comprising a water-poorly soluble compound with antitumor activity (active ingredient), lecithin as an emulsifier and stabilizer, and an antioxidant. In addition, the emulsion contains a block copolymer of lactic and glycolic acids (a copolymer of lactide and glycolide (Figa) as a stabilizer for compounds with antitumor activity (active ingredient)).
In one embodiment of the invention, a compound with antitumor activity means compounds of the class of taxanes.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an oil-in-water emulsion with a poorly water soluble compound with antitumor activity as an active substance with the addition of lecithin.
In a preferred embodiment, the concentration of a poorly water-soluble compound with antitumor activity in the emulsion is in the range of 1 to 30 mg / ml. In a most preferred embodiment of the invention, the concentration of the compound in the emulsion is in the range of 15 to 30 mg / ml.
In a most preferred embodiment of the invention, as a poorly water soluble compound with antitumor activity, the emulsion contains a taxane class compound, more specifically paclitaxel and docetaxel.
10:1.According to the invention, an oil-in-water emulsion is an oil phase dispersed in an aqueous phase. The ratio of the parts of the aqueous phase to the oil is from 1: 1 to 20: 1. In a most preferred embodiment, the ratio is from 15: 1 to 10: 1.
In the framework of the present invention, the oil phase is a dispersion of components in soybean oil, safflower oil, olive oil, or peach oil, and these oils are used as the basis for the oil phase both individually and in the form of mixtures. A preferred embodiment of the invention involves the use of soybean oil as the basis for the oil phase of the emulsion.
При этом в предпочтительном варианте осуществления изобретения соотношение количеств активного ингредиента и ДМСО выбирают с таким расчетом, чтобы концентрация активного ингредиента в конечной эмульсии предпочтительно составляла не менее 15 мг/мл, а концентрация ДМСО в конечной эмульсии составляла не более 3 об.%.According to one embodiment of the invention, a concentrated solution of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is used to administer the active ingredient, a poorly water soluble compound with antitumor activity. Moreover, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the ratio of the amounts of the active ingredient and DMSO is selected so that the concentration of the active ingredient in the final emulsion is preferably not less than 15 mg / ml and the concentration of DMSO in the final emulsion is not more than 3 vol.%.
(Richard D. Brobyn (1975) // The human toxicology of dimethyl sulfoxide). Thus, the concentration of DMSO in the emulsion does not exceed the norms of the State Pharmacopoeia for residual solvents [General pharmacopoeial article OFS 42-004-01, Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, p.4]. The prior art describes the safety of intravenous administration of DMSO in the form of a 10% aqueous solution (Richard D. Brobyn (1975) // The human toxicology of dimethyl sulfoxide). Taking into account the preferred method of administration of the drug by long-term infusion diluted with infusion fluid in ratios of 1: 5 to 1:20, the concentration of DMSO should be considered safe for administration to the patient.
30:70.In a particular embodiment of the invention, a block copolymer of lactic and glycolic acids (or a copolymer of lactide and glycolide, abbreviated PLGA, Fig. 3a) is used as a taxon stabilizer. In a preferred embodiment, the copolymer of lactide and glycolide is a copolymer of D-lactide and L-glycolide, wherein the ratio of D-lactide to L-glycolide is from about 70:30 to about 30:70.
In a most preferred embodiment, the concentration of taxane in the final emulsion is in the range of 15 to 30 mg / ml. In a most preferred embodiment, the concentration of taxane in the emulsion is in the range of 20 to 25 mg / ml.

According to an aspect of the present invention, lecithin is used as a component of the aqueous and oil phases of the invention. Since lecithin is a component of biological membranes in cells, it is metabolized in the human body and is considered non-toxic (GRAS status (generally recognized as safe) by the CLUA Food and Drug Administration (FDA)). In a preferred embodiment, soya lecithin is used as an emulsifier and stabilizer of oil-in-water emulsions.
In certain preferred embodiments, the emulsion comprises, as a component, an emulsion stabilizer, which is a polymer. Accordingly, for example, dimers, trimers and oligomers are included in the term “polymer”. The stabilizing substance may be neutral or positively or negatively charged.
In the role of additional polymer stabilizers of the emulsion, in accordance with an aspect of the present invention, block copolymers can act. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, similar polymers are block copolymers of polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol. Such block copolymers with different block sizes are manufactured by Aisiai under the trademark Sinperonic® and Basf under the trademark Pluronic®. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, Pluronics are used as such stabilizers (Fig. 3b). Each Pluronic® is constructed from two polyoxyethylene fragments (E) symmetrically located at the edges and a polyoxypropylene fragment (P) located in the middle, which acts as the hydrophobic part of the molecule.
