Abstract
Description
4.The invention relates to the refining and petrochemical industries, in particular to methods for producing effective catalysts for the pyrolysis process of low molecular weight paraffin-containing hydrocarbon fractions to obtain low molecular weight C 3 -C 4 olefins.
Known heterogeneous catalytic systems designed for the pyrolysis process (see the book. Pyrolysis of hydrocarbons in the presence of catalysts / Mukhina T.N., Chernykh S.P., Berenz A.D. et al. // M.: TSNIITEneftekhim, 1978. - 72 p.). The active components of most catalytic systems were: oxides of metals of variable valency, such as vanadium, indium, manganese, iron, chromium, molybdenum; oxides and aluminates of alkali and alkaline earth metals, mainly calcium and magnesium and rare earth elements; crystalline and amorphous aluminosilicates. Pumice, various modifications of alumina or zirconium, and some aluminosilicates were used as carriers. The disadvantages of most of the studied catalytic systems were either the high cost of the modifiers, or the complexity of the preparation, or a short period of inter-regeneration work, leading to frequent regeneration.
Патент РФ №2238142, 2004 г.).The closest technical solution, in fact, is a catalyst for the pyrolysis of hydrocarbon raw materials, which is MeO · nAl 2 O 3 structure cements formed during the heat treatment, where MeO is Ca, Mg, Sr oxide or their mixtures, an is a number from 1, 0 to 6.0; contains a modifying component selected from at least one metal oxide I-IV A, B, VI B of the subgroups of the Periodic system of elements, and as a hardening additive contains boron or phosphorus oxides or mixtures thereof and has the following composition in terms of oxide, wt. %: MeO oxide or mixtures thereof 10-40; modifying component 0.1-10; boron, phosphorus oxide or mixtures thereof - 0.5-5.0; aluminum oxide - the rest (see RF Patent No. 2238142, 2004).

The disadvantages of this method are: the use of a large number of promoters (metal oxide or a mixture of metal oxides, a modifying component, boron oxide, phosphorus or a mixture thereof, aluminum oxide) to obtain a catalyst for the process of pyrolysis of hydrocarbon feedstocks.
The technical task is to obtain an active, selective and stable catalyst for the pyrolysis of low molecular weight hydrocarbons.
The technical result is a reduction in the number of catalyst modifiers intended for the pyrolysis of hydrocarbons; the use of active zeolites of the pentasil family as catalysts; reduction of technological operations associated with obtaining an effective pentasyl-containing catalyst; reduction of hard-to-utilize wastewater of catalyst production by reducing the number of input modifiers; an increase in the duration of the non-regenerative operation of the pentasil-containing catalyst due to a decrease in the rate of coke formation as a result of the combined introduction of chromium and fluorine.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
By introducing chromium and fluorine simultaneously into the zeolite of the pentasil family, it is possible to obtain a bifunctional catalyst capable of providing a high yield of low molecular weight C 2 -C 4 olefins from hydrocarbon feedstocks for sufficiently long periods of non-regenerative operation.
Пиролиз углеводородного сырья в присутствии данного катализатора возможно осуществлять в интервале температур 500-800°С, давлений 0,2-2,5 МПа, времени контакта 0,1-0,5 с и соотношение водяной пар: сырье=0,2÷0,6:1.Due to the use of a pentasil-containing catalyst, simultaneously modified with chromium and fluorine, the period of inter-regeneration of the catalyst will increase due to a decrease in the rate of coke formation in its presence, which will lead to an increase in the productivity of the installation. This method of simultaneous modification of the catalyst with chromium and fluorine by the method of impregnation of the zeolite allows to obtain an active, selective and stable catalyst for the process of pyrolysis of hydrocarbon feedstocks. The pyrolysis of hydrocarbons in the presence of this catalyst can be carried out in the temperature range 500-800 ° C, pressures 0.2-2.5 MPa, contact time 0.1-0.5 s and the ratio of water vapor: raw materials = 0.2 ÷ 0 6: 1.