1.Some examples of possible ratios of fragments are given in table 1.
(Relationship between the structure of amphiphilic copolymers and their ability ro disturb liid bilayers // Demina Т., Grozdova I., Krylova O., Zhimov A., Istratov V., Frey H., Kautz H., Melik-Nubarov N. //'Biochemistry, 2005, 44, 10, 4042-4054).The introduction of Pluronic in emulsion dosage forms is caused not only by their assumed role as emulsion stabilizers known in the art, but also by the fact that they contribute to a longer circulation of active substances in the body. The presence of Pluronic with a voluminous hydrophobic part enhances the flip flop of lipids of the biological membrane, which improves the transport of active substances into the cancer cell (Relationship between the structure of amphiphilic copolymers and their ability ro disturb liid bilayers // Demina T., Grozdova I., Krylova O ., Zhimov A., Istratov V., Frey H., Kautz H., Melik-Nubarov N. // 'Biochemistry, 2005, 44, 10, 4042-4054).

а) раздельно готовят водную и масляную фазы, при этом водную фазу готовят путем эмульгирования в воде лецитина, добавления стабилизаторов эмульсии; масляную фазу готовят путем добавления раствора активного ингредиента в диметилсульфоксиде и сополимера лактида и гликолида (PLGA) к раствору лецитина в масле и последующим добавлением стабилизатора эмульсии;a) separately prepare the aqueous and oil phases, while the aqueous phase is prepared by emulsifying lecithin in water, adding emulsion stabilizers; the oil phase is prepared by adding a solution of the active ingredient in dimethyl sulfoxide and a copolymer of lactide and glycolide (PLGA) to a solution of lecithin in oil and then adding an emulsion stabilizer;
б) смешением водной и масляной фаз эмульсии;b) mixing the aqueous and oil phases of the emulsion;
в) с последующими, в случае необходимости, стерильной фильтрацией полученной эмульсии, замораживанием и лиофильной сушкой в стерильных условиях.c) followed by, if necessary, sterile filtration of the emulsion obtained, freezing and freeze drying in sterile conditions.
Использование гомогенизации такого типа позволяет получать эмульсию с не менее чем 80% частиц, размеры которых не превышают 100 нм (наноэмульсия).In this case, the preparation of the oil phase, as well as the preparation of the aqueous phase, involves the use of a shaker to ensure effective dissolution or dispersion of the components. According to one embodiment of the invention, after mixing the aqueous and oil phases, the emulsion is subjected to sonication for a period of time from 1 minute to 30 minutes in order to pre-homogenize the emulsion. Next, the emulsion is homogenized using one of the following types of homogenizers: high pressure homogenizer, rotor-stator homogenizer, ultrasonic homogenizer. The use of homogenization of this type allows one to obtain an emulsion with at least 80% of particles whose sizes do not exceed 100 nm (nanoemulsion).
The emulsion obtained in accordance with the invention can be lyophilized in order to simplify its storage and transportation. According to the invention, lyophilization involves freezing the emulsion, followed by removal of the volatile components in a vacuum. The advantages of this drying method are the absence of high temperature effects on the emulsion and the preservation of its dispersed phase.
According to this aspect of the invention, the emulsion is freeze-dried in the temperature range from -50 ° C to -10 ° C and vacuum values of less than 0.001 mbar. It is important to observe the condition that the lyophilisate, when diluted with water or infusion fluids, retains the properties characteristic of the emulsion, namely, the particle size distribution suitable for intravenous administration (not more than 1 μm, preferably not more than 500 nm, most preferably not more than 100 nm )
From the point of view of the widespread use of such a lyophilized composition in clinical practice, it is necessary to optimize the process of reconstitution of the lyophilisate so that it does not require the use of special equipment (for example, a shaker) and can be easily carried out by medical staff.
In one embodiment of the invention, adherence to the above conditions requires the introduction of additives that prevent the particles from sticking together and / or facilitate the re-dissolution of the lyophilisate. Such additives include various sugars, polymers or amino acids, for example glucose, lactose, mannose, trehalose, mannitol, sorbitol, maltodextrin, dextran, dextran sulfate, chitosan.
Thus, in the framework of the invention, an emulsion is created containing taxane in high concentration and containing a set of additional components that are not toxic when administered intravenously to the patient. This nanoemulsion is stable when diluted with infusion solutions. In this case, the named emulsion, subjected to lyophilization during reconstitution in water or infusion fluid, retains its properties. Reconstitution of the lyophilisate occurs without the use of special equipment.
